Chapter 1. First Day, First Trouble
I'm finally back-
This the first feeling I had after leaving this town for fourteen years, although I only stay here for one day. But that One day had given me so much sweet memory rather than my hometown, Hamel. I take a glance at Irene beside me, it looks like she looking at far away place. I wonder did she have the same feeling with me? While wondering about how Irene felt, I look at the sky. It looks like it's already noon time. I took us half a day to travel from our secluded place to here. Of course we're flying to reach this town. If we take a ship to travel, it will take three days to arrive. Using Irene wing, I travel as fast as I can to reach Velder town.
Well... Let's see. What should I do first? Go to academy first? Or Build a living place at the border of town first? While I'm still pondering about what to do, Irene grab my right hand pull me into the town.
"Let's get our business in school done first, Rock. Then I want you to show me around the town again" Irene smile brightly at me, and quickly move towards academy.
I could only resign myself and let her drag me to the academy. But she got lost, rather than dragging me to academy, she dragged me into a quiet alleyway with dead end. She looked at me with teary eyes asking for help to escape this situation. I sigh to myself, and this time I'm the one who do the dragging around. I go to the patrol guard asking where to buy a guiding map for the town. After I got the map, I tease Irene
"Really, you, Aren't you the most excited one when I got admitted into the school? I was thinking I will just slowly and leisurely taking care of the school stuffed, and you impatiently want to finish it. Did you really want to go on date so badly?"
Betraying my expectation, Irene didn't retort me, but she showed a shy and embarrassed smile, fidgeting her hair.
"Th-That's because we had been together just the two of us at the place which only filled with forest and wild animals. S-So I missed the town lively mood" She's pouting and averting her gaze cutely. I maybe had said a thousand times, bur I really can't get bored with her cute expression. She's really beautiful and adorable.
"Alright, after we finish greeting principal at the school, we will running around the town until we drop" I said it with caring voice and touch her cheek.
"R-Really!?" She smiled beamingly just like a child got promised will be given with their favorite toys.
Upon that, I could only smile wryly and nod at her. I pulled her gently leading to a school front gate.
When I enter the school building, at this time, I realized I had made a really big mistake. I thought to myself, why I need to hastily greet the school principal. I should just take Irene go fooling on the town first and then finished the school matter, or maybe I should just take care of it tomorrow. But no matter what, time can't be reversed, and I already got into trouble.
The moment I entered the school, I saw a few student who wear something that should be prohibited at school. Some had their nose pierce, some had their ear pierce, some had their tongue pierce and there is some had so many hole on their clothes, and others. This must be what we called a school delinquent, or school trouble maker. I averted my gaze didn't want to get into some kind of trouble with them because it's a hassle. But luck not on my side, I heard some one high voice called out to me to stop. But I ignored him. He then looks like irritated, and grab Irene shoulder. Irene feeling disgusted shook his hand off rudely and said-
"Don't touch me with your filthy hand you lowlife scum" I face palm myself thinking 'Oh hell, this will be one long hassle'
The man looked like their leader had his height nearly 190cm, and his hand is really big it's like he could crush my head completely just by grabbing my head.
One of his subordinate which grab Irene shoulder had a frozen expression first, then quickly turned red into anger.
"You bitch, Imma gonna teach-"
Before he could finish his word, he was stopped by their leader hand, and kept silent. Then the leader looked at both of us, and said
"I haven't seen both of you from here. Are both of you are new students?"
Aah... Here we go usual school delinquent first greeting line.
Kurona POV
It was Lunch break, I had been bored with the classroom where the first day only sitting around lazily. I walked down stair into the direction to cafeteria. It was at that time, when I pass through the lobby hall, I saw there're two people being surrounded by some delinquent. I looked around for searching someone to help, but all the students whether just pretend they didn't see or just passing ignoring them. When I saw this, I really loath them. This sociality really is rotten to the core. I look carefully at the two persons which got surrounded. One is a boy, but he looks to old to be a high school students. He had silver hair which is really rare in this school with a bit spiky casual hair, wearing a black tank top, on his fore head he's wearing white head band and looks like he is a karate apprentice, wearing jet black pants with a fire ornament at the bottom of the pants. One is a girl with a baby face and long silky hair to her waist. She's wearing dark black dress and it's looked like a Gothic Lolita clothes which suits her perfectly. She could be described with a perfect human doll. I hide myself in the corner of wall trying to ascertain the situation.
"Yes, we are the new students which just transfer here. So, could we go now?" The boy answered the guys which taller than him a few head with calm and unchanging expression. I thought 'Wow, this boy sure have guts. Even knowing the situation is disadvantage for them, he still could preserve his calm and answered with so carefree expression.
The guy in front of him had his shoulder trembling a bit, it looks like he's got angry at the boy nonchalant expression.
"You bastard, is that how you show your respect to your senpai(senior) at the school?" The boy smiled bitterly but I didn't miss his melancholic expression. It seems like he had experience this kind of treatment at other place.
"I'm sorry, for my friend rude behavior senpai. It's just we really want to get this over quickly, could you be kind to let us go now?" This time he smile full of sincere implying that is his only intention.
This time without warning, the guy in front of him punch him at his face. The boy didn't try to dodge or block the punch. The girl behind him showed a shocked expression first, then it looks like her hand which being grip trembling. I could feel like her hand gathering some kind of mana... This is bad... If this keeps going on, this could turn out into a large scale fight. I should stop them before that happened.
Rock POV
Ha... Seriously... This kind of thing never changed.
After being punched at my face, I noticed Irene was trying to use her magic to destroy them. But I tighten my grip on her hand, trying to tell her I'm fine, this much is nothing compared to the incident sixteen years ago. So don't try anything crazy. She glanced at my face then I nod at her. She sighed for a second then relaxing her hand. After her hand had completely stopped trembling, I turned my glance again to delinquent in front of me.
