Broken Hearts Combined Chapter 35: The Preparation for the Tournament begins!
Ranma, Britanny, Sheila, and Aeila make their way to Seer's Hamlet and the Retreat. They have to work their way from the lower portion of the West Continent, and make it to the East Continent.
Let's just say, that some of the darnedest things happen while Ranma, Britanny, Sheila, and Aeila make their trek back
Icor Swamp
Ranma, Britanny, and Sheila trudge along in the muddy swampland. Aeila has no problems with moving about the cluttered marshes, as she is used to traveling and fighting on all terrains.
Aeila (Looks behind her): Come on, Come on, we don't have all day!
Ranma, Britanny, and Sheila are pulling at their legs to get them out of swamp marsh, and take another step forward.
Ranma (Struggling with his legs): Aeila Not that I'm complaining about taking a short cut But THIS SUCKS!
Aeila (Looks at Ranma): "Sinks" is the more appropriate term Ranma for what is happening Ranma, not "sucks".
Britanny (Struggling with foot): He means this BLOWS Aeila!
Aeila (Blinks): Huh? But these areas don't blow, you just sink into them.
Sheila: Sigh Mom, they mean this place 'dragonflies'.
Aeila (Narrows her eyes, waves a finger an Sheila): I will NOT have you speaking with such language Sheila, do you hear me!?
Sheila (Rolls her eyes): Sigh Yes mom
The three continue trudging along. Unbeknownst to them, Sabbo, (wearing assorted bandages) and Tsunami watch them from behind a few trees.
Sabbo: Yes This will be excellent endurance training for them.
Tsunami: ~Sabbo ~
Sabbo (Ignores Tsunami): I mean; having to struggle with their limbs will tone their muscles on them further.
Tsunami: ~Oh Sabbo ~
Sabbo (Ignores Tsunami): And with more muscles on their legs, they shall become faster as well.
Tsunami: ~Sabbo!~
Sabbo (Turns around): WHAT!?
Tsunami: ~Quicksand.~
Sabbo: Yes. Quicksand will also serve as a great training item for those three young Protectors of the Arks. They shall
Tsunami (Interrupts): ~No Sabbo. You're standing in quicksand.~
Sabbo looks down He is now chest-deep into the ground. He starts flailing his arms and legs.
Sabbo (Sinks further): WAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH! HELP ME! HELP ME YOU STUPID NINJA! HEL
Sabbo sinks into the quicksand. Sabbo's Mystic's Mask lays floating on the surface of the quicksand. Tsunami shakes his head.
Tsunami: ~Moron Oh well Another one bites the dust ~
Tsunami turns around to leave, and sees an angry looking blob of quicksand standing before him. Tsunami recognizes the quicksand-blob's beady little eyes instantly. He raises an eyebrow.
Tsunami: ~Sabbo?~
The blob of quicksand then moves over and reaches to the small pit of quicksand. He pulls the slowly sinking Mystic's Mask out and puts it on.
Sabbo (Covered in quicksand): That's "Hidden Emperor of Jade" to you, my scrubject!
Sabbo then walks off after Ranma and crew. Tsunami stands there blinking.
Tsunami (Thinks): I'll have to figure out how he does that someday
City of Tuk
We see Ranma, Britanny, Sheila, and Aeila sitting around a table that is loaded with all sorts of food. All the other patrons of the tavern stare in complete shock.
Elf: Wow I've never seen werecats each so much.
Human: Werecats, nine hells! I've never seen another HUMAN eat that much.
In the corner of the tavern, we see Sabbo and Tsunami sitting at a booth, hiding behind menus.
Sabbo (Nods his head): Yes Tsunami, do you see how fast they eat? That is true speed training!
Tsunami: ~I thought it was them just being hungry ~
Then, the waitress comes by, and drops a lot of food off at Tsunami and Sabbo's booth. Sabbo's eyes sparkle in anticipation.
Sabbo: Now watch, as I show you true speed training!
Sabbo lifts his mask up a bit, and digs into the meal with a speed and savagery that is on par with Ranma. Tsunami blinks slightly.
Tsunami (Blinks): ~Speed training my foot! You're just hungry!
