I do not own Harry Potter, or Doctor Who, or DC Comics, nor any other references I may use at any given time.
I saw a rather cool crossover of Harry Potter, Doctor Who, and Percy Jackson a few days ago, and I was struck with inspiration. I really like the Doctor Who series and was probably going to do a fic with it, but this one is what I have come up with. I have also been looking for an original 'in' into the DC or Marvel universe, and I thought that Harry becoming a Gallifreyan would be an excellent, if roundabout way to do it.
Well, I hope you guys enjoy reading the exploits of the Time Lord from Little Whinging, arriving in the big Jump City.

"Hehehe," The Potter mumbled, trying to look anywhere but at his first friend.
In her hand was a rather simple photo, of him as a young boy, about eleven years old, and a rather strange, but cute little girl, two maybe three years younger than him.
The girl was very different than most girls would be. The first clue was her pasty skin, a pale white unnatural color. The second was the purple-red hair that framed the young face. The biggest clue however, was the eyes. They were deranged, perhaps not evil, but they were not the eyes of a ten year old.
"That would be one of my friends… her name is Duela." Potter said, scratching his cheek as the rest of the Titans started to take a look at the photo. Robin took one look at the photo before turning to the young Gallifreyan.
"Do you trust her?" She asked simply. It was a bit forced, but Potter was glad that she was attempting to stave off her jealousy.
As a Half-demon, Raven would always have trouble holding in her darker emotions, and while the time spent with Potter had helped her be able to express them better, she still took time when she needed to calm down.
"Yeah, I trust her. Anyways, she's not born for another three or four years so it's all good." Potter answered, smiling at their confused looks. He simply looked in the direction of the console, and everyone except Beast Boy caught on.
"Hey guys! How does he know that? What is he, a time traveler?" Beast Boy said, before the deadpanned looks of his friends made him smack his own head.
"So, Potter, are you gonna join the team? We could really use another tech guy." Robin stated, walking up to him, and putting his hand out.
"Ah, sorry guys, but I can't really stay. Things to do, planets to save, space to explore." Potter said, a sad smile making its way onto his face. He slowly started to make his way back to the console, before speaking what seemed like gibberish to it.
What he missed was the disappointed faces of the Titans, and the quiet, sad look he was given by Raven.
"Well, I was actually here because I wanted to ask Raven if she wanted to come with me. It's kind of boring being all alone." Potter said.
"She can't! She has duties here on Earth! She is our friend." Robin half-yelled, while the rest of the Titans nodded emphatically. Even Raven, as excited as she was, could not help but think of how bad an idea that would be.
"Hello? Time machine here. It wouldn't take more than a second by your view. Come'on, please?" Potter asked, doing a little side smirk, before resting against the ship console.
Raven herself was rather torn. While logically, it wouldn't make any difference to her teammates, time-wise that is, taking time off to go on an adventure with Potter would definitely change the dynamic of the group. It would be a switch of loyalty. Raven cared deeply for her Time Lord friend, but at the same time, the Titans took her in when she was rejected by the Justice League by that bitch Zatanna.
"Well, if you want to, I was thinking we could go to the Library of Alexandria and then, I need to speak to the Guardians. We could hit the planet Grazbor. The lakes there are made of Cola. Well… Not cola, but it does taste like cola. No, not really. It's good though." Potter said, catching the look of interest at the mention of the fabled library.
"You know where the Library of Alexandria is? Of course you do, you always do." Raven said.
Potter chuckled before shaking his head. Even some of his brightest friends thought that of him a little too often.
"Hey, who are the Guardians?" Beast Boy asked.
"The Guardians are, for simplicity's sake, the oldest living beings in the universe, and sometimes regarded as the smartest," Potter explained, "They are also the founders of the Green Lantern Corps. The greatest Police institution of all time."
"So Raven, What do you want to do?" Potter asked.
Raven looked between the two most important things in her life. Her friends and the fight for good, and Potter, who was her first friend and perhaps the most important person in the world to her.
"Promise me you'll bring me right back?" Raven asked, turning away from her friends.
"Always!" Potter cried out, before he looked over to his friend's teammates.
"Hey, why don't you go pack up while I get the old girl ready?" He said, softly smiling as his first friend gave a happy sigh and nodded. With that, the Titans left the Tardis, to wish their friend the best of luck and give their farewells.
As Potter turned to his spinning console, he sighed. The lights blinked and brightened for a few moments.
"I know mum, but I need someone, and Raven is my first friend. Besides, who doesn't like to mess with the time streams at one point or another?" He answered his mechanical maternal figure. Checking the screen, Potter noticed how time was being bent around 200 B.C. It was interesting, but hardly noteworthy.