"Hah... Why should I respect the senpai who using their higher position to oppress his kouhai(Junior)? Is that all you got? Then could you be kind to let us go now?" I once again show a smile.
This time, his vein pop out his head, and punch my face twice. I didn't budge again. His punch is just like a wind punch for me.
"Is that all you got? Then could you be kind to let us go now?" Again I didn't change my expression and show a smile just like there's nothing happened. And now, he looks like he lost his patience now. He showed his true form, a werewolf hybrid.
Kurona POV
Uwah... This is bad... This is really really bad.
It should be forbidden to unleash their real form for personal fight at school ground. It's different matter if it was a training under teacher guidance or PE class. But this is lunch break, and the opponent even didn't lift any finger to him. He being unreasonable to unleash his true form, and as if it was not enough, the delinquent who surrounded snickered and they also unleash their real form. The boy only show his excitement, and said "Wow, is this school the place where they keep dog as pet?" I face palm myself, and restrain myself for shout out loud 'Why are you so carefree and still provoking them after seeing your situation. Read the damn mood over there'
Can't be helped. I had to step in now.
"Stop this ruckus now Senpai. You're bothering the student here. Showing your real form just for personal grudge is prohibited"
"Huh... What is the school prodigy students doing here... Get lost before you get hurt... This isn't the place for bookworm like you to show off. I'm just teaching the newcomer how to respect their senpai. They're way to arrogant for someone who just arrived at this school"
"Senpai, if you aren't going to stop, I'm going to call teacher" I threat him with teacher name's hoping he will give up. But, it looks like senpai too stubborn to stop this ridiculous argument.
"Heh... Looks like you really want to stick your nose in this matter. Kouhai this day, not just did not respect their senpai, but they also rebel against their senpai. Guys! Charge! Don't let that bookworm get away! Teach him so that he can't against our order again!"
Ugh... So it came to this huh... Then I'll show them I'm not a merely bookworm... I set my grimoire in front of me preparing to intercept their attack. I only need to use energy blast to deal with this kind of enemy. But before I could release the energy blast, I could feel the pressure and it feels like a black whirlwind just gust pass through me. I close my eyes unconsciously. When I opened my eyes, The boy with silver hair already in front of me and grabbing my hand to stop me.
"Wait a minute glasses boy, You don't need to dirty your hand for someone you don't know. You just stay back and let me dirty my hand. This is my problem anyway"
I can't move my hand even though I tried to shake his hand off from me with full power. Wha-What's with this monstrous power. It looks like he didn't grab me really hard but I can't shake off his hand. What's the meaning of this. I glanced at him confused, but he only smile wryly and change his glance to the girl. The girl only shake her head and shrug her shoulder. One again he smiled wryly, and glance at me back. I feel a cold chill shiver down my back. I only could nod my head and stay back farther away.
"Well, I really don't have time to play with you guys anymore. So, Come at me wherever you want, doggie~"
All of them have their vein pop out from their head. They really are pissed. All of them including their leader charged at the boy with silver hair.
But the next moment what happen is one side slaughter. All of them had their head buried in wall, and their leader had his head buried in the ceiling. His body was hang down unmoving. The silver haired boy dust off his hand, and smile toward the black haired girl. The black haired girl smiled back toward the silver haired boy and let out a small chuckle. While I stood still dumbfounded, I can't comprehend at the event folding in front of me. His move is to fast for me to catch up with naked eyes.
"Hey, glasses boy, before I'm being arrest by security staff, may I asked one thing. Why are you trying to help me? All the student who saw the incident are avoiding to get involved. But why are sticking your nose into the flame? Are you trying to become a hero or something?"
I let my jaw dropped for a few second, and I finally getting grip off myself. "Ah, no... I actually want to run away too, I didn't want to get involved, but I can't stand someone strong bullying the weak. So I will stick my nose into it even if I can't win"
"I see, so you're an idiot too... Hahahahaha..." The silver haired boy laugh lively
"Well, yeah... I guess so... Hahahahahah..." I laugh happily together with silver boy, it looks like we're compatible to each other. But before long they're being caught by security staff and got thrown into nullifying room. I hope I can see him again soon. He really perk up my curiosity, I got interested in him. What kind of secret did he kept inside him, I want to know him more.
Rock POV
"Hm... Looks like this white room to nullify the student power to discipline them" Irene voiced her opinion while touching the wall seemingly scanning around.
"There is some kind of machine to nullifying student power "
"Is that so?" I asked in uninterested manner. "But why am I didn't feel anything change?"
"Fuh... It's because you're contracted with me, this kind of machine won't be able to suppress my power"
Not long after we being thrown inside the white room, we could heard some man getting yelled by someone higher than him...
"YOU IDIOT! WHO TOULD YOU GUYS TO THROW THEM INTO NULLIFYING ROOM!:
"But, principal, They're stranger and they had hurt the student in this school. We should restraint them here or there will be more trouble" I heard panicking voice speaking in the intercom, looks like he had reported the incident into principal.
"DUMBASS! THEY'RE MY GUEST! THEY WON'T CAUSE TROUBLE IF OUR STUDENTS DIDN'T START IT. NOW RELEASE THEM AND BRING THEM TO ME RIGHT THIS INSTANCE!"
"Y-Yes!"
"Fufufu... looks like you already give one bad impression to principal, Rock" Irene giggling softly and tease me.
"Leave me alone" I said while pouting and averting my gaze. Seeing my attitude, Irene giggling again.
Not long after that, I could heard the sound of the door unlocked, and then *Swish* the electronic door opened up showing a man complicated expression. It seems like he was the one got yelled by principal just now. From how his uniform different than other security staff who bring us into this room, I guess he is the chief who organizing the security staff. The man walked to our direction, then he bowed his head
"We're sorry for our rude treatment earlier... We didn't know that both of you are guest of honor from principal... Please forgive us..."
Irene and I glanced each other showing complicated look. We didn't think we will be treated so specially with just the word of guest of principal.
I scratched the back of my head, and then I tapped the chief shoulder. I feel like he trembling a bit, then I show a bitter smile. Looks like he really tense.
