Nami always seemed to surprise him.

Well that's not really saying much since almost anything seemed to surprise this somewhat 'slow' rubber pirate. However putting that fact aside for now there is no denying that Nami might be one of the few things that always seem to catch him off guard in some very pleasant ways.

As he looked towards his crew from his seated position on the deck, Luffy noticed that all of them seemed to be as if they had a permanent image.

Usopp always wore overalls…

Zoro never seemed to change his shirt or pants…

And how many of those outfits does Sanji have exactly?

Head tilting slightly the straw hat wearing pirate watched as his navigator exited her room and headed towards the rest of them. Her tangerine colored hair flicked around slightly as the breeze played with it, her shirt a bright blue that almost blended with the day sky. Jewelry flickering from her wrist as the silver and gold clinked together within the brilliant sunlight.

"She's like a rainbow" her very presence always showed Luffy all of the colors that he could possibly imagine. She would come in colors of every different variety from black, red, pink, white, the list goes on and on.

That might be one of the many reasons this captain found it hard not to look at her on occasion. For Luffy liked colors, especially really pretty ones, and there was nothing prettier than watching his navigator blend into the sky in such a wide array of color.

Looking up from her map, the tangerine haired girl looked towards her captain. Having felt his gaze since she had left her room, she was mildly surprised to see him staring at her in a rather intense manner. Raising an inquisitive eyebrow she asked "What?"

His answer was a slight snicker as he lifted himself off the deck. Giving her one last look the straw hat captain turned "Just looking at the rainbow" and with that he ran away from her; and most likely towards the kitchen.

Saying that she was confused would be a light way to put it. Peering into the sky the girl saw nothing but endless blue, scoffing lightly she looked back towards the map and mumbled slightly.

"Weirdo"
