Nation of Eternity. A city ruled by the Almighty Shogun who have only one rule and that is to promote eternity.
Inazuma must be eternal. It must never be changed or get mixed with some random culture. That is why the nation has been closed for so long that the rest of the world cannot contact them in any way.
The only way to get there is to smuggle. The Traveler did the opposite though. He flew from the sky and landed on one of the peaks of Inazuma.
The Traveler look around and saw the big city from afar. The Inazuma. It is the city where the Shogun lived and the majority of her forces were there.
"Let's go Paimon," he called her flying companion but before he could move forward he fall to the ground. "Aether! What happens to you? Hey!" Paimon circled around him panicking.
Aether has a heavy eye bag and most importantly his body seems to get old. Wrinkles already appear in some parts of his body.
"I'm...fine," he weakly said. "but.." worried Paimon remember his weak state the Traveler then look at Paimon. "I won't die, don't worry," that's right he won't before he even achieves his goal.
They both saw a cave and rested there for the time being. The moment he close his eyes...it scared Paimon that it will never open again. She takes care of aether afterward. Like a loving mother.
The next day the Inazuma detected a great disturbance in the atmosphere yesterday. A golden light flying at a very high speed.
The Shogun already ordered to find what was and one of the clans, The Kojou clan reported that there is an abundance of golden aura that no one knows detected in Tarazuna island.
"I see, good job Kojou...I will leave it to you... *Look at the man with white hair sitting with dignity. Kamisato Ayato" the Shogun ordered as he gladly take it.
Yashiro commission is peaceful today. A number of monsters have been defeated by the adventures so there is no commission for the time being. Thoma on the other hand is cleaning the whole house as usual.
While Kamisato Ayaka is the one who is taking care of the whole commission while her brother is one in charge of the clan's affairs.
No one expected him to come through. "Greetings to Kamisato-sama!" The guard can be heard. Ayaka walks outside to see who it is.
"It's been a while Ayaka..." He smiled "yes, brother" the two talked inside and one of their topic is the unusual thing that happen yesterday.
"So you want me to go and check it out?" She asked to be sure as Ayato nodded. Ayaka then look outside and saw Thoma. "I can bring anyone I want right?" She asked.
"Yes, it is a job from the Shogun so... failure is not an option. You must retrieve or...bring the one who just flew in the air." Ayaka nodded as she stand and ordered her men and Thoma to join her.
Before she could leave Ayato who just resting his head on his shoulder called Ayaka. She turned around. "Don't mind the order. You have your own mind so think about it. I will take care of the rest." He smiled as Ayaka just laugh a bit.
He didn't change. Whenever Ayaka gets some kind of random or hard order from the Shogun. Her brother always takes care of her failures.
But this time Ayaka wanted to succeed. He won't let his brother get punished again because of her Incompetence. She is too tired of being protected.
Ayaka is known to be calm and elegant. But under this personality. She is the opposite. Just like her brother. But she didn't show it to anyone. She is the elder daughter of the Kamisato Clan. She can't show such shameful acts because of her social status.
When their parents died. Both her and Ayato took the lead of the Kamisato Clan. She leads the Yashiro commission while her brother is the one leading the clan and dealing with clans affair so Kamisato Ayato is the Head of the Kamisato Clan.
In the city she is known as the Shirasagi Himegimi, Being beautiful, elegant, and graceful, the common folk has nothing to bad-mouth Ayaka about, she is a model of perfection. Even though she is this famous because of her being helpful and kind. She is still...Lonely.
Ayaka is leading one of the encampments near the mountain of Tarazuna where this unknown energy came from. The other clans are also here but none of the leaders move inside. They just send their men...but none of them returned. Who knows what's inside that spooky mountain? The fog is too much that they couldn't see each other.
The only light is visible nothing else. The door opened. It was Thoma one of the workers of the Yashiro Commission. "Ojou-sama! I have a report!" Thoma said respectfully while kneeling on the ground.