"Lift up your face, Erm... Who is it...? Ah I'll just call you chief, okay? Lift up your face, chief"
The man didn't move first, then he slowly lift his face and standing straight. His face still showed he is tense.
I smile wryly and said "There's no need for you to be so tense right that, chief. It's not like I will punch you in the face or sue you just because you threw me inside this room"
The chief nod his head but looks like he still tense. Maybe my presence here who make him tense. I then sigh softly and said to him smiling "All right, like I say, I'm in hurry so could I go now?" The chief nod his head slowly "Aah... O-Okay... Have a safe trip, Sir" I face palm myself and sigh "Come on, chief. I'm not used to formality addressed to me. Just speak casually" "Y-Yes, Sir" . I take glance at Irene, she smile at me and nod. Then I walked off while sighing together with Irene.
"Pfft... O-Okay... Have a safe trip, Sir... Fuhahahahahaha... How funny... Hihihihi..." Irene laugh out loud holding her stomach when we walk farther from disciplinary room.
"Come on Irene... Stop tease me already... Or did you really like to laugh that much? Then I'll help you~" I mischievously slip behind her and tickle below her armpit.
"Hyaun..." Irene let out a rare cute yelp "Ahihihihihihahahahahahihihihi... s-stop... stop...hihihihihi... I-I give... hahahahaha...please stop...hihihihi..." she collapsed into the ground while I'm tickling her. I stop after I feel satisfied and released her. She plopped down on the floor breathing heavily just like a doll had their string cut out.
She slowly lifted up her face and scowl at me with her teary eyes. I shrug her off and walked in front of her while humming. She quickly followed up behind me. "That was mean, Rock" she's pouting angrily. I let out a small chuckle "That was a payback for teasing me"
"Say, I forgot to ask that glasses boy name" Irene looked at me with confused face "Did you trust that boy?" She looked at me with I can't believe it face. I smile wryly "I feel like could get along with him. It's like my personality compatible with him" "Is that so" she answered uninterested. "Well, you will be able to meet him tomorrow anyway, so you don't need to rush it" she smiled at me kindly. I smiled back at her and joined with her hand and walked slowly to principal room.
Not long after that, we arrived at principal room. I take a deep breath and knocked on the door. Not long after that, I heard a small beauty voice said "Come in"
"Excuse me" I said while turn the door knob and enter the room. There I saw a beauty girl with blond hair which tied in a single ponytail behind her. At first, she looked at me with shocked eye expression.
I knitted my eyebrow and asked "Is something matter, Mam?" Her shoulder jerk a bit and quickly shake her head in flustered manner "No no no no, Nothing... Ahahahaha" she smiled in troubled manner. Then she coughed once and returned to usual expression.
"Are you really Rock?"
"Yes. Is the letter got send to wrong recipient? If that so, then may I leave now?" I feel annoyed with this principal. She's the one invited me but when I arrived she treat me like a stranger?
"Ah... W-wait... I'm sorry for my rudeness... I hardly recognized you because you had grown up and your hair color is different. But if I looked at you carefully you did resembled your father"
My face frozen with her word. She know my father? "E-erm... Excuse me... M-may I ask how did you know about my father?"
She nodded and lean back at her seat staring at the ceiling. "Your father and mother... Jin and Amy... was once our travelling companion" She explained in melancholic tone. "But then, they parted ways from us in the middle of our quest"
I kept silent hearing her story, likewise Irene also sit beside me hearing her story quietly.
"I did once visit you when you're small, so maybe you didn't remember me, Your mother is really happy and proud showing you to me. She said one day you will be more amazing than your father. She really wanted to watch over you until that happen, but I'm sorry, I couldn't do anything for her except for admitting you into my school"
"No, that wasn't your fault. It was my mother choice" I said it softly.
"So, Rock, is the girl beside you is your weapon?" she smiled at me mischievously. I was so shocked and reflexively turned to Irene. Looks like she also turned to me and also shocked she got founded out quickly.
My words got stammered and asked "H-How d-did you k-know?" Upon my question, Stella smile wryly and said "You don't need to be so cautious to me. It shouldn't be a surprised if I know about your father and mother, I also know about demonic weapons" I'm at lost of what I'm going to say. She's really sharp if she could found out about Irene in just one meeting. I then asked her with serious expression "Are there anyone else who know about demonic weapons?" Stella than shake her head and lean her hand on the table and prop her chin "No, I'm a tight lip person. So it's just me who know in this school. Still I think it's quite funny how our companion didn't notice about how Amy always disappeared when Jin brought out his weapon" After she explained at that point, the room fell silent. Then she smiled mischievously
"Still to think this is the girl, which is can't sleep when she didn't hug her sister, can't go to restroom without her sister accompany her, always clinging to her back, always asked her to give her a good night kiss before sleeping, when I saw her for the first time it is unbelievable"
"W-Wait... H-How did you know all about that?" She quickly shout and her face turned really red from embarrassment.
"Oh... So that was true?" I smile mischievously.
"N-No... That wasn't true... It was true that I looked up at her, yearned for her, I didn't want anyone to take her away from me... Eh... Wait... What did you trying to make me said!"
"Oh... She admitted it" Stella smiled mischievously again
"So you admitted you're a siscon?"
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO..." Irene howled clutching her head with her both hand. She looks like she wanted to dig a hole and hide inside it.
I and Stella laughed happily seeing her behavior. But, I suddenly felt like there's someone behind the door. I glanced at the door without moving my head and keep facing Stella.
"Well... She really happy when she's talking about you. She always really cheerful and she said she really treasured you as her little sister although both of you not related with blood"
"Is that so?" Irene smiled with lonely expression
Stella then turned to me and smiled apologetically "I'm sorry for the trouble our students cause on your first day at school, Rock" she bowed her head deeply.
I was troubled with her sincere then I averted my gaze and scratched the back of my head.
"I-It was nothing, principal... I was used to it... Besides I'm a problem child anyway"
Irene sis head chop me and said to Stella "He is not a problem child, it's just that he had an ill luck which always attract bullies to him"
"That must be scary experienced which could revive your horrible memory sixteen years ago at Hamel"
Hearing that words, my face froze up, Irene also had her shoulder jerk and trembling. Seeing both of us with that reaction, Stella smiled apologetically and bowed her head again.