Switching out the waterpark for the extended library, Potter decided to try something a bit new. While he might have had the old sonic screwdriver, as well as his hoverboard and any number of small gadgets, Potter felt that he hadn't yet found 'his thing'. Each Doctor had one. 'Geronimo', 'Allonsy,' and 'Brilliant' to name a few. Now he needed a trademark. Something catchy and superhero-ey. Like 'up, up and away' or 'I am the night!'
Potter started by the sounds of the door clicking, and turned to see Raven carrying a small pack, ready to go. Potter smiled.
"Where to first, luv?" He said, making Raven blush at the British phrase. Time Lords must have the sexiest accents after all.
"You said something about a Library?" Raven stated, raising an eyebrow.
"Ah, yes. We best get going then, huh?" Potter asked
"Hold on to your butt!" He cried out as he flipped the switch, sending out signals through the marvelous metal machine.

The rest of the Titans watched as the TARDIS disappeared into thin air, a feeling of unease in them. What was going to happen to Raven, with this mad man?

While the others were lamenting the part time loss of one of their strongest members, Potter and his companion were once again listening to the, at least to Potter, soothing sounds of a TARDIS with the brakes on.
"Here we are, the great Library of Alexandria, and the one place that holds the most knowledge lost through time." Potter said as he opened the door, leading out into a particularly warm and dry climate. In front of the two was, quite a downplayed building. It was large. Huge in fact. But, it was rather plain, made from stone and only had a single small entrance.
"Ah, before we enter, might I suggest a scarf. It can get quite sandy." Potter said, shrugging slightly at the look he received from his half-demon friend. As the two friends entered the ancient, or rather relatively new Egyptian library, Raven's teammates back home had just called up the higher ups, much to Robin's chagrin.
"So you're saying that a single man was able to park a phone box in your living room, and you let him go with one of your teammates. RAVEN, especially?!" Batman ground out. Sitting around him in the circular table was the other leading members of the Justice league, sans the Man of Steel. He was off saving Lois or something.
"Well, yeah man. They knew each other. They were friends!" Beast boy cried out, getting emphatic nods from the Tameranean and Cyborg.
Batman just glared.
"Umm, Batman, sir." BB said meekly, shrinking down into a flea.
"Listen, she made the choice to go with him. We have no right to stop her." Robin argued, glared at his former mentor. He may have agreed with the older fighter, but even the Boy Wonder was prone to bouts of teenage angst.
"What matters is that your Most Unstable Teammate has just left with an unknown! How do you know he isn't using her!?" Batman yelled out.
As the former members of the dynamic duo stared each other down, Wonder Woman chose that moment to speak up.
"While Batman's… methods are rather intrusive, I must say that he has a point. No offense to anyone here, but most aliens that come to Earth have not been the most friendly." She said, and most members thought back to the White Martians, Darkseid, and Brainiac.
Just as the Titan's tried to defend their action, or inaction, Superman walked into the meeting room, before falling into his seat, sighing.
"Rough time with the lovely Lois?" Flash asked, snickering. While his actual relationship with the queen of the printed word was kept a tight secret, everyone knew that the two have done the same old song and dance over the years.
"Flash, we were discussing the situation with Potter." Batman punctuated each word with his trademark growl.
"Potter? He wouldn't happen to be a man with black hair and green eyes, would he?" Superman asked.
"Yeah. Wait, you know him?" Robin asked, eyes wide with surprise.
"Yes. He's a childhood friend of mine." Clark Kent answered.
"So he already knows our identities…" Batman whispered out, before abruptly turning and walking out the door.
"Well, that could have gone better…" BB said, receiving a slap from Aqualad.
"… And here is the collection brought over from the General Mark Antony. Quite the wedding present, don't you think?" Potter explained to his companion.
"This place is so beautiful." Raven said, looking around to all the monuments to the gods, as well as the rows and rows of papyrus scrolls.
"Well, how about it. Where do you want to start?" Potter asked, before allowing himself to be tugged by the sorceress over to the collection of scrolls giving off a rather mysterious aura.
Khnum-Creator of Man-The Potter
"Well ain't this a coincidence. Let's go." Potter said quickly, tugging his friend in the opposite direction. Raven simply gave a small victorious smirk and glanced at her crush.
"A little history, huh?" She asked.
"Hardly, more like future. Can't be looking at that now." Potter said, before finding a nice scroll on the medicines of the ancient world.
The next several hours would be considered too boring for most to go over, and by the end, nothing exciting had happened and the two were heading back to the TARDIS, heads filled with knowledge lost.

"Now, where to next? We have all of time and space to explore?" Potter exclaimed, clapping his hands together as he looked over the console.
"I know, how 'bout Smeckle. It's a small planet, almost took the path of Pluto, but the candy from there, Smecklers, is the best in the galaxy!" Potter was almost drooling at the thought of the delicious candy.
"Sure, why not? I am getting a little hungry." Raven answered.
