Chapter eight- School Trouble
They past few days Annie's teachers have been acting very cold to her. She could not tell why and was determined to find out! That afternoon at home
"Um…dad all my teachers have been ignoring me marking me absent, not calling on me when I raise my hand the only one who will call on me is my homeroom teacher but he'll call me and not Annie which he always calls us home roomers by our first name could you try to talk to the school"
" I don't see why not sure I'll call tomorrow personally"
" Thanks uh may I go call Duffy"
He nods yes as Annie runs to go call with Grace writing a letter to her mother the note reads: Dear Mother,
So sorry it's been such a long time since I have contacted you just not enough time in the day it's been crazy around the mansion with Annie and the wedding plans I just want to let you know mother that I love you and I promise to write more once everything is settled

Grace puts her letter in an envelope and sends it on its way with Annie and Duffy
"Duffy You're not listening to me I think molly is in trouble but you need to help her I got my own problems at school plus you're the one that was always next to me no matter what so will you help me"
" Fine Annie but you owe me big time"
" Thanks Duffy you're the best"
" Oh you better believe it"
They both hang up an Annie runs down the hall to Grace's room
" may I talk to you for a moment?"
Grace looks up form the book she's reading and nods and motions Annie to hop on the bed so they could speak to each other
" So what's going on you still worried about the wedding?"
" No but I think my friend Molly is in trouble I asked Duffy for help she said she would but she tends to forget could you and Drake maybe help me?"
" I don't see why not sure I'll help you have to ask Drake yourself though"
" Thanks and I will"
Annie runs downstairs to find Drake
" Oh Drake I've been looking for you"
" Yes Miss may I help you"
" I told you call me Annie and I think my friend Molly is in trouble Miss Grace already agreed to help me will you please help me to?"
" Why oh course Miss I mean Annie"
" Thank you Drake we start first thing tomorrow afternoon after school"
He nods to let Annie know he understands Annie runs to go tell Grace the rest of the plan the next morning at school Annie's teacher asks if he can speak to her for a moment they walk out into the hall
" You're father called the school early this morning all of us teachers are sorry we just think you're lying to protect Alicia we know you wouldn't do something like that sorry again"
Annie nods
" Thank you for telling me"
They walk back into class and Annie walks to her desk and next to her who does she see but ALICIA!
" Alicia you're back! When did you get back?"
" About a week ago the popo found me"
" Wow well I hope your satisfied because everyone of my teachers thought that you were at my house and I was protecting you so you know what we're done being friends"
" Whatever little miss orphan"
" I AM NOT AN ORPHAN anymore I have a dad and pretty soon I will have a mother"
" Yeah but she's still the help"
Annie fills with rage and pushes Alicia out of her chair and the start fighting and when that's all broken up both of the parents get called and both girls are sent to the principal's office
" Annie I am so surprised at you your much better than this"
" Dad I'm sorry she critzied me then and she the best of me I just hope the principal accepts what I have to say"
Oliver rubs Annie back while they wait the principal calls all of them in he lets Annie off with a warring but give Alicia a month of detention because this is not the first time Alicia started a fight with somebody but both of them are sent home