"I'm sorry to investigated on you without your permission"
I quickly get grip on myself and showed a complicated expression.
"N-No it's fine. It's principal right to know about her students background"
Aisha POV
I was still at library when the lunch break nearly finished. I was searching for a book to teach my student how to do the alchemy much more easily for beginners. When I lost on my thought in searching for the book I want, I heard some commotion from students.
"Hey have you heard, there's two freshmen got involved with the delinquent at Elsword class?" the boys asked the girl beside him
"Eh... Really? Poor freshmen... So what happen to them?" the girl said pity expression
I sighed to myself when I heard that. That Elsword, I already told him to restrain his class students, but he still so loose about his students. While feeling pity for the freshmen, what come next perk up my interest.
"That's what we all really think right? But the reality is different. The one who got thrown into pitiful state is the students from Elsword class. More over it was done by only one person. And he done that when all of them release their real form"
I was at lost for word. Are you serious? All of them got taken out while having release their true from? Who is that Freshmen?
"Oh my... That was unbelievable... You must made up that kind of story"
"It's unbelievable right? But that was the truth... They say there were eyewitness and also that school prodigy students also got involved. Many students ask him what happened, but he kept silent. He only said that all of the delinquent got thrashed out in no more than five second. But he leave the detailed out"
"Oh my... What a scary freshmen... I hope they didn't transfer to our class"
"Right... I also hope they didn't transfer to our class. It will be scary"
Seriously! And to think Kurona was involved! I had the sudden urge to meet this freshmen, without thinking I quickly go to the boy direction and grab his shoulder.
"Hey, about your story just now, where did they go after that. Tell me!"
The boy surprised by my sudden outburst and confused.
"Huh... Aisha sensei, did you know about that transfer students?"
The boy is trembling with my appearance. Looks like I had wear angry face without me notice it. But I can't care about that right now.
"That doesn't matter! Hurry tell me where did they go after that!"
"Y-Yes! They got arrested by security staff after that so I think they're at nullifying room now" The boy trembling much more looks like he was about to burst in tears. The girl beside him hide behind the boy back and look at me saying "Aisha sensei is scary..."
I quickly dash out the library leaving the two students dumbfounded. This is a good opportunity to increase battle power at my class. There's no way in hell I'll lose this chance to get such a talent students.
I arrive at school disciplinary room, but all I see is only empty room. Theirs is only one person sitting at camera surveillance monitor, the chief of disciplinary room. Without thinking, I summon my wand and locked it at his neck. The chief surprised, and took a glance behind him.
"Errr... Aisha sensei... What's the meaning of this..." The chief asked with trembling voice.
"Release the transfer students and let me meet them" I said with threatening tone
"T-The transfer students was just released thirty minutes ago"
"Where did they go?"
"T-That's I was asked by principal to bring them to her room"
Then I shove him off and quickly dash off to principal room. But, before I leave the room, I could hear the chief mumbling voice "Hah... What an unlucky days today, First, I got yelled by principal, then I got wand shove at my neck without any reason. Maybe I should quit this job" I apologize to him in my heart hearing his hard day. Maybe I was to rash that time.
At the turning corner to principal room, suddenly there's a black shadow appeared beside me. I'm too careless. I'm too focus on transfer student that I didn't survey around me. Before I could dodge it, another incident has already happen. We crashed each other.
""Kyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa"" both of us let out a scream. Eh? A girl? But the impact was just like I hit a truck 100 ton. I fell on my butt, as quickly stand up and rub my butt, I take a glance at the one who feel in front of me worried about her safety. Well, we do crash at high speed.
"Aisha?" "Eve?" we both call out simultaneously. Eve quickly get up and dust off her skirt.
"I'm sorry miss Aisha, What're you doing here?" Eve asked with monotone and her face is expressionless.
I sigh and said to her in frustration "I say Eve, how many times I already told you, drop the formality and that robotic tone of yours. We have been best friends and companion countless years and you still treat me like this? Or is it just me who felt that we're best friends?" I said it showing my tearful and puppy eyes.
Eve show a wry smile and hug me gently "It's not like that Aisha, I know I had become more human, but part of me still think of me as Nasod. I can't erased that part of me, because if I do that I feel like I'm rejecting who I am"
Before I could say another word, we heard a loud silver bell like voice howling. It looks like she so frustrated. Hearing that voice, both of us quickly dash off to principal room. Arrived in front of principal room, Eve and I smiled wryly to each other.
"Looks like we both had the same interest, huh, Eve" I said to Eve while squeezing my voice as small as I can fearing those inside the room could hear us.
Eve smiled wryly and answer me "Yeah, maybe that's true. But Eve know Aisha had different intention from Eve. Eve merely interested in transfer student because Eve heard they beat up the students from Elsword class easily, while Aisha had another reason interested in transfer students aside from beating up that idiot class students. My bet is, Aisha want them to transfer to your class right?" Eve smile mischievously at me.
I groaned inside my heart, because strike where it's hurt. When I lost in my thought to denied Eve's word, I could hear two voices burst in happy laughter. One is I'm already too familiar to heard, but another one is unfamiliar to me. I glued my ears to principal door trying to hear what they're talking inside. Then I feel like someone tapping at my shoulder, when I glanced at that direction, I saw Eve with troubled expression.
"A-Aisha, isn't it wrong for us doing this?"
I smiled mischievously at Eve and answered "Come on, Aren't you also interested in this transfer students? It's fine if we didn't got caught anyway"
Eve had a troubled expression first, but then she sigh and glued her ear at principal door. Looks like she lose in temptation because of her curiosity. I give her thumb up and smile mischievously because I found partner in crime.
"Well... Amy really happy when she's talking about you. She always really cheerful and she said she really treasured you as her little sister although both of you not related with blood"
"Is that so?"
Oh... So the silver bell like voice is the sister of someone Stella know. Fufufu... This is a good information. I grin evilly as I keep doing my crime.