Sabbo (Shrugs shoulders): So sue me
The night continues with Ranma and crew eating at one table, and Sabbo eating at a booth. The next morning, the chefs of that tavern go on strike.
City of Ryden
We see Aeila talking with Brunhildagard 'Mumsey' Brigands on the porch of Mumsey's home, both women sitting in chairs. Ranma, Britanny and Sheila do a bit of light sparring out front of Mumsey's house as the two women continue to chat.
Mumsey: I don't understand Aeila You want Ranma to marry Sheila as well?
Aeila (Nods her head): Correct.
Mumsey: I'm sorry, but Ranma must marry my granddaughter Britanny. It is Giant Clan law that
Aeila: I know about your laws. Look at it this way. On Jade, a person is allowed to have more than one spouse. (Thinks: Hook )
Mumsey (Nods head): True
Aeila: As you would say, you can't let 'breeding material' like Ranma go to waste. (Thinks: Line )
Mumsey (Nods her head): True again But still, I must refrain. I cannot allow him to take Sheila as well.
Aeila: Hmm Look at it this way. Two wives for Ranma means twice as man great-
grandchildren for you and grandchildren for me.
Mumsey's eyes sparkle, as visions of many little children running around rolls through her mind. Aeila smiles.
Aeila (Thinks): Sinker.
Mumsey: YES! I THINK IT WOULD BE A GREAT IDEA!
Aeila (Smirks): I thought you would think so.
Aeila blinks as she notices her daughter Sheila, Ranma, and Britanny are staring at them.
Ranma (To Britanny and Sheila): Did they just
Britanny Sheila (Nod their heads): Yup
Ranma (Shrugs shoulders): Oh well I was going to have to do that anyways.
Britanny Sheila (Eyes brighten): Oh?
Ranma: Yeah Well If I have to marry you because of that Giant Clan law Britanny, then I would But I don't want Sheila to feel left out (Blushes). Well I do care for you both.
Britanny Sheila: YAY!
Britanny and Sheila pounce Ranma.
Britanny Sheila: Puuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Britanny and Sheila begin to kiss Ranma and they have him pinned to the ground.
Ranma: WAIT! NOT IN PUBLIC!
Mumsey: Aw Isn't that cute?
Aeila (Sweat-drops): Uh Yeah
From behind a nearby rock, we see Sabbo and Tsunami watching all this.
Sabbo (Singing): "I'm so excited I just can't hide it I'm about to lose control and I think I like it Oh yeah "
Tsunami: ~WILL YOU STOP WITH THE SINGING!?~
Tsunami powers up, his ki a violet coloring of murderous intent. He does a powered-up roundhouse kick, which sends Sabbo flying high into the air at tremendous speeds.
Sabbo (As he flies off into the distance): WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Tsunami (Breathes deeply): ~At last I got rid of the rounded piece of living hell. For no one can get away with annoying me for any given length of time. For I am the ultimate, the deadly, the great ~
Mumsey: TSUNAMI!
Tsunami blanches as his face pales to a ghostly white. He turns around slowly, realizing he is in plain sight of all.
Britanny (Smiles, waves): Hi Grandpa!
Ranma: Hey Tsunami. Thanks for all your help.
Mumsey (Stands up): TSUNAMI! Where have you been for the past twelve years!?
Tsunami (Pales): ~Uh Well dearest I've been Um Busy ~
Mumsey: "Busy"? Too busy to even spend time with your wife!?
Tsunami (Sweats): ~Yes I mean no, NO!~
Mumsey stands up, away from her chair. She moves over to Tsunami slowly with a predatorial stance that speaks of pure rage. Her might causes the ground to shake beneath her feet with each footstep.
Tsunami (Thinks): I take Ares as my savior
Mumsey then engulfs Tsunami in a hug, his ribs cracking is an audible sound to all.
Mumsey (Hugging, twirling Tsunami in air): I MISSED YOU, MISSED YOU, MISSED YOU SO MUCH!
Tsunami: ~If it wasn't considered a cowardly act for a Shinobi like myself, I'd be crying right now ~
Mumsey (Hugs Tsunami even tighter): Aw I know you're happy; you're here with me. Don't worry, I'll make sure to make up for all twelve years we were apart.
