Thanks to all the people who reviewed my first poem! I'm feeling fine now, just to let you guys know…I was so touched… anyway, I used my imagination in this poem, but I don't know why I wrote this… I think this poem also sucks, I'm not really confident in some of the things I write… flames are welcome…
Lost…
A loner in the dark
Searching for a clue
Doesn't know where she is
Doesn't know what to do
Walking in the hallway
Looking for her long lost dreams
Feeling blindly every where
But suddenly hears a scream
She rushes to the sound
But just finds a light-filled room
With bloody writings on the wall
That warned her for her doom
As she left the bedroom
She found her self in her childhood home
Where her whole family was murdered
And she was the survivor, all alone
She went back in the room
Disappointed with what she found
Her parent's lifeless bodies
Were left to bleed on the ground
Her eyes swelled up with tears
As her knees fell to the floor
She was lost in her surroundings
This was not her home anymore
It was a house of dead people
Exactly like a grave
She noticed something in her pocket
It was a blood, covered blade
Her eyes widened in shock
As tears fell down from her eyes
She killed her whole family
She screamed out loud in her surprise
She gazed at the blade on her hand
While staring at it she cried
She stabbed herself in her heart
She has committed suicide
But what she saw was a nightmareA nightmare of her past
She killed herself in her sleep
Her good luck didn't last
She escaped her fault before
But remember the writing in the room
The bloody writings on the wallThat warned her for her doom
She regretted what she did
Yet she still told a lie
Now her mind played a trick on her
That made her, bleed and die
Until this very day
In the house you still hear cries
The cries of the girl
And her family that have died
"In that house
Stays a lonely ghost
The spirit of that girl
That will forever be lost…"
Try looking at it this way: "terra is the girl in this poem, and her family that died in this poem are her friends. She betrayed them, she was lying to them all along, and she escaped her fault once but at the second time, she died trying to save them; that's when this girl committed suicide. She stabbed them in the back with her hidden blade, which made the trust in them die. But even if she sacrificed herself for them, the trust that died in her friends will never come back again. That's why you can still hear cries, because they were hurt by someone they thought who was their friend, and terra still cries because she had a lot of regrets, and no matter how many times she says sorry, the trust can never be regained. She hurt them and killed the trust inside them, karma found its way around and back to terra; that's why she remains a lost ghost..." Well, if you don't understand this, just to let you know the moral of this poem is: "if you do bad things to people, it will always come back to you." In other words… "Karma"...