Silent fell in the room and it's felt like eternity because I really want to know his past.

The room fell into silence once more. Then the boy made a force cough voice and changing the subject.
"E-Ehem... So which class should I attend to starting tomorrow? Or all the class was the same?"

I heard Stella ruffling her desk drawer and hand out something to the boy.
"Hm... there's a variety of teacher and school subject. So each teacher will be the homeroom teacher for the school subject?"
"Yes. For Example, If you want to attend History class, then Elsword will be your homeroom teacher"
"I see... Then what's this beside History saying supervising Close Combat students?"
"Ah... That's everyday after school we had a battle practice to determine the rank of students in this school. Sometimes it will be joined practice between another class"

My heart was beating fast waiting for his answer. There's some kind hope lighting in my heart. I was really hoping he will accept Stella proposal. After a few moment of silence, The boy sigh softly.
"First, about the class, I choose Aisha class. And for the second one, I thank you for your invitation, but I had to refuse. About the event you organized at school, I don't even think I could fight seriously in this school, more over at Inter High School Battle? I don't like stand out, and I don't think there's anyone in this school could roused me to fight seriously. In the after school event I was thinking I will just hold back and if there is any opportunity I will made it like I lose. That's the only solution I could think of. Will you still accept me in this school?"
My hope was shattered. I was happy that he choose my class, but I can't process the next word into my brain. My head was filled with the word Why?! Why won't he fight seriously?! Why?! Why?!
Maybe noticing my emotion which could burst any moment, Eve tapped at my shoulder and shake her head. She's trying to stop me barge in and give that boy huge piece of my mind. I breath deeply and sigh releasing all the anger build up inside me.
"I see... It's fine. I already know that the incident sixteen years ago will still leave a deep scar on you"

Again silence fell into the room. Just what is this incident sixteen years ago at Hamel that holding him back. I really want to barge in and asked him, but if I do that, then I'll be found out about my crime. He may think I'm a rude teacher and transfer to another class.

When the door was opened, Stella voice suddenly soften, just like a mother watching her son go to school.
"Rock, if you ever change your mind, my ears is all open for you anytime"
I heard a small laughter out from the boy mouth then answered
"Yeah, Sure! If that happens, I'll be sure to let you the first one to know!"
He said it happily. Then his figured came out from the room together with a girl. His hair is silver colored just like Eve. This boy seemed familiar. He's quite handsome. Wait! Why am I daydreaming about him! I shake off that thought and look to the girl. The girl had long lustrous black hair wearing a Gothic Lolita dress. She's so beauty that she even entranced me. If she had a black parasol hanging on her shoulder, she will looks like a perfect human doll. The boy closed the principal room door then glanced at Eve and my direction. My face frozen hoping he didn't notice us. I could tell Eve also tense because her hand is trembling at my shoulder. I swallowed down my saliva and keep hold my breath. The boy suddenly showed a wry smile and then walked off. The girl beside him also glanced at our direction then swaying her hair and followed behind him. After we sure they're already gone, Eve relaxing and sat down on the floor.
"Hey, Eve, was that just our imagination just now?" I asked her softly
"Negative. My calculation said he did notice us" Eve returned to monotone and expressionless.
Ano... Eve-san? Didn't I already told you drop the robotic tone when talking to us? Well, I'll let her off today. Seems like she's too tired to speak casually.
I steel my resolved and knock on principal room door. Stella answer with "Come in" immediately. It's like she already knows that we will come?
Eve and I looked at each other and nod, then we come in.
"Ah Aisha, and also Eve. Both of you came at good time. Here this is a new student data which will attend at your class "
Stella handed me two piece of paper filled with that boy and girl data. I check their name immediately because I'm curious. Like wise, Eve also stand beside me and check their profile.

