Hinata has been in surgery for hours after pushing Naruto out of the way of an eight-wheeler truck and taking the blow for herself. All Naruto feels is guilt and worry. Finally the nurse says she is awake and out of surgery. Time to make amends.

2. Announcement

I'm debating on whether or not to eventually make this into a multi-chapter fanfic. I won't start it until after EL and Rifts are finished, and if I start it before, it'll be a backburner fic, but I was just wondering... The fanfic would basically be the time leading up to the accident, and maybe a little time afterward. Your views? If you want to see a multi-chapter version of this, just follow the story and/or review. If not, review with a 'no'. Ill post another announcement with my verdict once all has been decided. Also, to readers of my story Rifts, there is a poll up on my page. Please, please go vote! Technically, it's only voting for two-sided, as there is going to be a bit of one-sided because the moments I have written in the next chapter are too funny to remove, but still, VOTE.

Thanks, y'all. Oh, and to those who like my writing, please go read my other two fanfics, Everybody Lies and Rifts. EL is a modern AU, while Rifts is only slight AU, still in the ninja world. However, they are considerably darker than this one, like a lot. I am extremely proud of them, though, so any and all feedback is much appreciated. Suggestions for both are taken into consideration, though I already have their basic plotlines decided. Also, if I don't make this into a multi-chapter, I may end up doing a re-write.
