I know this isn't Divine Intervention, but I've had this chapter lying in my documents for like 4 months now and the only reason I didn't upload it was because I didn't want to continue this story for a long time but its really asking to be read so I decided it was time to upload it! Enjoy! -xoxo Tak

It had been three weeks since the wedding and Logan and Camille had already re-gathered their friends and family for some big news. The newlyweds had just recently returned from their honeymoon in the Virgin Islands three days ago.

In the time they had been gone, their friends had been getting back to their lives: James had traveled to New York for a Cuda Cosmetics photo shoot retreat, Carlos had co-signed off a contract with Kendall to create L.A's coolest new community ice rink where Carlos would sell his signature helmets and Kendall would train and coach anyone willing to learn to skate, as for Jo, she was moving back to L.A and officially together with Kendall; there were even rumors that he was going to pop the question soon.

Kendall and Jo were living in the past, in the best way possible. Everything was like fresh teenage love for them; they went on cute dates, got nervous before seeing one another, and blushed madly when others mentioned their relationship. The only difference was that they were living together and would end some nights with hot, passionate sex, but they weren't complaining. They were very content in the way they restarted everything. Everyone else was content in having them being back to normal.

"So we know you are all wondering why we got you all together again," Logan began, "and the fact of the matter is, we have some big news."

"No dip Sherlock!" Kendall retorted jokingly to his best friend, resulting in a glare from the brunette boy.

"Anyways," Camille continued for her husband, "we weren't really sure of how to break the news to everyone-"

"Considering it was a HUGE surprise for us." Logan interjected.

"So we decided to just have you all with us." Camille said. Everyone looked at the couple awaiting the information, not enjoying their vagueness.

"So here we go," Logan chuckled anxiously. "Um Camille, Camille and I, we, we're um," he looked over to his wife for help.

"We're going to have a baby!" She exclaimed excitedly. There was uproar of joy coming from everyone, especially the couple's moms. Everyone was congratulating the two, excited for them in every way.

Jo couldn't believe that her best friends were going to have a baby and she was going to be an aunt. She hugged Camille tightly, wanting her to know how happy she was for her.

"You're going to be a mother!" Jo exclaimed in disbelief. "It feels just like yesterday you and Logan kissed for the first time, and now… wow!"

Camille giggled. "I can't believe it either!" Camille agreed. "I never thought we'd ever get married let alone start a family." Camille ran her hand across her stomach, unable to hid her happiness as well.

Kendall and Logan watched the two friends converse animatedly about the baby. Kendall too was happy for his friends, but he knew that Logan was more scared than he was excited. It wasn't that he didn't want kids; it was that he had no clue how to be a father. He barely knew how to be a husband when fatherhood too was thrust upon him.

"You'll be fine." Kendall whispered to him, sensing Logan's insecurity.

"But what if I'm not?" Logan questioned back, quietly so only Kendall heard.

"Then you'll have to call your three best friends to help you out." Kendall replied encouragingly. Logan grinned thankfully and then hugged Kendall. After they parted, he grabbed the other two boys and hugged them as well; somehow they too knew what Logan had been truly nervous about.

"A toast," Kendall called out after dinner, raising his glass of champagne, "to my best friends Logan and Camille, you two are going to make wonderful parents."

Everyone cheered to that. All day everyone raved about the baby. Jo couldn't help but wish she were Camille. It seemed to her that Camille's life was beyond perfect now. She just longed for that completeness as well. Jo's face must have shown it, for Kendall looked at her lovingly with a look that said she'd get all of this soon too. She smiled back at him letting him know she was fine. She drank her glass of champagne and enjoyed the rest of the night.

On the way back home, Jo and Kendall talked about how nice it must be to settle down. Jo knew that whenever Kendall brought up this topic, it was to confirm she was still interested in getting married to him. She hated that he needed to confirm it, but she also found it cute that he was so nervous about it. She never knew him to be nervous about anything.

"You know," Jo began, "you could always find a better way to know if I want to marry you."

"Yes, but then where's the fun in that?" Kendall joked with a nervous chuckle. He knew she knew he was going to ask her to marry him any day now, but he wanted it to be a complete and utter surprise, like the way they fell in love. It was just one of those things that were inevitable, but interesting.

"You're impossible." She joked. "I couldn't have fallen in love with a more stubborn person ever."

"Well you know, you're no walk in the park either." He said playfully.

Jo scoffed. "Just for that, you're sleeping on the couch tonight and only get ONE good night kiss."

"Psh, you're only going to be torturing yourself by that. My kisses are so irresistible that you'll be the one begging for more and I'll be the one to say no." He shot back.

"I guess you don't want any kisses then." She retorted with a smirk.

"Joey please, I didn't mean it!" He cried desperately, still joking. "I can't just not kiss you good night. I need to kiss you every night."

She laughed. "Well then you better watch yourself."

"Okay I will." He laughed.

They had arrived at their apartment building in Burbank. It was home to many young celebrity couples. It was very classy though and very them. They loved it there.

"You're still sleeping on the couch though." Jo said quickly, racing out of the car and to the front doors. He chased after her, after parking. He was going to try to beat her to the room so that she'd have no choice but let him sleep on their bed.

He saw her take the elevator so he rushed to the stairs. They lived on the eighth floor so it'd be a long run, but so worth it in his opinion. He sprinted up the steps and to their floor. The hallway was clear so he dashed to the room. The door was locked so there was no sign she made it. He unlocked it and went in with a triumphant smirk, waiting for her arrival. He jumped onto their bed, waiting for her to come in.

Jo impatiently got out of the elevator. She hated the building's elevator for being as slow as it was but she was beginning to feel nauseous and taking the steps wouldn't have helped. She walked into the building, reluctantly accepting defeat.

"Get off that bed mister." She told him before entering their room.

"You're going to have to make me." He said with a devilish smirk.

"I wonder how I can do that?" She bemused knowing perfectly well that he would never leave even if she kissed him to get off.

"Well, I'm not making any promises here, you could get yourself out of that pretty little dress of yours and help me out of this awful monkey suit." He said playfully, pulling her close to him and gently trailing his hand up her thigh.

She swatted his hand away. "Hmmm nah. I guess I'll just have to revert to the couch."

Kendall rolled his eyes. He hated when she turned his own game on him.

"Fine. I'll sleep on the couch, but this just means when you want sex, I'm not putting out either." He told her, getting up.

She giggled and brought him in for a kiss. His lips tasted like sweet champagne, but Jo felt it was too sanguine for her taste. Her nausea was becoming worse so she broke it off.

"What's wrong?" Kendall asked, not okay with the short lip-lock.

"Sorry, I just feel kind of sick." Jo answered.

"Why don't you change and I'll get you some water?" He said, kissing her cheek and heading to the kitchen. Jo did as he recommended and changed out of her dress and into her nightgown. She sat on the bed and could feel her head spin.

Kendall quickly brought Jo water and some Advil. She gratefully took them both and laid down. Kendall was beginning to be concerned. Jo rarely got headaches or nausea so it felt ominous to him. He went to change out of his clothes as well, wanting to lie next to his girlfriend to comfort her.

"You're the sweetest." Jo told him as he got into bed.

"I know." He said smugly, earning him a weak smack on the arm.

"Don't be cocky." She warned with a light giggle. Kendall wrapped Jo in his arms and lightly pecked her on her cheek. They didn't talk for the rest of the night, instead quietly enjoying the warmth of one another and the steady beating of their hearts. Soon they both drifted into a calming slumber.
