Clarifications:

*The 101 dalmatians franchise doesn't belong to me but to Disney

*Some of the characters presented in this fanfic don't belong to me, but to their rightful creators (whether from the 1961 animated movie or tv series). But they'll be others that are of my own creation and ownership.

*Following some dub versions of "101 Dalmatian Street", expect to see gender changes for two particular pups of the series.

Ella's household. L.A.

Dylan POV

That morning started out as usual. The alarm of my limited-edition space clock rang exactly at six o'clock in the morning. As I groggily woke up from my mattress to start getting things done, I couldn't help but give one last nostalgic look at my now empty room filled with carton boxes. Today was the moving day; it almost felt too unreal at this point.

I marched to the bathroom and promptly washed my face in the sink, then brushed my teeth and took a warm bath in the bathtub (all courtesy of our caring human). After that, I went to the kitchen in order to greet mom before she left to her last day of work in L.A.

-"Morning, mom" I said affectionately while nuzzling her fondly. In response, she nuzzled me back in the same loving manner.

-"Morning, sweetheart. Excited for today?" she asked me eagerly once she finished caressing me. Of course, she knew that I, like some of my little brothers and sisters, have second thoughts about moving in to London and live with another family of dalmatians.

Mom's soon-to be husband, Patch, had a big family of his own (and here I thought we were the only ones with one like that in the whole world. Guess I was wrong). Just the mere thought of living in a big house with 30 dogs is already giving me shivers. I normally have my paws full with my 12 little siblings. Adding more to the count just means bad news for me.

-"I guess, wohoo..." I said, forcing myself to be happy for her. She just smiled at my poor sarcastic remark before lightly shaking her head.

-"Giggle, just don't think too much about it" she added as she tenderly let my head rest on her shoulder.

-"Think of it as a new start for all of us. Remember: Nothing ventured..."

-"Nothing gained...chuckle, yes I know".

-"Good! Remember our flight is at two in the afternoon. I'll be here at noon, so please make sure everyone has packed up their last things before I come to pick you up" she informed me as our human put a leash on her collar.

-"Sure, mom. I'll keep things under control" I reassured her lightheartedly before one last nuzzle as she crossed the front door into the street.

Today will be our last day in L.A. A new beginning was waiting for us in London

Patch's household. London

Dolly POV

´Lively' would be the most accurate word to describe the joyful atmosphere at home. Laughter, cheers and barks erupted throughout the place as my little siblings and I prepare everything for the arrival of our new family from America.

I wasn't just happy; I was actually thrilled! Dad already comes from a numerous family, so of course I wanted to experience the same. Being in charge of 14 is no sweat. As long as you chill and go with the flow, the younglings won't give you trouble.

-"Out of the way! Out of the way!" cried my little brother, Delgado, excited while running from one place to the other.

-"Chuckle, easy on the speed there lil' bro" I advised him, quite entertained by his enthusiasm.

-"Aight, sis!"

-"Like what you're doing with the place" pointed out dad the moment he passed by the living room.

-"Thanks, dad!" I replied to him happily.

-"It looks like everyone is on high spirits today".

-"Well, duh! Not everyday you get to live with another family of dalmatians".

-"And I'm glad everybody is looking forward to it as much as I do" he told me while nuzzling me affectively.

-"Boys, may I have your attention, please" spoke dad out loud in order to round us up.

-"Yes, sir!" cried my little brothers and sisters in unison, which earned them a nice chuckle of him.

-"Good, good. I just wanted to tell you that I'm really proud of each one of you. You're all doing your best for the new guests that are going to stay with us".

-"Guests?! Dad, I thought you said it was already official!".

-"I know, I'm just teasing you all" he slyly smirked at me as I puffed my cheeks angrily back. Dad always had that cunning demeanor for teasing ever since I was pup. Guess dad's soon-to be wife find that attractive of him.

-"Anyhow, I hope you listen to your sister while I'm out. Dolly, make sure all of your sisters and brothers have eaten and taken a bath when you're done arranging everything".

-"Sir, yes, sir!" I replied straightforwardly with a salute.

-"Ella's flight should be arriving by night and that gives us enough time to prepare a little surprise welcoming party, while a small group of us receives them at the airport. How does that sound?" he asked us for our approval; and as you could have expected, the little ones could no longer hide their huge excitement at the idea, and neither could me or dad. This was going to be awesome.

-"See you after work, kids!" he stated happily before running off, side by side, with our human. We immediately said goodbye to him as the two jogged through the street to the fire station.

Today was the day everything would change. And I, for one, can't wait for it to happen!