Britanny: Yeah! GO GRAMMY!
Tsunami: ~Help me ~
On a ship sailing between Lrith and Trine
Ranma has his head over the side railing of the ship.
Ranma: BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRFFFFFFF!
Britanny: Hard to believe He's crossed the Sea of Japan by swimming TWICE, and he can't stand being on a ship.
Sheila: Yeah. You'd think all the martial arts training we do, he wouldn't have this sort of motion sickness
In the water, Sabbo, who is wearing snorkeling gear, surfaces next to the ship.
Sabbo: Great No sharks, sea serpents, water dragons, or anything for miles Too bad that one mermaid got away She was pretty.
Ranma: BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRFFFFFFFF!
Sabbo looks up to see Ranma's discourse coming down towards him. His eyes widen in fear unlike anything he has felt before.
Sabbo (Wide-eyed): AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
Seer's Desert
We see Ranma, Britanny, Sheila, and Aeila walking through the blistering-hot desert. They are all doing fine, as Sheila has made them large blocks off ice to carry using her magical scimitar Ice Fang.
Ranma (Holds ice piece to forehead): Ah That feels so good Thank you Sheila.
Britanny: Yeah. Thanks Sheila.
Sheila: Don't mention it.
Aeila: Well, we're here.
Ranma, Britanny, and Sheila stare at Aeila.
Ranma: "Here"? What's here?
Aeila: Seer's Hamlet. We'll be able to enter the Retreat through Seer's Hamlet.
Sheila: Uh Mom Seer's Hamlet is further to the South
Aeila: True But you can enter it here.
Britanny: I don't get it
Aeila: This place is called the "Seer's Desert" for a reason. And not just because it rains here only once every six years either Watch.
Aeila seemingly presses something invisible that floats in the air. A gate to Seer's Hamlet opens up before them.
Ranma: Woah
Britanny: Incredible
Sheila: How did you accomplish it?
Aeila: Simple. It was a door created by the people of Seer's Hamlet. For the Hamlet was constructed in a pocket-rift to keep it from disturbing the land it was built on, and for those of the Retreat, who make their way to Jade through the connection between Seer's Hamlet and the Retreat, to travel too the northern part of the East Continent much more easily and quickly.
Ranma: A pocket-rift?
Sheila: Yes It makes so much sense Pocket-rifts are the prime example of Seer's Hamlet major exportation goods. Such as Bags of Holding, Phase-through Mirrors, Teleportation Gates, Mage Suits, and such
Britanny: Well This is useful
Suddenly, a little floating dish floats up from the floor and hovers near them.
Ranma: What's that?
Aeila: A toll. Using the gate here isn't free.
Ranma: Oh. Makes sense.
Aeila drops four bronze coins in the dish. The door fully opens and they step in. The doors close behind them.
Britanny: Definitely useful
Sheila: I'll have to remember that.
Aeila: Indeed. Now, if it's not too much Could you either of you three take me to see Garfield? I want to see him again so much.
Sheila: Sure mom. Gar will be happy to see you. But first
Aeila: "First"?
Sheila: Want to look around?
Aeila: All right I'll look around the Hamlet for a little bit with you, before I go to see Garfield.
And So, Sheila takes her mother by the wrist and leads her into Seer's Hamlet.
The Four walk about Seer's Hamlet, taking in the sights of the city and market place. Aeila considers the wares that are for sale in the market.
Aeila: Place doesn't seem much different
Sheila: Well, it's still home to Gar and me.
Aeila: That's nice. (Looks at a crowd). Hey What's going on over there?
Sheila: I don't know
Britanny: Maybe we should check it out?
Ranma: Only way we'll find out.
Ranma, Britanny, Sheila, and Aeila start moving through the crowd. They see the people are gathered in front of a podium, which is erected before a dojo. There are two fighters facing off against each other. One human guy with blonde hair who is getting the crap beaten out of him by a Dark Elf. Ranma, Britanny, and Sheila recognize the Dark Elf right off the bat.
Ranma: HEY KARIA!
The Dark Elf stops pounding on her unconscious opponent's face. She turns and smirks when she sees Ranma.
