I am so sorry for taking so long I meant to finish this chapter months ago but I am in the hospital right now with several broken bones so please don't be mad at my lateness

After about ten minutes of hiding Jasmin watched Edward take out another group of armed forces trying to capture him for the Capital of Creta. Jasmin was still internally debating whether or not she should intervene as herself or Suna if she went as herself she could accidentally wipe this capital off the map and vanish but the loss of life was so sickening to her that she almost puked right there then she thought of the other side of the coin if she went in as Suna she would have to use chalk to draw all of her circles for the battle until she can make up some other way to use just those two forms of alchemy instead of her multiform alchemy she was used to it was too complicated to think about and just as she was about to make a decision she heard Edward curse, looking up she saw that the majority of the armed forces were trapped in cages or shackles excluding another alchemist this one bearing the crest of the Cretain military his smug smile almost made Jasmin want to punch him just for smiling like that but when Edward tried to attack using alchemy the other man just placed his hands on the ground and nullified Edward's alchemy.
"You can't win kid your alchemy is just too basic to beat mine." The man's statement made Jasmin change her mind after pulling out her arm length gloves she clapped her hands and placed them to her chest removing her disguise and she walked out into the open her midnight black hair flowing behind her as she walked up to the man.
"His attacks might be a bit simplistic but that is all that is needed to beat the likes of you." Jasmin smiled as she pressed a hand to the ground activating a different alchemical array on her gloves once the alchemical energy entered the ground Jasmin smiled as she watched the ground underneath the man change form from the solid stone and asphalt into a mix of grey and black sand the man tried to nullify her alchemy only find that it didn't work.
"It's no use your alchemy is just too simple to even think of comparing to mine." Jasmin said with a slight laugh her heart singing with the mix of adrenalin and happiness from saving Edward when she turned around to face Edward she started to notice that her vision started to get darker at the edges shaking her head a couple times she collapsed as Edward ran forward to catch her.

Ed stared at the black haired girl confused as to what caused her collapse. Deciding to think about it later Ed looked up to the man in the sinking quicksand sighing Ed clapped his hands and placed them on the ground solidifying the majority of the sand beneath the man allowing the man's feet to touch the bottom before his head went under. After finishing up Ed looked up to search for the girl only to find that she had vanished leaving behind only a slight alchemical glow where she made her escape.
"How did she?" Ed asked himself as he tried to figure out what exactly happened. While he was trying to figure this out Suna quietly walked out towards trying not to pass-out again her mind was reeling 'what had caused me to black out I didn't over extend myself to much all I did was convert a couple thousand pounds of stone and asphalt that is not even the largest amount I can do so what caused my black out?' she was so lost in her thoughts she didn't even notice that Ed was flicking her forehead trying to get her attention after failing miserably Ed walked over to the ice-cream shop bought two vanilla cones, the shop keeper scared out of her wits didn't even notice that she had been over paid by at least a hundred currency (I don't know the actual currency of every country or even Amestris currency so to avoid any confusion or misrepresentation of a country within the manga/anime I will always call money currency without actually saying the name of said currency ok back to the story) Ed then proceeded to wave the ice-cream cone under her nose this caught her attention as she did love ice-cream but rarely ever had a chance to indulge in her little sin as she was always training or playing around with her friends the few she actually had. Smiling brightly she grabbed the cone from Ed's hand and proceeded to lick it lightly. Ed just laughed at the normalcy of the situation when compared to their surroundings of at least half an armed squad trapped or unconscious and half of the street itself destroyed by the alchemical reactions. Suna only stuck her slightly white tongue at him this only widened his grin as he proceeded to fix the area around them while still eating his ice-cream cone.
"Hey Edward." Suna called as she continued to lick her ice-cream cone.
"Yeah what is it and don't call me Edward just call me Ed." Ed turned to look at Suna who was still smiling slightly.
"Ok, Edward what are we going to do now? We can't just walk back into the library like nothing happened you know." Ed only gestured to the man trapped in the sand and went back to work like she had said nothing. Fuming Suna turned away from Ed and proceeded to try and help Ed fix the street but doing it all one handed and without spilling or dropping the ice-cream was harder than it looked after four failed attempts she simply gave up and sat down on a bench mad she couldn't just clap her hands for alchemy without revealing her cover. After about ten minutes Ed finished up his work and his ice-cream as he walked over to Suna he saw that she had also finished her ice-cream and had started to draw a very basic alchemy circle.
"Getting bored I see." Ed said as he looked over her shoulder causing her to jump to which she proceeded to hit Ed on the head for scaring her. He chuckled as he waved her to follow him. Though she was still pouting she followed not wanting to lose him since she seemed to have created a whole new time-line that none of her memories have tried before. 'great just great I went to get a small amount of excitement and screw up my whole advantage from coming from the future' Suna cried within her own mind as she continued down this unknown path.
"Hey wake up. WAKE UP!" Ed yelled kicking the man's head as that was the only part of him that was accessible at the moment which just made Ed feel even better about his newly added height he gained in recent years.
"What? Can't you see I'm trying to accept death here!" The man hollered at Ed who just smirked an evil smile at the man.
"I am going to go with you now to where ever it was you were supposed to take me." The man just looked dumbfounded as he tried to grasp at what Ed had said.
"EDWARD! You can't go with him didn't you spend all this time defeating them what's the point if you just give up after winning?!" Suna said her voice reaching pitches that only dogs could hear with her anger/fear.
"Suna don't worry I have a plan. Now let's get you out of there." Ed clapped his hands and placed them on the sand pile solidifying it as well as lifting the man out.
"Let's go Suna." Suna only sighed as she followed Ed towards the capital's center.

