Chapter 12 Meeting Begin!
Meeting Room( Ise POV)
"Excuse us"
Rias said as she opened the door.
There is a gorgeous and extravagant table. Surrounding it were people I knew. The air is enveloped with quietness and seriousness. I don't have problem with this since i often to attend meeting in my world
Asia grabbed my clothes as if she was uneasy. I lightly clasp her hand to tell her its okay. On the Devil side, there was Sirzechs, Sera-chan, and Grayfia who was on standby beside the tea cart. On the Angel side, there was Michael and an Angel girl I don't know. As for the Fallen Angel side, there was Azazel with his wings out and Vali.
I can see that Vali is a bit displeased about this meeting, but is willing to be civilized about it. The air around him screams that he's itching for a fight. He take a glance to me then show his battle maniac smirk and i reply with my own we nodded each other then back to our activity
I noticed that everyone was wearing ornate clothing, even Azazel as he's wearing a black robe with ornaments on it... Wow Sera-chan.. Quite beauty in that shirt. I blush when seeing her, she smile and wink to me. I quickly turn away to hide my blush! Damnit!
Flashback few days ago when Ise fainted again
Ise groaned and held his head as he slowly wake up
"Ughh" Ise grunted
"Ah! Dragon-kun!" Serafall said happily
Ise jump in surpise when hear Serafall call him he suddenly blush and slowly turn to Serafall who smile to him
"S-Serafall-sama! W-W-Why you here?!" Ise flustered. Serafall then frowned
"You faint again so i decide to see you.. Did i do something wrong when i hug you?" Serafall asked
"What?! N-No! I-Its nothing! I-Its not your fault!" Ise stammered
"Really? I mean you faint twice whenn hnear me.. Is something wrong?" Serafall ask in fear
"Y-Yes! Really its nothing! I'm sorry to make you worry.." Ise said as he try to calm Serafall. Serafall hearing this then smiling
"Thank you Dragon-kun!" Serafall said as she about to hug Ise again but Ise quickly rise his hand
"Err if you can please only speak. Your word is more than enough for me" Ise said preventing from fainting again. Serafall pouted and then quickly hug Ise ignoring his word
"Don't care! It mean if i hug you i will give you more than enough" Serafall said cutely. Ise blush get redder as steam appear above his head
'Don't faint! Don't faint!' Ise thought desperately lucky for him Serafall release him quickly
"E-Ehmm thank you S-Serafall-sama" Ise said. Serafall smile and winked. Both of them fall in to comfortable silence. Ise quickly take glance around him
'I still in infirmary.. Where the hell Rias and Shizune?!' Ise yelled in his mind
[Rias have business with her parent while Shizune say she leave to take care of something] Ddraig answer his question though he lie about Shizune since he want it to become surprise
Ise narrowed his eyes hearing Shizune leave but oh well if she start to learn about secret then that mean she start to get closer to get back her emotion. Beside its not like she leave to learn something strange right?
Oh how wrong he is..
"Sooo how are you? Are you still sick?" Serafall asked and broke Ise out from his mind, Ise blushing when he forget that Serafall is here
"N-No! I-I'm not sick! The True Ma-i mean Sekiryuutei won't sick easily right?" Ise said nervously make Serafall giggling at his declaration
"Ne, Dragon-kun. Can i call you by your name?" Serafall asked
"O-Of course! I-I-It will be honor!" Ise quickly replied
"Well then! I will call you... Ise-chan!" Serafall said happily make Ise blush more
"I-I see. I-If you say so then!" Ise agreed
[Greeting Serafall Leviathan] suddenly Ddraig gauntlet appear on Ise right hand
"Ddraig? Why you come?" Ise asked
"Ara? Are you the Heavenly Dragon-kun?" Serafall asked cutely
[I am Serafall Leviathan... I'm here to ask you some question..] Ddraig said ignoring Ise question
"Hey! Answer me!" Ise yelled
"Ara? What question?" Serafall asked as she also ignore Ise who suddenly get stabbed by large arrow through his heart since get ignored by Serafall
[By any chance... Are you dating someone?] Ddraig asked
"Ddraig! What the hell?!" Ise yelled to him
"Ara? No. I'm not dating anyone" Serafall answer cutely with smile. Ise blush getting redder when hearing this
'She didn't date anyone?' Ise ask in his mind
[I see... Do you have someone that intrest you?] Ddraig asked again. Serafall then take a cute pose thinking while humming this also make Ise intrested as he lean closer to hear Serafall answer
"Mmmm nope! I don't have time to do such a thing" Serafall answered. Ise frowned hearing this but inwardly nodded in agreement after all he as the Devil King, the strongest Devil in his world is also get busy by his job. The bane of existence of all leader...