Karia: Well, well The Grandmaster of 'True' Anything Goes returns! It's been over a good three months since I last saw you and the two werecats (Smirks). Get any better while on your 'quest'?
Ranma then jumps over the crowd and onto the podium.
Britanny Sheila: RANMA!
Ranma (Turns to the girls): No worries, Brit, Sheila! You know I got better!
Karia (Raises an eyebrow): Oh really? (Smirks). Now let's see HOW much better
Karia and Ranma get into fighting stances. Both take note of each other's strengths, weaknesses, and changes.
Ranma looks over Karia and smirks slightly.
Ranma (Thinks): Ah I can see that Karia has changed her fighting style a little No longer does she seem to emphasis on strength, by planting her feet firmly into the ground, but now seems to emphasis more on speed and movement by having her legs and arms move more loosely, and moving in an almost 'bouncing' motion.
Karia raises an eyebrow as she studies Ranma.
Karia (Thinks): Hmm The 'boy' has definitely filled out into a man His frame isn't as lithe as it was before, as definite muscle contour and tone has appeared. I can see that he moves his legs in a semi-swaying motion instead of bouncing like he was in that amalgamation of Tai Quan Do and Karate stances as he was the first time I fought with him And his arms move in a motion that seems to 'admit' he uses more emphasis with his arms in fighting.
Both have one common thought
Ranma Karia (Think): This is gonna be good
Ranma and Karia both let out a wordless roar of un-caged fighting fury. They move at each other and batter each other with incredible speed, that they actually become 'blurred'. The groups of people watching blink, as they can't seem to follow all the motion Well, everyone excluding a werecheetah and two jagweres.
Britanny (Thinks): DAMN! He's AS FAST as me now DAMN! (Eyes widen). Wait Hmm I wonder if I can put his speed to 'other' uses
Britanny begins purring.
Sheila (Thinks): INCREDIBLE! He's as fast as a werecheetah! How'd the heck he accomplish that!? I hope he can train me to become that fast Hmm I wonder if Ranma can use that speed with other 'activities' besides fighting.
Sheila begins purring.
Aeila (Thinks): Hmm Either he was going easy on my when we fought, or he got so much better during that month of traveling with him and the girls
Aeila then gets a very hentai-like smile on her face.
Aeila (Thinks): He must have gotten faster during that month of traveling After all, the girls have been putting Ranma through A LOT of 'endurance training' during the nights Sigh That lucky guy
Suddenly, the 'blur' breaks apart, with Karia going flying into the crowds, the impact causes a few patrons to the fight to go 'flying' away from the area.
Person #1 (Flying): WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!
Person #2 (Flying): I NEVER GOT TO SEE THE NIEK ISLE!
Person #3 (Flying): I TAKE AMARETSU AS MY SAVIOR!
Person #4 (Flying): HEY! I CAN SEE MY HOUSE FROM HERE!
Karia lies in a crater that's three feet deep and a good eight feet wide.
Karia (Blinks): Ow
Karia begins to sit up in the crater as Ranma moves towards her.
Ranma: You okay Karia?
Karia: Yeah I must admit You 'grew up' Ranma You can go toe-to-toe with me in combat now (Smiles). How about going toe-to-toe with me in another 'fashion'?
Karia winks at Ranma. It takes Ranma's mind a few minutes to register what she actually means, and he starts blushing a deep crimson shade. Karia then stands on her feet and moves towards Ranma. She kisses him on his right cheek.
Karia: A kiss for the victor.
Ranma (Jumps back): ACK!
Britanny Sheila: HEY!
Britanny and Sheila then charge at Karia. Everyone stares wide-eyed as the two werecats start beating down the Weaponsmaster.
Britanny: TAKE THIS! (Punch).
Sheila: AND THIS! (Kick).
Karia (Being beaten on): THIS SUCKS SO MUCH!