I wonder why, when I saw their surname, I feel sharp pain in my chest. Then a flashback where I saw a red hair boy together with pink hair girl joined hand. But I couldn't see their face. I gritted my teeth, and asked Stella with impatience.
"Stella! Who is that boy? Did you know him?"
"Oh? Did you meet him already?" Stella asked with calm voice and unchanging expression.
This time I'm the one face faulted. I was unsure how to answer her. Eve kept silent beside me, and there is a guilty expression in her face.
"E-Err... N-No, It's just that you talked to him like you're so close to him" I said while averting my gaze from her.
I heard the sound of someone face palmed herself beside me. It was Eve, when I saw her shake her head, I realized how big mistake I had done.
Stella then showed me a devilish smile, like she found a new prey.
"Oya... Are you jealous to me Aisha? Even if you trying to hit on him, it's not like you could won anyway. He already had a girl which always beside him"
"I-It's not l-like I want to hit on him anyway!" I shout out loud denying her words. I could feel my face really hot and I could tell without anyone say it, it must already red from embarrassment.
Stella chuckle a little seeing my reaction.
"Well joke aside, before I answer your question, Aisha, I want to ask both of you a question first. May I?"
I took a step back, and cold sweat fall from my head. I already had a bad premonition from she's going to ask. Eve also lost at words and could only hang her face down just like a puppy resign herself being scold by her master.
Seeing our reaction, Stella smile mischievously.
"Both of you were eavesdropping on us, right?"
Eve's shoulder jerk strongly, while my face cramping up. I'll bet my face was looked really funny right now.
"Well, any comment?"
Both of us couldn't say anything. We really had lost.
"Alright, for who is that boy question. That boy is my best friend son, correction he is our best friend son"
"Stop beating around the bush, just get to the point already!"
Stella leak out a small sigh.
"What is your purpose for knowing more about him? You already know that he said he didn't want to participate in Inter High School Battle, right?"
"Why?! Why is he didn't want to participate?! He is strong right?! I don't know how strong he is, but as long as there is someone strong participating the chance for us winning will rise!"
"He had his own reason, Aisha. Just drop it. He had a deep scar inside his heart"
"What kind of scar is it?! I'll help him! I'll cure his scar, so tell me what happened to him sixteen years ago?!" I shout out loud and asked with impatience. I let out all anger which had been building up for a long time.

Eve was shocked and glanced at me with pleading eyes trying to tell me to stop my argument. But, I was too blind with anger to notice that. I burst out the word which I shouldn't let out.
"Oh, I See! He's a coward, right!? He's parents also must be a coward so you protected him so dearly! Well, I'm not going to accept him! The students who won't participate in Inter High School won't be welcomed in my class!"
I threw down the student profile paper to the ground and stomped on it. Stella looks like she reached her limit of patience, before she could do anything, there's a shadow coming from beside. Before I could react, I felt like my face was being hit by a brick. I was dumbfounded, and glanced at Eve. Over there, I saw Eve angry expression for the first time.
"Aisha, is that really how you feel?! So, you thought the person who can't fulfill your personal goal is useless, and is expendable, is that it?! If that's really what you think, I had misjudged, Aisha!"
I realized how too overboard my action is. Why I let my anger get the better of me. Why I can't suppressed my emotion. If I had been more considerate for other feeling, then this won't be happen.

I was cut out before I could finish my word.
"Stella, If Aisha didn't want to accept them, the transfer them to my class! I may not able to use magic, but I will learn how to use magic and I'll teach them!" Eve said it with determination filled in her eyes.

"Fine, I'll give you one more chance, Aisha. If you ever behaved like this again, then I'll transfer them to Eve class"
"Thank you, Stella" I lift up my face as I thanks her. Eve then walked to me and hug me gently.
"I know how you feel, Aisha. But anger and grudge won't help you to solve anything. They will only blind you and slowly drag you to wrong path. I agreed that it was irritating, every time at Inter High School we always met strong opponent. I still remember that one year ago, our school student met with that ridiculous strong guy, just by clashing sword once with him, he shattered our students weapon, cut the arrow and magic like a paper, but I believe there will be someone come to our side will be able to fight on par with him. We just haven't met that person. But, we will. I believe in that"
"Thank you, Eve. Really, thank you" I broke down in tears again.

"Rocknard Kaien, or he usually called with Rock, is Jin and Amy son" Stella declared it loudly.

Both me and Eve shout out loudly, having found out a shocking fact.
"Owch... My Ears! It's not really shocking if both of you looked at him carefully. He's really similar to Jin except his hair is silver"

Eve POV
I look at Aisha back as she trailed of from Stella room. Hah... Looks like she still have not given up in dragging Rock to join Inter High School Battle. Well, I better follow her before she made a stupid scene again. And I also want to meet Amy again. She may be annoying, but she was my best friend.
When I turned my back trying to catch off with Aisha, Stella voice quickly hold me off.
"Wait, Eve"
I turned back to look at Stella. She showed a complicated expression at me. It looks like she's troubled whether she said it or not. I had a really bad feeling about this.
She then sighed to herself, and steeled her resolve. What? What's with the pain at my chest?
"Eve, calm down and listen carefully. After you listen, whether you want to tell Aisha or not is up to you" She tell me with serious expression. No! I don't want to listen! I want to run away from here! My head keep screaming like that, but my body can't move.
"The truth is... We can't meet Amy and Jin anymore"
"Huh...?" My face frozen unable to comprehend what Stella saying.
"W-What do you m-mean, Stella?" I asked with trembling voice. I can't accept this. What did she mean by we can't meet Jin and Amy anymore.
Stella takes a deep breath and answered "What I mean is, Jin and Amy already passed away. They're no longer in this world"
My train of thought stop here. They passed away? They're no longer in this world? You must be joking! Without me noticing my tears already flow down from my eyes.
"You must be joking, right?" I asked Stella with trembling voice. Please tell me it was a joke!
"I'm not joking, Eve. They're really no longer in this world"
"Lies, lies, lies, that was a lies!" I shouted while holding my ears. I can't accept it!
"That was the truth. Accept it Eve"
"How come you can keep calm about it! Aren't you sad about it! You expected me to accept it!?"
"I had promised to myself, I won't grieve about them anymore. I had promised Amy I will help her take care of Rock. I will take care of him until the last of my life. That's my promise with her"

