Part 3

As Ranma and Hotaru ride off from Hotaru's school, another Ranma (thanks to "shinobi magic" called "Jutsu") was helping out his wife Michiru, who was in a bit of a jam…

"Thank goodness, you're here!" Michiru said, as she walked towards her husband, who was presently in his girl form.

"Well, I am," Ranma-onna replied. "Why do you want me to be in my girl body?"

"Well, I do prefer women, you know," Michiru said jokingly. "But seriously, I need your help in saving my 'outdoor concert'…"

Ranma-onna looked at the concert that Michiru's charity was putting on, right in the heart of Juuban Park.

"Now, I know that you know how to play the violin, and all-"

"SHH!" Ranma-onna said, as she tried to shush his wife. "I don't want that fact to get out!"

"Ranma?" Michiru asked quizzically. "But…why?"

"Well, I AM a martial artist, you know," Ranma-onna said.

"Really?" Michiru replied sarcastically. "I really need your help on this…"

Pause.

"And, if you can come through on this, we…we can sleep together as…man and wife," Michiru blanched. Truth to be told, Michiru didn't mind sleeping with Ranma in either forms, but her preference was that Ranma would be female on their "date-night".

"Really?" Ranma-onna asked in surprise.

"Yes, really."

"Hmmm," Ranma-onna thought. "Nah, don't worry about it."

"Really?"

"Yeah. You're my 'boo', babe. You don't have to cut deals with me for my help, you know. Hee."

"Oh, thank you!" Michiru said, as she hugged her husband. "I knew you would come through on this-"

Then, she realized something, based upon the mischievous grin that was plastered on Ranma-onna's face.

"Okay, what's going on?" Michiru said with suspicion.

"What?" Ranma-onna said innocently.

"Ranma, as long as I've known you, you have never been good at keeping a 'poker face'," Michiru said.

"Well, ask Haruka about THAT, later," Ranma-onna said. "But, for now, let's focus on the present?"

"Fine," Michiru said tiredly. "You have to get dressed, and I have some outfits you can try out…"

Ranma-onna listened to his wife, as he turned towards the other players that were to participate in Michiru's concert. The musicians were all female, and wore standard black gowns fit for a symphony…

"Actually, I have something else in mind, if you're willing to indulge me," Ranma-onna said.

"So, you will be playing a violin?"

"No, but I have been adept at other instruments," Ranma-onna replied…

Pause.

"Especially, the musical kind!" Ranma-onna chortled with laughter. "Hell-O!"

"Just…tell me what you have in mind, okay?" Michiru asked.

"Okay, okay. Here's what I have in mind…"

With last minutes changes to the concert venue, Ranma-onna, now dressed in 17th century fancy clothing, stepped up. A nervous Michiru, looked on, as she held her violin at ready…

"Thank you, ladies and gentlemen!" Ranma-onna said, as she waved to crowd. "Instead of doing classic concertos, we're going to perform some…CLASSIC ROCK and ROLL!"

There was a bit of murmur emitting from the crowd, as Ranma-onna took her place at a grand piano that was now at the center of the stage…

"I just want to dedicate this first bit to the lovely Michiru Kaioh, who, by all rights, should not put up the nonsense from those closest to her…"

Michiru blushed a bit, before clearing her throat. She had misgivings when she became a part of her husband's harem, as distasteful at it first seemed to her sensibilities. But…it has been kind of nice being with Ranma, not to mention the fact that his girl body was…exquisite to behold…

"Any way, this track was originally written by an old friend of mine, when he realized that love is beyond the corporeal. Here we….go…"

Ranma-onna began to play a track from Sir Elton John's "The One" album:

I saw you dancin' out the ocean

Runnin' fast along the sand

A spirit born of earth and water

Fire flyin' from your hands

In the instant that you love someone

In the second that the hammer hits

Reality runs up your spine

And the pieces finally fit

And all I ever needed was the one

Like freedom fields where wild horses run

When stars collide like you and I

No shadows block the sun

You're all I've ever needed

Baby you're the one

There are caravans we follow

Drunken nights in dark hotels

When chances breathe between the silence

Where sex and love no longer gel

For each man in his time is Cain

Until he walks along the beach

And sees his future in the water

A long lost heart within his reach

And all I ever needed was the one

Like freedom fields where wild horses run

When stars collide like you and I

No shadows block the sun

You're all I've ever needed

Baby you're the one

And all I ever needed and was the one

Like freedom fields where wild horses run

When stars collide like you and I

No shadows block the sun

You're all I've ever needed

Baby you're the one

All I ever needed was the one

Like freedom fields where wild horses run

When stars collide like you and I

No shadows block the sun

You're all I've ever needed

Baby you're the one

There was a round of applause when Ranma-onna finished playing, something that amazed Michiru.

"Wow," Michiru said. "I didn't know you could play so well!"