This goes on for quite some time, and Ranma can only think of one thing
Ranma (Thinks): This can't be happening, this can't be happening, I didn't mean this to happen, this CANNOT be happening
Aeila (Sweat-drops): Well Ranma It looks like that the girls are very protective of you at least
Ranma (Sweats): Poor Karia
After leaving the thoroughly beat-up Karia at a Healer's Clinic in Seer's Hamlet, Ranma, Britanny, Sheila, and Aeila make their way through the rest of Seer's Hamlet, and up to the three ladders to get to area of Seer's Hamlet connected to the fair city
The Retreat
Britanny (Climbing ladder): Tell me again Ranma Why are we going to be staying at the Retreat while you train for the tournament?
Ranma (Climbing ladder): Well Britanny Aeila does want to see how much of the Retreat has changed while she's been gone And after all, if we're going to stay in the Retreat and Seer's Hamlet to train, since the coliseum for the tournament is literally right next-door might I add, then we can stay with Sheila and her mother at their home If it's no trouble to either of you.
Sheila (Climbing ladder): Of course not!
Aeila (Climbing ladder): I don't mind. It's not really my home Haven't lived at this new building Sheila and Garfield are in.
Sheila: Of course it's your home too Mom! Gar would also be happy for you to live there once he sees you again.
Once climbing and going through the Retreat, Ranma, Britanny, Sheila, and Aeila stand outside the door to the small house, connected to a side of a tree like all the others.
Sheila: Here we are. It may not be much, but, to me, it's home.
Once they get to Sheila's home, they find Gar talking with Nali over a cup of coffee in the kitchen area. Sheila motions for the others to get out of view, and wait in the living room. She moves closer to the kitchen to listen to what Gar and Nali are saying.
Nali: Thank you for the coffee Gar.
Gar: You're welcome Nali. Thanks for coming over to talk.
Nali: It's no problem. So, how have you been doing Gar? Gar (Shrugs shoulders): Pretty much the same. I've just been training. It's pretty quiet around here without Sheila. Tirga doesn't come by to bother me as much anymore, and I definitely don't have Sheila here to talk to. So, training helps me pass the time, when not on duty
Nali (Nods her head): Makes sense.
Sheila smiles slightly. Her brother really misses her.
Sheila (Thinks): Sigh Gar you big lunk-head
Sheila then calls out to her brother, scaring the daylights out of him and Nali.
Sheila: HEY GAR! I'M BACK!
Gar bolts upright in his seat, and turns around. A smile breaks out on his face as he sees his little sister.
Gar: Sheila!
Nali (Smiles): Welcome back Sheila.
Gar moves over to his sister and picks her up in a hug.
Gar (Hugging Sheila): It's good to see you again Sheila!
Sheila: Gar! Easy, will ya'?
Gar (Smiles sheepishly): Sorry Sheila.
Gar sets Sheila down on the ground.
Gar: So Sheila, how did the trip go?
Sheila: Very well In fact
Gar (Raises an eyebrow): In fact what?
Sheila then smiles at Gar.
Sheila: Hey Gar, I have a surprise for you!
Gar: A surprise? What is it?
Sheila: It's in the living room.
Sheila leads Gar over to the living room. Nali get sup from her seat and follows.
Gar: Okay All I see is Ranma, Britanny (Waves). Hi Brit!
Britanny (Waves back): Hi Gar.
Gar: And another jagwere
Gar then looks the female jagwere over, taking note of how nervous she seems. He has a strange feeling being around this woman.
Gar (To the older jagwere): Excuse me Do I know you?
Jagwere (Nervous): Hello Garfield Wow You grew up to look so much like your father. The resemblance is uncanny.
Gar studies the woman further. She seems so familiar to him, yet he can seem to find a time or place that he would have met her. Then it hits him: warm memories of his childhood. Sitting on his mothers' lap as she reads him a story Struggling against his mother, as she tries to give him a bath Sitting down at a table with his family, his mother having prepared a nice warm meal Having his mother tuck him into bed at night Losing her that night, as she is inside a burning building that collapses He is afraid Could this possibly be her? With uncertainty, Gar asks the woman the only word he can seem to get out of his mouth.
Gar: M, mom?
The female jagwere smiles and nods, all the while looking at Gar.
Aeila: It's good to see you again Garfield
Gar and Aeila remain looking at each other for sme time. Finally, Aeila simply walks forward to Gar, and mother and son get caught in a hug. Gar tries to talk, all the while fighting back tears that threaten to come forth.
