Maka and Soul ask Black Star and Tsubaki to be the twins' godparents.
When Saka and Chris were almost two Maka and Soul finally decided they had enough time and money to get married.
It was a beautiful day outside. That was good because they were having their wedding outside. It wasn't going to be a big wedding with lots of decorations and a big puffy dress, but it was meaningful to them. The only people that were invited were their little group and Spirit and Stein; and an ordained minister of course.
Maka was wearing a white version of her usual red plaid skirt. She also wore a white ruffled tank top. Soul, on the other hand, was wearing khaki shorts and a blue t-shirt.
Black Star and Kid, Soul's best men, were holding the twins. While Liz and Tsubaki held small bouquets of red roses and white lilies. Patti, Stein, and Spirit sat in the three chairs behind the ceremony.
The group didn't really understand why May 24th was so special and meaningful to Maka and Soul, they probably forgot. But, the day was so important to them because on May 24th Soul and Maka met for the first time. Soul played the piano for her, while she sang for him. And the twins were also born on May 24th. Chris was born May 24th, 2014 at 1:42 a.m. Saka was born May 24th, 2014 at 3:01 a.m.
Maka and Soul have another baby girl on March, 8th 2017. They name her Aurora Parker Evans. They ask Kid and Aquina, who are married now, be her godparents.
When Saka and Chris turn four they enroll in DWMA pre-school.
In later years when Saka and Chris turn five Maka and Soul finally find out if they are weapons or meisters. Turns out, Chris is a meister like his mama and Saka is a weapon like her papa.
In another year Chris and Saka will learn that they're partners. Chris is Saka's meister.
Aurora turns four and goes off to DWMA pre-school.
When Saka and Chris are nine, Aurora is six and finally learns that she is a meister.
When Aurora starts as a freshman in DWMA high she meets a boy named Lukas; he's a weapon. Aurora and Lukas bond a bit and get to know each other before they become partners.
When Chris turns 19 he meets a girl named Piper, she's also a weapon.
When Saka is 24 she meets a man, he's a meister too. His name is Aaron.
When Aurora is 22 she and Lukas get married in the same place Maka and Soul did.
Weeks after Aurora and Lukas get married Saka and Chris have a double wedding. They get married to Piper and Lukas.
Chris and Piper expect a baby months after their wedding. The baby ends up being born premature and dieing the day after it's born.
A year after that, Saka has twin boys on November 8th. Saka and Aaron name them John and Marcus.
Chris and Piper go to counseling to try to get closure for their child's death.
When Lukas and Aurora turn 24 they decide they want to try to have a baby.
Chris and Piper finally decide its time to try to have another baby.
Nine months later Chris and Piper have a sweet baby girl. They name her Serenity.
On Aurora's 26th birthday she learns that she's pregnant.
On December 29th Aurora gives birth to baby boy with blue eyes and white hair. Lukas and Aurora name him Duke.
Two years later Aurora ends up having twin girls. Lukas names the first born Audrey. Aurora names the second baby Willow.
I don't want to end this tale on a sad note, but I feel like I should add one more thing. I'm sorry if you don't like it. I advise you not to read the next part if you don't want to be a little sad.
"Can you believe we made it here?" Maka asked in her old crusty voice to Soul.
"Yes," he answered.
Not long after that day Maka and Soul died in each others' arms at the age of 97. They died of natural causes.
Their gravestones read: Here lies Maka and Soul Evans. Beloved Friends. Beloved Family. Beloved Parents. They saved the world. . .once.
This is truly the end. I thought the last chapter was, but I figured you deserved what I envisioned their future as. I know it was written really choppy, but I worked so hard on the rest of the story and I was expecting this chapter. And honestly I'm going to start writing my own original story. I'm most likely not going to write a sequel to this, obviously. Sorry to the ones who wanted more story or a sequel. I just see this as a great story. And every great story needs an ending. I am truly greatful for all who read my story and reviewed. Without you and those reviews I probably wouldn't have finished this story, but I was determined to make it better each time I read one of the reviews.
I'm proud of myself for writing this. I actually didn't think it would turn out as well as it did. Now that I've written this I've actually been thinking about writing for a profession, but I have a few years before I need to figure it out.
Again thanks to you all! THANK YOU SO MUCH! It has been a pleasure writing for you these past few months.
This is the END. . .