Paperwork
"But if Ise-chan want to go out with me i'm fine!" Serafall said happily. Ise blush immediately raise to the max
"E-E-Excuse me?" Ise stammered
"I don't mind go out with you! I often doing it with So-tan, Sirzechs-chan, Ajuka and also Falbium" Serafall replied. Ddraig narrowed his eyes, it seems Serafall does not seem to notice the feelings of man easily or... She are into harem thing.. With multiple man..
Ddraig sweatdropped at the last part
However Ise didn't hear any of it. All he hear is "I don't mind go out with you!" So he do what he did before. He fainting again make Serafall went into panic mode again
[Don't worry Leviathan.. He just tired.. Aren't you have something to do? Don't worry i will watching him] Ddraig assure Serafall
"Well.. If you say so! Give him my regard okay?" Serafall said as she stand then give Ise who fainting last hug and leave
[Fufufufu, Otouto looks like you can hang out with your Sera-chan more.. Don't worry i will help you] Ddraig giggled pervertedly
Flashback over
I blush more when remembering that event. Ughh that was embarassing! I broke out from my mind when Sirzechs speak
"My younger sister, and her family" said Sirzechs as he introduced Rias to the VIPs. while the latter bows.
"In the attack of Kokabiel a few days ago, they were active during the raid." Sirzechs continued
"I have heard the report. I give my thanks once more" said Michael as he thanks Rias. She conducted herself cooly and bows once more.
"Sorry, Kokabiel of my side has caused you trouble" said Azazel without being timid about it. His attitude really need to be worked. Perhaps i can prank him later. I saw Rias twitch her mouth a bit.
"Please sit on the seats over there"
Grayfia tell us as we went to our seats. Rias sat next to Sona as the latter was already seated. I sat next to Rias, and after that is Akeno, Kiba, Asia, Xenovia, and Koneko
"Now that everyone has arrived, I'll say the preconditions for the meeting. The people here present acknowledge the most important event and forbidden subject, i.e The Non-existence of God" said Sirzechs. I noticed that Sona wasn't surprised. I sure she is already know from Sera-chan
"Then, acknowledging that, let's continue the conversation."
Like this, with Sirzechs sentence the conference between the great powers began.
The conference is progressing smoothly.
"Like that, we Angels-"
Michael says that.
"That's true. That way would be better. If it's like now, certainly the 3 great powers will go down the road of destruction-"
Sirzechs also says that.
"Well, we don't have any particular thing to fuss over."
There were instances when this place would freeze when Azazel speaking I bet he was purposely making that atmosphere and enjoying it.
I listening their conversation with calm. I maybe not from this world but i must know at least the history about this to gain information for potential threat later
I manage to listen that this world situation is on the tight spot. The suffering from the war is beyond my expectation. I then notice Rias quite shaking. I quickly clasped her hand suddenly make her look into me
"Is going to be okay"
I whisper to her and she smile then nodded
"Ara Ara, Buchou and Ise-kun are lovey dovey in the middle of the conference"
Akeno says it in a small voice while smiling make me chuckle a little
"I am drawing courage from Ise's hands. This is the most effective after all"
Rias said with smile. I grin to her and tell Akeno she also can clasp my hand if she want
"Now then, Rias. Could you speak about the incident a few days before?"
"Yes, Lucifer-sama."
After being urged by Sirzechs, Rias, Sona and Akeno stood up, they talked about a part continuously, about the recent Kokabiel's attack. And everyone belonging to the 3 great powers continue to hear about it
Rias talked about the summary of the incident she experienced herself plainly in a calm manner. Maybe due to maximum level nervousness, those hands were shaking after all
It can't be helped. She is very young... And this is must be the first time she attend meeting like this one.. Compare to me she is... Brat... No forget about brat she is hatchling...
Each of the faction's VIPs who heard the report were, letting out a sigh, scowling, smiling each person had a different reaction.
"-That is all. The report which I, Rias Gremory and the household devils over there experienced."
Rias who had said everything had finally resumed seating on hearing Sirzechs-sama's "Good work, sit down". Good work, Rias
"Thanks, Rias-chan"
Sera-chan also sent a wink towards Rias
"Now then, Azazel. After hearing this report, I want to hear the opinion of the Governor of the fallen angels."