"Sixteen years ago, Amy visited me. She told me that Jin most likely had been killed by some suspicious guy we fought back then. I think it was not too long after we parted ways. That time Rock haven't be born when Jin was killed. And she said she also don't have much time anymore. At most, she only had two years left. That's where she asked me to take care of her son"
I can't say any word to retort her anymore. My feet felt like it lost its power. I fell down and sat on the floor. I cover my face cried like a child. My heart hurts, it's so painful. Or is it my reactor? I even can't think which is right or wrong anymore. My heart felt like they're being stabbed by countless needless.
"It's normal for you to have that reaction, Eve. You had become more human, so that's a normal-" Stella voice trailed off. She stopped her word there.

Aisha POV
I was so shocked when I arrived at the border of town. I can't believe he could finish built his house in such a little time. As I hide at one of the tree in the forest at the border of town. I was watching over Rock and Irene from 5 Km from their place. They won't found out if I this far right? As Why I could see them, I had been casting magic Owl Eye to enhance my vision at night. I could see both Rock and Irene together. Rock is still sawing some wood to make a table, while Irene is throwing fire wood to the fire to keep surrounding bright. But, where's Amy? I haven't seen her show up once since I watching over them.
I'll just keep watching them. I'll believe she will show up sooner or later.
Rock POV
Night is pretty cold here. But when together with Irene like this it doesn't feel bad. Irene keep throwing fire wood at fire to keep the place warm and bright. Irene then started a conversation.
"Hey, Rock, you sure are popular. You even had a teacher to watched over you the entire time. Aren't you a lucky guy?" She said with mischievous smile
"Give me a break Irene. It's not like I'm happy being popular or being watched over the entire time"
"Why not? Being eavesdropped, being watched over the entire time means they are really interested in you"
"Hey, let's split up for a bit. I will go find food, and you go get the water"
"Are you trying to test her?"
"No, I want to know what's her intention. I mean, what's the whole point watching me all the time doing something boring like this"

Aisha POV
Why? Amy didn't show up even though they're preparing for dinner. Where is she? Amy why didn't you show up? My brain keeps repeating this word. It felt like she had been waited for eternity. Did she got lost somewhere? Yeah, that must be it. When we travel together Amy always got lost herself. I should wait her. She'll eventually back.
But, Rock and Irene had go back inside house. Wait! Amy haven't show up! Why both of you leaving her alone outside? I can't believe this! Why both of them leave her alone outside! Ouch! What's this? My hearts pain me so much it could burst out!
I jumped down from the tree and slowly walk to in front of Rock's house while grabbed my chest where it's painful. I touched the door, and murmured to myself.
"Amy not showing up?" "Why?" "Why?"
"Amy where are you?" "You're not leaving Rock to live alone right? You're not that kind person. You're a cheerful caring person, so why are you not show up beside Rock?"
"Or is it Rock leaving you alone? But that doesn't match up! From what I heard his conversation with Stella, his not the kind of person to leave his mother alone"
"Where are you Amy? Please show up! I had so many things I want to talk to you"