"On to the Smecklers!" Potter yelled out, flipping a large switch.
VWORP VWORP VWORP
"… And here we go…" Potter said, opening the door.
Outside, there were no rivers of cream colored water, nor any purple grass. For all accounts and purposes, it looked like Earth.
"Missed the mark by a bit, huh Potter?" Raven looked at the confused Time Lord, who was currently grumbling about mothers running on outdated software, as well as several other machinery insults.
Potter pulled up his sleeve, looking at the watch on his wrist.
"Scotland, Late Tenth Century, Early Afternoon…" Potter mumbled. Then he clapped his hands.
"Well, let's get to it then." He finally said.
Potter had seen this time and time again when watching the vid-files on the TARDIS. The Doctor would try to go somewhere, only for the metal companion to take him to where he needs to be. Potter was in fact a bit excited. This would be the first time that he would be forced into an adventure. It was also a chance his mother gave him to prove his worth as the heir to the Doctor.
"Umm… Potter, what about those candy things, Smeclingers, or whatever?" Raven asked, pulling her hood around her tighter, trying to keep warm.
"Ah, those can wait. Come on, don't you hear it?" And she did. Some ways away there seemed to be the sounds of partying going on.
And there was a great party going on. Though, it was also incredibly small. Only five people.
"Well, hello there. How are you all doing this fine night? Me? I'm doing wonderfully myself. I mean, my companion and I were just trying to get smecklers, but that is no big problem. Unless, you know, you like smecklers, in which case, it could be major. I love smecklers. By the way, what are your names?" Potter asked, finally running out of breath. He then sat down right next to the oldest of the group.
The group in question was definitely a strange one. All of them had drawn long thin sticks and one of them, a rather burly scot, looked ready to attack. The other two men, an older gentleman with a flowing beard and a thin man with a lovely manicured mustache did not seem much different. The two others, a matronly woman with a Warhammer by her side, and a tiny twelve year old girl with startling intelligent eyes also looked on warily.
"I think it would be for the best if you were to speak first, mister…" the smaller man asked, with black eyes boring into the Time Lord.
"Potter. And it's not mister. Just Potter. Or The Potter. That works just as well." Potter said. Just then, the large man laughed.
"He's just like you Salazar. A big talker!" the flame headed man barked out, before putting down his weapon.
"And now you just told him my name, you fool." The christened Salazar hissed out.
"Come off it, the two of you. Our friend here doesn't mean any harm. You two, Helga, Rowena, put down your wands," The oldest man said, "He's a good man. He can help us."
This was all just before catching Potter's hand in a tight grip, ancient fingers almost cracking the Gallifreyan's bones.
"Hello, you may not have met me yet, but my name is Myrridin Ambrosius. Some call me Merlin. I do believe we will need your assistance." Merlin said, causing Raven to squeak in surprise.
The two sorcerers eyes connected and a moment of understanding passed between them. Not many may know this, but Merlin himself is the product of a human noble and a Succubus. A half-demon.
Small world.
"Well, what is it that you need little old me to help for?" Potter said. Salazar Spoke to the as of yet unnamed wizard softly, before turning to Potter.
"We want to build a school, a place for young magic users to learn. One that is safe for anyone magical in need of a home. My friend Godric here already is willing to give his castle for our use, and Rowena has already created countless spell matrices to contain the secrecy and safety of our ways of life, but we need something else. Something to bind the school and building together." Salazar stated, before taking a few breaths and a cup of either coffee or a thick ale or mead.
"We have tried everything, but nothing is perfect. We need the perfect place for our magics to coalesce, as well as combine with the magics of the Ley. Something that can absorb magic and use it efficiently and wisely. It needs to be sentient, but guidable. We also have no wish to take a life to create it." Helga continued, till she seemed to be on the verge of tears. The little Rowena placed an arm around her, before sending a look at the three men.
"We have tried everything, and with the deaths Helga's children in the witch hunt, time is running out." She stated.
"You know, I may have just the thing…" Potter said with a small smile.
Ending Chapter
HAHAHAHAhahaha! Finally, I'm done. Thank god, this feels great.
Sorry about not coming out with this story a while ago but I'm constantly being swamped nowadays. I'll try to update more often but I can't make any promises.
This chapter didn't have much action, so if you were looking for that, please save that enthusiasm for the next few chapters. I just wanted to introduce Potter as a character more, as well as place down more foundations for this world I am mixing up.
Also, the Hogwarts four plus merlin! When I thought of this idea, I was very enthusiastic about it, but what 'it' is will be a mystery. Muahahahaha!
Also, I decided to keep Potter from permanently joining any hero team. He, like the Doctor, would never really stay in one place very long without things going to hell. Just think about the year of the slow invasion!
Finally, I haven't really made up my mind on pairings, so feedback is a must!
Till next time