Upon Sirzechs questioning, everyone's gaze concentrates on the Governor.
Azazel started talking after letting out an intrepid smile.
"Regarding the incident a few days back, Kokabiel, a leader of our Central Organisation, Grigori, kept quiet to the other leaders, as well as to me, the Governor, and acted independently. His disposal was done by Hyoudou Issei... And it was very... Scary..."
Azazel paused and sigh. This get everyone attention and i merely smirked hearing this
"We didn't get full report about the battle care to explain what Kokabiel condition now?"
Michael ask curiously
"When Kokabiel regain his senses... He quickly screaming like a child... He even start to create a spear to kill his own self... Its take Vali to restrain him so he not kill himself... I don't know what Sekiryuutei do but whatever it is it truly broke Kokabiel mind..."
Everyone gaze then turn into me. I only shrugged and stood
"All i do only backfired his plan and add some... Extra ingredients..."
One of Michael eyebrows raised hearing this but then Sirzechs tell me to sit and i sit again
"After that, in the organisation's court martial his punishment was enforced. His punishment is eternal freezing in the Cochytes. He can't come out anymore. The explanation for that, other than that everything was written in the material that was forwarded to you, right? That is all."
Michael says while sighing.
"As the explanation, it is the worst category but I know about the story of you personally not wanting to make anything big occur against us. Is that true?"
"Aah, I don't have any interest in wars. When Kokabiel also disparaged me, don't you have the report for that as well."
Yes, as Azazel said, Kokabiel said quite a lot of bad stuff about his bosses.
He's a person who's passive about wars, and only has an interest in sacred gears
This time Sirzechs-sama asks Azazel.
"Azazel, I want to ask one thing but, why have you been gathering owners of Sacred Gears for the past decades? At first I thought you were gathering humans, and attempting to augment your battle potential. I even anticipated you to wage war against heaven or us but…."
"Yes, no matter how much time passed, you didn't wage a war against us. When I heard you got hold of the Vanishing Dragon, I was enveloped by a strong wariness."
Michael opinion was the same as Sirzechs. Hearing the two's opinion, Azazel smiles btterly.
"It's for the sake of Sacred Gear research. If that's the case, should I send a part of the research materials to you as well? Even if I did research, I wouldn't wage a war against you or anything. I don't have any interest in war at this late of an hour. I am perfectly satisfied with the world right now. I have strongly ordered my subordinates, 'Don't interfere with the human world's politics', you know? I have no intention of intervening in religion either, nor to influence the business of the devils. Damn, is my trust in the 3 factions the least?"
"That's true."
"That's right."
"That's exactly it"
Sirzechs, Michael and Sera-chan opinion coincided. How far is he not trusted, the Governor of the fallen angels
Upon hearing that, Azazel uninterestedly pecked at his ears.
"Che. I thought you were better than God or the last generation's Lucifer but, you guys are troublesome guys yourselves. Sneakily researching doesn't get along well with you, huh. Ah, I got it! Then, let's make peace. Originally wasn't that the intention as well? Angels and Devils as well?"
I grinned ear to ear hearing this while everyone become surprised. Rias then look into me like demand and answer. I gave her look "told ya there will be surprise"
Michael who was surprised by Azazel's proposal smiled.
"Yes, I also planned to propose peace to the Devil side and Grigori. Even if we continue the relationship of the 3 factions like before, then it will become damaging to the world right now. I, the leader of the angels say it since the original cause of the war, God and Maou-sama have been annihilated."
Michael-san said that he wants peace in this interval.
Azazel burst out laughing on Michael-san's words.
"Ha! That stubborn Michael has started to speak. Even though he was about God, God, God before."
"….I have lost a lot of things. However, there's no helping seeking for things that aren't present. It is our duty to guide humans. We members of the Seraph have the same opinion that the most important thing is to watch over the children of God from now on as well, and to guide them."
"Hey hey, with your speech just now, you'll 'fall' you know? I thought that but you took over the system, right. It's become a good world. It's completely different from the time when we 'fell'."
Somehow, due to all those special terms, I don't get it but, it seems like an advanced dimension's joke.
Sirzechs also says the same opinion.
"We are the same. Even if the Maou isn't here, in order to continue the species, Devils too have moved forward as well. Even we wouldn't want war. If we do another war, the devils will be destroyed."
On Sirzechs words, Azazel nodded as well.
"Yes. If we do another war, the 3 factions will definitely be mutually destroyed. And then, it will affect the human world as well, and the world will end. We can't do wars now."