"Wait...I told you to don't call me that!" She said as she doesn't want them to call her like that. Ayaka signaled him to talk.
"It seems that the reason why none of our men returned to our camp at the foot of the mountain is that...this mountain has been full of Noboyushi and samurai. Give me the order to get there myself! Ojou-sama! We need to rescue them if they are still alive!" Thoma stated as Ayaka think.
"Did you already report it to the Kojou clan and the other's encampment in the area?" She asked while preparing herself.
"Yes, it's all done Ojou-Sama," Thoma replied while Ayaka told him that he doesn't need to call her princess and that Ayaka is fine
Thoma wanted to say that he doesn't deserve to be allowed to call her by her name. Also, she is one of the clan children so calling her by name by a commoner is not allowed, and can be punished.
He also knows that her being one of the children of a prestigious family is the reason why she still doesn't have any friends. Thoma just hopes that there will be someone that will finally free her from her loneliness.
"Thoma I want you to go to the Kojou clan and request backup. I will check there myself," she stated
"W-ait Ojou-Sama! That's dangerous!" He insisted to come with her but Ayaka told him it was fine so he just sighs and follows the order he has given.
She headed to the top of the mountain. Ayaka notices that the fog is thicker if you go further inside. "No wonder they all lost," she thought as she use her senses to move forward dodging any obstacles such as rocks and trees.
She suddenly senses something is coming. She immediately hides behind the tree and watches whoever it is.
One with full red armor and the other is full violet armor. She gulped as she has known that it was a Noboyushi. Behind them are seven samurais.
She close her eyes and concentrate and remembered how hard her training was, ever since she was a kid just to be useful to the shogun and to avoid bringing shame to the Kamisato Clan.
"Kamisato art! Soumetsu!" She shouted as a raging cryo snowstorm with flawless poise continued to move forward as it hit the two Noboyushi.
Ayaka's technique will only last for 20 sec so she only has that time to bring the samurais down before the Noboyushi can move again.
With her fast movements, the samurais have been slashed left and right. Her stance is unwavering and there's no opening. The samurais go down one by one until she finally slices the last owner.
Her technique was undone ad the two Noboyushi had now recovered. She Carried her katana tightly as she has begun her stance once again.
"Kill her!" One of the Noboyushi shouted as both sides charged at each other.
*Swoosh!
With a very fast movement, she dodges their charge attack and easily gets behind them. "Kamisato art: Hyouka!" She said as a freezing cryo temperature hit them. the ground freezing their armor.
Before they could move Ayaka hit their armor and it shattered like ice. "Surrender, now!" She ordered as the two who is inside the armor kneeled and Ayaka tied their hands.
She suddenly senses something is coming at a very fast speed. She senses killing intent from behind. With her fast movement, she could dodge it but one of the tied Noboyushi kick her stomach hard as she falls to the ground.
Blood is spilling from one of Ayaka's arms. "Didn't they teach you to don't let your guard down?" One of the tied Noboyushi said as suddenly Ayaka sensed a bunch of samurais nearby and some of them are wearing full-plated armor. A Noboyushi.
She gulped as she knows this is the end. "Please Thoma...Save me!" She thought as she stand up and grab her sheets but her sword was not in there anymore.
He looks at one of the Noboyushi and it seems that they got her. "Isn't she the...Shirasagi Himegimi?" One of the samurai said.
"This is fun..." The other one said as they look at unarmed Ayaka. She could sense there are over fifty of them hiding in the fog all around her.
"We got a huge fish here...we will be rich!" They said but one of the Noboyushi told something. "The girl is young and beautiful how about we have some fun first," it said as a huge guy with plated armor stands in front of Ayaka who is breathing heavily.
The other is now cheering as it's been a year has passed since they get a taste of the young girl. "N~no! Don't come near me!" Ayaka shouted summoning hundreds of cryo from her hands but none of it hurt the man in front of him. Her eyes cried.
She felt her energy drained from using too much. The man grabs her face. "From now on...your ours!" The moment she heard that .. it was all over for her