Jasmin sat in the building bored out of her mind her hands restrained in a small wooden stockade meant to prevent alchemists from using alchemy (think about Edward in the Brigg's jail cell those kind of hand restraints). Thinking over what had happened she was lucky that she had taken precautions in hiding all of her items and her pack under a strong alchemical seal combining Xerxes alchemy and Aerugo alchemy into a form that would be impossible to break even in her own time. Having nothing else to do Jasmin started to go over what had happened, first that man brings us to one of the main military buildings where Edward was knocked out and dragged into an alchemy sealing room where he was to be interrogated while she was dragged by her hair to this damp cell and locked up. Pissed off that they might be hurting Edward Jasmin was debating whether or not she should just destroy this place and teach Edward its alchemy herself but after breathing deeply for a couple minutes Jasmin decided that would just cause unnecessary strain on the future she was aiming for. Sighing she got up and started to look into the other cells trying to see who else was in here with her. After a couple seconds of scanning she saw something that should not have been in a place like this, it was a very large blue stone a blue stone that she recognized instantly.
"What is a philosophers stone doing here!" Jasmin whispered to herself, after a split seconds deliberation Jasmin pressed her hands against the wood letting only her fingertips touch and making a extremely small and weak alchemical circle that she then pressed against the wood turning it into two even halves that fell off her wrists. After transforming the cell door into iron sand Jasmin started to feel lightheaded again pushing that away she raced over and picked up the stone looking at it more closely she could see it was indeed a blue philosophers stone pulling out a small crystal vial Jasmin poured the stone into it watching it take the shape of the vial. Placing the vial back into one of the many pockets of the pack Jasmin started to look around for Edward sneaking slowly through the base trying to avoid detection.
"Why is there so much security here, I mean come on I know it's a base but thirty guards walking around one hallway is a bit much." Jasmin said to herself as she tried to devise a way to get past all of the guards without being detected. Just as she was about to try a plan she heard something that made her heart freeze, a scream she had heard many times through her memories a scream of a young girl that no matter what memory Jasmin chooses she was always in a different place the scream of her master and adopted daughter of Izumi Curtis. The scream was one of terror and pain and tore at Jasmin's heart to the point where she pulled out her gloves and removed her disguise.
"Hey where is that scream coming from?" Jasmin asked the guard whose back was turned towards her.
"The east wards interrogation room." The guard said as he turned around to see who asked him the question only to be knocked out with a quick jab to a nerve cluster at the base of the neck (don't actually know if this is true/possible) Jasmin quickly took out the rest of the guards as well with well-placed nerve strikes leaving only a pile of unconscious bodies in her wake. As Jasmin walked to the room she hear more screams and they got louder making Jasmin clench her hands into tight fists. Once she was at the door Jasmin listened in hoping to find out something useful.
"Where is the stone you took?" said a male voice as Jasmin heard a person pace back and forth inside the room.
"I didn't take a stone please believe me I didn't take any stone!" sobbed the girl sounding like she was at the limits of her pain tolerance. After saying that there was a sound of a large switch being flipped followed by the sound of the girl being electrocuted with her screams echoing in the hall.
"Those bastards." Jasmin muttered under her breath as she pressed her hands onto the floor sending out an extra-large burst of alchemical energy turning the door as well as the majority of the equipment and floor into fine dust and sand leaving the three guards stuck in the floors and walls as Jasmin passed out once again.

"Wakeup you worthless state alchemist!" shouted a large imposing man that look like a mean version of Armstrong. Shaking his head Ed woke up and looked around and then smirked as he was exactly where he wanted to be.
"Hey I'm talkin to you shrimp!" the man yelled and of course he said the one word well type of word that describes a single type of stature that would make Ed go from calm and a patient person to a raging lunatic in about 3. 2. 1.
"WHO ARE YOU CALLING A MINISCULE MORSEL THAT EVEN A SHRIMP WOULD SAY IS TO SMALL!" Ed clapped his hands and destroyed his bonds and then used his resulting freedom to kick the man in the face with both feet sending him flying out the door. After his little outburst Ed calmed down a little and proceeded to walk out the door stepping on the man as if he was a floor mat.
"Now lets go find suna" Ed said when he watched as a large group of guards rush towards a hallway. Sighing Ed followed suit hoping that the cause of the commotion was not the person he was thinking of.
