The next morning Olivia wakes up to the smell of coffee.
"Good morning sunshine, I'm glad you can sleep with all that is going on." Carter says handing her a cup of joe.
"Thanks, but I am sure I can handle this calmly myself. And I really should go in to work." Olivia says through her stretching.
"There is a man trying to kill you and you think you should be going in to work? Woman, you're crazy."
"Look, I'm fine. I can handle myself. But thank you for last night."
"No thanks needed. I can't force you to stay here, but i would really advise it. I have to be getting to work myself. Shaw will be here in just a while."
"Again, thanks but nobody else needs to get involved, except my captain and my team. Tell ms shaw to cancel."
"Can't do. We are here to protect you. Until the threat is gone."
Olivia sighs "Can I at least call my captain?"
"Yes, call him and inform him of everything. I'm sure they can help us stop this guy." Carter said sipping her coffee.
"Mr. Reese, can you go check up on ms shaw and Olivia. I've tried reaching out to them but no one is picking up there phones." Finch said into his earpiece.
"Will do, find anything else out solid to this victim?" Reese inquired.
"Yes, she has a black belt in martial arts, she's been awarded quite a few metals for bravery, but she has indeed wrongly imprisoned a handful of people.
"That can't be good. I'll see what I can do" Reese says hanging up.
He then calls Fusco.
"I was starting to think that you've all forgotten about me." Fusco jokes
"We tried, but I guess we can't rid ourselves of you." Reese jokes. "However, we got a new number. We could really use your help on this one."
"What's his name wonder boy?"
"Her name. Her name is Olivia benson."
"As in detective Olivia benson out of special victims?"
"Yes. But she's safe for the time being. We need to know what you can find out about the man trying to kill her."
"What's his name?"
"Gerald Sicowski.
Fusco type his name into the data bank and sighs. "He was just released from prison a few hours ago. He has a long rap sheet of violence and robbery. The evidence in which to hold him in prison wasn't substantial. It seems that he was innocent."
"Do you know where I can find him?"
"Yes, I just sent you his address. Need me to trail him?"
"Not yet. Benson was shot at last night which means he has other people working for him. Find out who and follow them."
"Will do." Fusco says hanging up.