Gar: I thought you were dead Mom, I've missed you so much!
Aeila makes no such effort to hold back her emotions, her eyes letting the tears flow freely.
Aeila (Crying): My son!
They stood there hugging for some time. Britanny, sitting on the couch with Ranma, allows her head to fall onto Ranma's right shoulder.
Britanny (Whispers to Ranma): Isn't that sweet?
Ranma (Nods his head): I'm happy for him Brit.
Sheila stands to the side and smiles. One thought keeps going through her mind.
Sheila (Thinks): We're a family once more
After a few moments of getting reacquainted with his mother, Gar asks Ranma, Britanny, and Sheila how the trip went, and is surprised (REALLY surprised) that Ranma had actually defeated all ten Weaponsmasters. Getting an answer, Gar starts hitting on Britanny, which pisses off Ranma, and, surprising to Gar, makes Sheila angry as well. Sheila goes to her room, and sets up a few cots in the room as well. Gar makes note of that and questions his sister about it.
Gar: Hey Sheila Why would you want a man, (Ranma) sleeping in the same room with you and Britanny?
Sheila 'explains' her reason. She takes the cold water and pours it on Ranma's head, making him a woman again. Gar's eyes widen, but then he remembers he saw this before, and just lets the subject drop.
However Sheila's true reasons for wanting Ranma to stay in the room with her and Britanny are a bit Kinky
It is now evening. Ranma is lying on the roof of Sheila's home. The place is peaceful, and everyone seems happy. Ranma reflects upon the day's events.
Ranma (Thinks): Hmm We've done a lot of stuff here at the Retreat The other Edge Guard members see the 'Jasper of Leadership' on Sheila's wrist, and Britanny sporting a similar one, but one that's blue. I can't believe explaining that those were actually the Arks make the Edge Guard faint
Ranma slightly frowns as he thinks of one specific Edge Guard member.
Ranma (Thinks): And then there's Tirga Begging Sheila to forgive him. However, Shechan has NO intention of following that dumb ass around anymore, and that's good After all, she's got me, and in a sense, Britanny now, so what would he think she needs him for? Then that jerk Tirga took it badly For about two hours Then it's off women hunting again for that jerk
Ranma then stands up on the roof of the house. He looks at the setting sun in the distance. He takes a slightly deep breath, as he speaks quietly to himself.
Ranma: Three months Just three more months to train Then I enter the Tournament of Arms I really hope I can do this
Female voice: I think you can.
Other female voice: Yeah. We've seen how you've fought. We know you can do it!
Ranma turns around to see Britanny and Sheila on the roof with him. He smiles slightly upon seeing them.
Ranma: Hi Britanny, hi Sheila. So, what are you two doing up here?
Britanny: Can't we come up to sit with out favorite pig-tailed martial artist?
Ranma: Sure, why not?
Sheila: So Ranma, what're we going to do tomorrow?
Ranma: I was thinking of doing some training. After all I only have three months to prepare.
Britanny: We can help you prepare!
Sheila: Yeah! You can teach us more, and we'll spar with you!
Britanny: And, we'll definitely work on your endurance levels! Puuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Ranma (Sweat-drops): I'm sure you will
Britanny (Smiles): I can't wait to start 'training' some more! Puuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Sheila (Smiles): I know what you mean Britanny Puuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
Ranma sweat-drops. Why is it he got stuck with two 'enthusiastic' and 'rambunctious' werecats?
Ranma (Thinks): Well, at least they are good people, and do love me.
Without warning, Britanny and Sheila then pounce Ranma.
Britanny Sheila: Puuuuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
End Chapter 35
Next Time: Ranma is the best at what he is BUT He's lacking book-smarts. Now, Ranma must go to the Magical Observatory, and train his mind under Brod. And, Britanny gets to meet again two friends she hasn't seen in a long time
Author's note: Sigh Well, it's been quite awhile, hasn't it? What can I say? I wanted to go and finally finish off my other fic, "Ranma: The Tenth Hakkeshu". Now that I have the first book finished, I can spend some time writing more of this story, and possibly starting ANOTHER Ranma crossover story
