-CHAPTER NINETEEN - AFTERMATH-

-B.O.L.T. HEADQUARTERS-

James and Shay pull up to B.O.L.T. headquarters, and are met by Joy and Sly

"We had some of the ground removed for him, follow me." Joy explains

Shay uses her powers to lift Snuffles' coffin

James and Shay follow behind Joy, to the removed piece of ground

Shay lowers Snuffles into the ground, and then uses her powers to fill the ground back up with dirt

James lifts up the tombstone made for Snuffles, placing it next to his grave

"Oh! One more thing." Joy explains

She opens up a bag, and grabs the green cloak that belonged to Snuffles

She passes it to James, and he places it in front of the tombstone

"Even though you tried to kill us.." James says

"We'll miss you." James says

"We promise." Shay says

-B.O.L.T. HEADQUARTERS PRIVATE ROOM-

The Boltians sit in a private room, exclusive to heroes, as they wait to meet Joy and Sly

Joy and Sly enter the room

"Reparations finished and it's ready to be taken." Joy explains

"YEAH!" George yells

"Let me see, let me see!" George asks

"You'll see it, don't worry." Joy says

"Follow us." Joy asks

The Boltians stand up and follow Joy and Sly outside, and they see the Benetar, fully repaired

"IT'S SO BEAUTIFUL, IT'S PERFECT!" George yells

George runs over to the Benetar

The Boltians, Joy and Sly walk over to the Benetar

"Thank you, Joy." Adam says

"No worries, Adam." Joy responds

"We can finally go kill that fucker!" George says

"Boltians!" Kyle says, walking up behind them

"Since this is possibly the last time we'll ever work together, I wanted to give you guys a gift." Kyle explains

"Really?" Adam asks

Kyle grabs a small package out of his pocket and hands it to Adam

"Primarily for you, Adam, but I hope everyone gets some enjoyment out of it." Kyle explains

Adam opens the package, inside containing a cassette, labeled "Awesome Minecraft Mix Vol. 1"

"I asked for a cassette player to be installed specifically for this." Kyle explains

"Over 100 songs on there that I hope you'll enjoy." Kyle explains

"Dude.. thank you." Adam says

Adam hugs Kyle

"No problem." Kyle says

"Good luck on your adventure, and maybe we'll see each other again." Kyle says

"Hopefully." Adam says

"Alright, let's go get this son of a bitch!" George says

"We'll see you later, Boltians." Joy says

"Again.. Thank you so much, both of you." Adam says

"You're welcome, guys." Joy says

"Alright, we'll see each other again, hopefully." Adam says

Adam and the Boltians walk into the Benetar, and taking off into space

-B.O.L.T. HEADQUARTERS MEDICAL ROOM-

Nova awakens on a hospital bed, having suffered multiple broken bones and internal bleeding from the battle

Kyle, James, Shay, Stun and Warp enter to check in on him

"He's doing much better, thankfully." Quartz explains

"Awesome." Kyle says

"Never fighting a multiversal god again." Nova explains

"I mean, if you literally have to, you will, right?" Kyle asks

"Kyle, I was joking." Nova explains

"Ok, good." Kyle says

Joy and Sly enter the medical room

"How's he going?" Sly asks

"He's alive." Quartz explains

"Great!" Joy says

"You guys ready to go?" Joy asks

"Yep!" Warp says

"Have fun, guys!" Nova says

-UPSTATE NEW YORK-

Sly drives Joy, Kyle, James, Shay, Stun, Warp, Twowphee and Quartz to a building in Upstate New York

Sly drives up to a gate, rolling down the window to open it

They approach the entrance to the building

"Okay! This is pretty nice!" Warp says

Kyle notices a sign, reading "Boltvengers School for the Gifted"

"You still sure you wanna lead this, Kyle?" Joy asks

"I thought you were?" Kyle asks

"We just funded it, if you want to lead this, you can." Joy explains

"Of course I will, Joy." Kyle says

"Great!" Joy says

Sly opens the doors, as they get their first look of the building's interior

"Well, all of you are training the heroes of the future, you better get to work!" Joy says

Sly and Joy leave back to the car, and drive off back down to New York City

"So.. we've never done anything like this.." Quartz says

"What do we do?" Quartz asks

"We'll figure it out." Kyle says

"You sure?" Stun asks

"Maybe.." Kyle says

-3 MONTHS LATER-

Kyle leads a group of superpowered individuals into the school

"Welcome to your new school!" Kyle says

"Here, we'll teach you the ropes of being a superpowered individual and how to live out your days." Kyle explains

"These'll be your teachers." Kyle explains, pointing to his left

James, Shay, Stun, Warp and Quartz all wave

"James and Shay will be your science teachers." Kyle explains

"Stun and Warp will be your quantum physics teachers." Kyle explains

"And Quartz will be your gamma teacher." Kyle explains

"Since there are still a couple more months left in the year, we could be getting more soon, if so we'll introduce them to you before the year begins." Kyle explains

-2 HOURS LATER-

Kyle, James and Shay look over the school grounds from a balcony

"Did not ever expect to be somewhere like this." Kyle explains

"We didn't either!" James explains

"I think.." Kyle says

"I think we'll all be happy here." Kyle says

Stun, Warp and Quartz walk out onto the balcony

Stun sighs

"How the hell did we get here?" Stun asks

"You're asking us?" Kyle asks

Shay checks the time on her phone

"We gotta go, we'll catch up soon?" Shay asks

"For sure." Kyle says

James and Shay wave goodbye, Kyle, Stun, Warp and Quartz wave back
