The minute Dean's alarm went off he stood, sprinting to the bathroom, leaving Cas behind to wake up slower. Blearily, the Omega turned off the alarm and sat up, surprised that he had slept until the alarm- usually he awoke long before. When Dean came back into the room, he offered the sleep-mussed boy a smile.

"Good morning, sir." Cas greeted with a smile.

"Mornin', Cas."

"Do you have any instructions for me this morning, sir?" Dean looked at the Omega thoughtfully.

"Yeah, I want you to take a shower, and actually wash your hair, dude. It's getting gross." Cas froze for a moment.

"What... what should I wash it with, sir?" Dean raised an eyebrow.

"The shampoo?" he suggested, slightly confused. Cas's face colored a faint red.

"Of course, sir." he mumbled.

"What is it, Cas? What's wrong?"

"None of my Alphas have ever allowed me to use their shampoo before. They all bought me pet products." Dean frowned.

"Come here, Cas." the Omega scrambled to do as he was bid, hurrying to Dean. Dean gently wrapped his arms around the young boy, pulling him tight to his chest. "You can use the shampoo," he spoke into the boy's hair as Cas hesitantly returned his embrace. "You can use the conditioner, the body wash. You can shave if you want to, though I don't think you're actually growing any facial hair yet. You can wear whatever you want, you can eat whatever you want. Everything I have I want you to have too, okay?" Castiel nodded slightly. "Good boy. Come on. If we get in now, we can shower together before I have to get to work." At that, Cas nodded more enthusiastically. The two headed to the bathroom hand in hand, Dean only releasing the Omega when he needed to turn on the water. He pulled Cas into the tub after him, quickly closing the curtain before pulling the lever to make the water rain down on his head. Dean just got himself wet before he switched placed with the Omega. He ran his hands through the Omega's hair, his tail wrapped around the boy's waist. Once he deemed the Omega wet, Dean opened the shampoo and poured a small amount into his hand. He pulled Cas's head out of the stream of water and gently began to massage the gel into his hair. Once the dark hair was sufficiently lathered, Dean ordered Cas's eyes closed, and guided him back under the shower head, rinsing out the suds. Then he did the same thing with the shampoo and the body wash, showing more gentleness to the Omega than anyone had for years. Occasionally Dean would lean down to press his lips to the top of the boy's head, to his shoulder, his neck. "You're a person here, Cas." he murmured, pulling the boy close. "Anything you want, you tell me. Anything, okay?" Cas didn't respond. "Okay?"

"Yes, sir."

"Good. Now, I want you to go back to bed. You look exhausted."

"Yes, sir."

"Good boy." Dean leaned around Cas and turned off the shower before they both clambered out. Dean tenderly dried off the Omega and saw him back in his pajama pants before he quickly got dressed and left for work with a quick "Sammy'll be over in a few hours, he just needs to pick up some stuff," to the Omega he didn't realize was already asleep.

When Sam did arrive a few hours later, Cas was still asleep. As Sam moved around the house- where DID Dean put his freaking phone charger- the Omega began to wake up. He sat up groggily, and shuffled out of the bedroom, intent on getting a glass of water as he wasn't feeling particularly well. As soon as he stepped into the living room, however, he locked eyes with Sam. Cas blushed and immediately dropped his gaze, wrapping his arms around his bare stomach. Sam didn't look away. Dean's Omega was very pretty, after all.

"Hello, sir." Cas greeted after a long silence. He wasn't sure if Dean would approve of his being shirtless around Sam- Dean seemed to think of him as more of a private thing. Slowly, weary of the large man, Cas began to move, headed for the kitchen.

"Hey, Cas." Sam greeted as the Omega passed him, eyes following his every movement. As the Omega moved into the other room, Sam shook his head to clear it of the image of the beautiful boy. "Gotta find that charger." Sam didn't see Cas again, eventually giving up on finding his phone charger and leaving without a word. Cas was glad. He really wasn't feeling good when he laid down on the couch in the living room, allowing the cool leather to sooth him until his body heated it up.

When Dean got home from work, Cas was passed out on the couch, breathing shallowly. Dean smiled softly at the sleeping Omega, before going to the kitchen to make dinner. When Cas wasn't awake by the time he was done, he crouched next to the Omega. He ran his hands through the boy's hair, noting with concern his high temperature.

"Castiel..." he murmured. "Cas, wake up." Slowly, the Omega swam his way to consciousness.

"Hello, sir." he mumbled, attempting to blink the sleep from his eyes.

"Hey, Cas. You feeling alright?" Cas blinked heavily several times before he shook his head. Dean nodded back. "I figured as much. I'll get you some Tylenol, and then I want you to eat some dinner, okay?" Cas signaled his agreement and Dean left the room. By the time he returned a few minutes later, Cas was asleep again. Once more, Dean woke him up. "Hey. Take these." He handed the small boy three pills and a glass of water. Cas took the medicine without complaint, but only picked at the plate of food Dean gave him. Once both were finished- Cas only having eaten a few bites- Dean sat back next to Cas on the couch, and pulled him onto his lap, maneuvering both of their bodies until they were laying on the couch, Cas completely on top of Dean. Dean stroked his fingers through Cas's hair as he turned on the TV. "I'll have Sam come by to check on you while I'm at work if you're not feeling better by tomorrow, alright?" Cas nodded sleepily and fell asleep again. Dean watched TV for a few hours being carrying Cas to bed. Then he made the necessary call to his brother, asking for his help the next day. It was late when Dean finally made it to bed with his Omega.