"Yeah, thanks," Ranma said. "I had to learn to be deft in music, in order to compete in 'Anything Goes Musical Instrument and Vocals Martial Arts' competition a while ago."

Michiru merely blinked her eyes in disbelief.

"Hey, I told you…I'm very competitive in all things relating to martial arts."

"Well, when we're done, you can tell me ALL about it…"

Speaking of being competitive, yet another Ranma was around, this time, this "clone" was hanging around Ranma's other wife Haruka, thanks to a bet Ranma and Haruka had made involving who will be the girl on their next date-night…

"Where the hell is he?" Haruka complained, as she stood by the side of a nearly deserted road, outside of the metropolitan area of Greater Tokyo. She had her sports car ready, and was waiting for her bastard husband to show up-

VROOOOM!

Haruka heard the sound a muscle car pulling up, as she turned to look at the approaching vehicle.

"So, you brought a classic," Haruka said, as she looked at Ranma's car. "1968 Dodge Charger, black."

"Yep," Ranma said, as he leans over to the passenger side of the seat. "And I see that you brought your Ferrari F512-M with you."

"You know it," Haruka said. "So, are we doing this, or what?"

"Well, why in a hurry to be 'face down' tonight?" Ranma said with a grin.

"Funny. But you do have the item with you, yeah?"

"I got the temporary 'Jusenkyo' packet, guarantee to make you a guy for a week," Ranma said, as he holds up the packet, which was about the size of a Kool-Aid packet. "And anyway, I don't know why you need ME to get this stuff, when you could ask Usagi for help."

"Because, I want this to be a surprise," Haruka said. "You know how talkative she can get."

"Do I," Ranma said. "Alright, our contest is a simple one. First one to reach Mt. Fuji, wins."

"You're on," Haruka said. "And no tricks, other than those based upon one's driving skills."

"Whatever," Ranma said, as he reaches over in the back seat. He pulls out pink lingerie from a local boutique shop.

"By the way, one of us will be wearing this tonight," Ranma grinned.

"We'll see about THAT, jerk," Haruka said, as she gets into her car. "We'll see…"

Though the make-shift course was normally a two-hour drive, Haruka and Ranma's travel time was considerably shorter.

"Looks like I win," Ranma said, as he drove closer to the finish line.

"Oh, no you don't!" Haruka yelled, as she stepped on the gas pedal. She overtook Ranma, but was on her was to crash on the side of Mt. Fuji.

"Damn," Ranma said, as he floored the engine of his car. He then activated his Green Lantern ring, and created some sort of ramp, that allowed him and Haruka to drive up the inactive volcano, and over it.

"Yahoo!" Haruka yelled, as she soured through the air…

FWOOMP!

Haruka slides to a stop, followed by Ranma.

"That was stupid," Ranma said, as he got out of his car. "What if I wasn't around?"

"But you were, and I took advantage of the situation, knowing that you wouldn't want your 'old lady' to get hurt," Haruka said with a grin. "So, hand it over."

Ranma grumbles, as he hands the Jusenkyo packet to his wife.

"Thank you," Haruka replied. "I will certainly put this to good use…"

Pause.

"So, I guess you're the girl in our date, yes?" Haruka said.

"Fine, whatever," Ranma said with a shrug. "It's not like I haven't been a girl romantically before…"

Finally, far in the depth of space and time, Setsuna Meioh, aka "Sailor Pluto", is at the Temple of Time, where she was fighting off a time-based creature known as a "Zurrg". Such a creature exists in the 4th Dimension, and would travel down to the 3rd Dimension in order to feed on victims, mostly by finding gates or "shallows" (areas where the normal flow of time and space is most apparent).

Thankfully, an expert in all matters of Time and Space was on hand to help deal with the situation…

"Free your friend, so that I might reprogram this Gate," said the Timelord known only as "The Doctor".

"She's my wife, Doc," Ranma said, as blades made from solidified air to cut the tentacles holding Sailor Pluto. "Not a friend."

"Just how many wives do you have-?"

"I could use some assistance," Sailor Pluto said, with all the passion of the actress Kristin Stewart.

Once Ranma freed Sailor Pluto, the Doctor, having successfully reprogrammed the Time Gate, turned towards Ranma.

"Now, throw that beastie out!" the Doctor yelled.

"No, allow me," Sailor Pluto said, as she raised her Key Staff. The purple garnet stone glowed with power…

"DEAD…SCREAM…"

Once the creature was dealt with, all was safe and secure.

"Well, that should do it," the Doctor said with a grin.

"I…I thank you for your assistance on this matter," Sailor Pluto said with a slight bow.

"Don't mention," the Doctor replied. "You have done well with my people's technology, and I don't mind coming here for a house call."

"So the updates and stuff have been installed?" Ranma asked.

"Yep. You'll be able to track what goes on in the Time stream a bit easier…"

Pause.

"So, anyone wants a latte in Paris?" the Doctor asked jovially. "It's on me, of course…"

Fin.