I don't know anymore what kind of thing I murmured just now. I know I'm running from reality, but still I can't accept it.
Rock POV
I leaned my back at the door. I had heard all the sensei word. I really felt sorry for her because her word really strike me where it hurts. Irene looked at me with teary eyes
"Is this really for the best, Rock?"
I hold back my tears, as I answered Irene "I don't know Irene. I don't know what for the best anymore"
Eve POV
Aisha... Where are you? Please be well...
I searched for Aisha every corner of town but I can't find her. Did she still at Rock's place? Impossible!
I getting more and more uneasy about this. I'll try to search at the border of town where Rock's leave. As I arrived at the border of town, I saw Aisha figured. I ran to her, but my heart got painful from looking at Aisha state. She looks like a soulless doll, her eyes are hollow. She kept mumbling Amy didn't show up. Why? Why? Maybe she will show up tomorrow. Yeah I'll visit again tomorrow. She kept repeating that word as she walking swaying left and right.
I steeled my resolve and shake Aisha shoulder.
"Aisha, can you hear me? Aisha?"
She kept mumbling, ignoring me.
"Aisha!" I yelled louder and shake her shoulder harder.
"Ah, Eve" Aisha said weakly.
"You finally notice me, Aisha! Listen-"
Before I could tell her, Aisha had cut me in.
"Eve, Amy didn't show up. Why? Why Eve?"
Once again, my tears flow down. Seeing Aisha state, I don't know what to do. But if she really going to check at Rock's place again tomorrow, the she will be in this state again. I better tell her sooner.
"Aisha, calm down and listen to me. Aisha, we can't meet with Jin and Amy anymore" I told her while I don't care my tears flow down.
Aisha was frozen, then she quickly ask "What do you mean, Eve?"
I leaned at her shoulder as I cried and tell her "Jin and Amy had passed away, They're no longer in this world"
Aisha face was frozen again, and she quickly burst in tears roared out loud "THAT WAS LYING! YOU WERE LYING AREN'T YOU, EVE? SAID THAT, EVE!"
Aisha shakes my shoulder madly. She refused to accept the harsh reality.
"That was the truth Aisha! Weren't you the one who witness it! You're the one who kept mumbling Amy didn't show up! Please Aisha, don't be like this! Please accept it!"
"NOOOOOOOO...! YOU'RE LYING! AMY WILL SHOW UP TOMORROW! AMY WILL SHOW UP TOMORROW!"
"Please stop this, Aisha! Come back to yourself! Stella had told me, Jin had passed away long ago before Rock was born, and Amy has passed away fourteen years ago! Aisha, please just accept it! Please!" I keep begging her to come back while hugging her.
"NOOOOOOOOOOO...! TELL AMY ME THIS ALL WAS A LIE! TELL ME AMY! TELL ME AMY!" Aisha keep howling, but seems like the world also rejected her, the sky begin pouring down. I could only keep hugging her to stop her for doing something crazy. As the rain pouring down, Aisha keep howling. Then suddenly, I notice someone coming to our direction. It was Rock, and Irene beside him. Both of them also get drenched by the rain.
"I'm sorry Aisha sensei, actually I already noticed that you're watching over me and Irene. I didn't understand at first why you're watching over me so long. When I noticed it, it was too late. You were already waiting too long. Troubled by how to explained to you, I just run away and asked Irene to get in back house so that you could give up. But the plan backfired at me. I didn't thought that you won't give up and it could hurt you this badly. I'm really sorry Aisha sensei, this might be irresponsible from me, but I hope you could accept my father and mother passed away case. My mother also won't be happy seeing you like this. So please, I beg you"
Rock sit in kneeling position and bowed his head deeply. Aisha which heard his explanation, had stopped howling.
"Ah... Ah..."
"Aisha!"
Aisha fainted, looks like she's really tired.
"Irene, you helped Eve sensei, I'll help Aisha sensei. Let's bring them to our house"
"Got it, Rock"
"B-But is it fine to bother you. We could just go back to teacher's dorm" I asked feeling troubled having bothered our students.
"It's fine, I made my house to big anyway... We still had plenty of room"
"Yeah, that's because you're too energetic to build house that made it too big" Irene tease Rock with tongue stuck out
"Shut it" Rock said annoyed.
"B-But-"
Before I could finish my word, Rock had cut in my word.
"I say, Eve sensei. If you bring Aisha sensei back at teacher's dorm, then both of you won't made it tomorrow because both of you got cold. Well although I said that I already wondered if we could made it tomorrow because we're sure we will be get cold, Four of us"
I chuckle anyway... Looks like I don't have any choice...
"All right. Thanks for your hospitality, Rock"
"It's fine. Both of you're teacher anyway. Students first priority should help teacher"
Rock quickly walk off and go to his house, while I had been pulled by Irene hand and got lead into the house.

(Flame Rage Mode) Flaming Chi of 10.000 Hell: Rock generates a large chi wave on his palm, damaging anyone got caught in the chi wave, Then Rock throw it to cause explosion.
Flash Violent Dance: Combination of Flaming White Flower Techniques and Flaming Dragon Upper Cut, and then after the Upper Cut, Rock jump above the enemy finishing with explosive punch slam to the ground.

Sonic Wave: Rock does a charge forward slashing with high speed from the enemy back then teleport forward and slash again then teleport to enemy back and slash again and teleport forward then he drag his claw on the ground sending a huge Sonic Wave.

Shadow Form : Rock having got demonic power from Irene could turned himself into shadow for 20 second. When Rock in this form, all physical attack and magical attack aimed at him are nullified and he could teleport behind the enemy as he pleases from their shadow within vicinity. He also could teleport to the wall's shadow or tree's shadow. But Rock's attack also got cut into half of his base damage. while in this state he couldn't use any skill except for Sonic Blow.
Shadow Illusion: Rock will generate two of his shadow, he will blend himself with the shadow confusing the enemy and then he jumped out from the enemy shadow and cross slashed him.
Shadow Replacement: Rock will gain buff for 15 second. While the buff still working, if Rock was attacked, it will replaced by his shadow and Rock will reappear behind the enemies. After this the buff will canceled if there is still remaining time.
Power Liberation:Irene bestow Rock a buff that converts all his normal attacks into quick, rapid thrusts with decent range and great damage with additional darkness attribute for 15 seconds. During this state, he cannot use other skills.
Shadow Waltz-Cross Impact: Rock will leave an after image in front of the enemy, and then the real Rock will appeared behind enemy without being noticed and unleashes a series of 7 strike which is an upgrade version of Sonic Blow.

Shadow Dread Punisher: Rock will jumped out from enemy shadow and unleashes a deadly attack utilizes a circle filled with rapid slices, and ending with X shape powerful explosion.

Black Fairy Finisher: Rock will combined with Irene and generates Irene Black Fairy Wing from Rock's back, Beside the Black Fairy Wing 30 demonic ball was generated and then Rock release out 30 which had homing type demonic ball.
(Darkness Rage Mode) Raging Black Fairy Finisher: Rock will combined with Irene and generates Irene Black Fairy Wing From Rock's back, and then Rock will stretch out his palm forward, next the wing will generated black lightning demonic ball in front of Rock's palm. When in this state Rock gained Super Armor, and when released, Rock shot out a horizontal Big Black Lightning Beam.
Me : I'm presenting all my branched class skill because it had sufficient space :p But if someone who want to submit his/her OC form and the skill didn't had sufficient space for detailed then please just use the most favorite skill from that class branches.