Sometime ago Azazel had a joking mood, but it's done a complete change and he has a serious expression.
"Do you think a world without God is wrong? Do you think a world without God would decay? I am sorry to say but that isn't the case. Me and you as well are both healthily living like this."
Azazel said that while opening his arms.
"-The world moves even without a God"
I chuckling hearing this. Its a good speech i have to admit it
"-And, is this it?"
On Sirzechs sentence, the VIPs let out a huge sigh. Somehow or other, it seems the usual important conversation is finished.
Has it been around maybe 1 hour since the conference began. It sure feels long. I am bad at such long things. It's more fun to move around.
While Grayfia is serving tea as the waitress, Michael turned his gaze towards me.
"Now then, the discussion has considerably been solved in a good direction, is it all right if we hear about the matter of Sekiryuutei-dono soon."
Everyone gaze then turn into me once again. I sighed then stood
"A few things I want to talk about. First, why you exile Asia?"
On my question everyone seems astonished but i keep calm and look into Michael with serious expression
"I can only apologize for that. ...After God had been annihilated, only the system to govern divine protection, mercy and miracles remained. This system was, if I explain it simply, the system to perform the miracles etc. God did. God made the system, used it to bring about miracles above ground. To bring about the effect of the holy things like exorcism, crosses, etc. these too are the system's powers."
"So after God died, there was a critical system failure. Is that what you're saying?" I asked as Michael nodded.
"To be honest, it takes a big toll on anyone who uses it with the exception of God. With me as the center, everyone of the Seraph was able to somehow start up the system but...compared to the time God existed, the divine protection and mercy to those who believe in God is not complete. It's an unfortunate thing but, those who can be granted salvation are limited."
I knew it. Only God can work the system properly, it's to avoid any usurpers that might want to take advantage of the system. I remember hearing from Kokabiel that the system was in a funk as well. Though, I wonder perhaps me and Ajuka can fix it?.
"For that, there was a need to keep away those related to the church who could possibly cause an influence on the system. As an example of those who can influence on the system, a part of the Sacred Gear- Asia Argento's Twilight Healing is included as well. Your Boosted and Divine Dividing."
"It's because Asia can heal Fallen Angels and Devils right?"
I said more in statement rather than ask and Michael nodded at my word
"Yes. If there is a person who can heal Devils and Fallen Angels present within the followers, it will influence the faith of the ones around her. The source of us living in heaven is the faith of believers. Because of that, Twilight Healing is a forbidden Sacred Gear which can cause an influence on the system. And also, as an example of the influence on the system-."
"The people who know about the non-existence of God, right?"
Xenovia interrupted
"Yes, that's right, Xenovia. To lose you is a serious wound even for us but apart from us, Seraph and a part of the higher rank angels, if a fair amount of people who know about the non-existence of God approach the place of direct connection then there's a huge effect on the system.- I apologize. There was no other way but to make you and Asia Argento heretics."
Michael said as he bowed to them. The two in question were staring in wonder that Michael is bowing to them. Xenovia shakes her head and smiles.
"No, Michael-sama, please don't apologize. Even like this, till I reached this age I was brought up by the church. I somehow felt it was a bit irrational but if you know the reason then there's nothing such as asking why."
"The fact that you reincarnated as a devil, that is our crime."
"It's alright. ...I regretted it a bit but the things that I couldn't do when I was serving the church, the things that were sealed from me are now brilliantly coloring my everyday life. If I say these words, I may anger the other believers but... Even then I am satisfied by my current life.",
Xenovia says, She's not a bad girl, she just thinks differently than others. Then Asia put her hands together.
"Michael-sama, I also feel I am happy. Since I now have a lot of important people. And also I have met and talked with the Michael-sama who I admired, it's an honor!" said Asia as Michael sighed in relief.
"Sorry. I am grateful for your forgiving hearts. I leave Durandal to you Xenovia. Since it's the family of Sirzechs' sister, then I am at ease that it won't be used by those who do as they please." said Michael as I noticed Azazel look at Asia. She noticed it too and it made her tremble
"It seems my subordinates killed her while keeping quiet about it. I received that report as well."
I narrowed my eyes and then speak to Azazel clearly.
"That's right, Asia died once. Even I was killed by Fallen Angels but above that it mean your subordinate is not listening to you... Take example for Raynare and Kokabiel.. You are the leader. You can't be soft. If thing like this happen again i sure my Mentor will be the one who visit you"
Azazel eyes widened for a moment but then regained his composure while Sirzechs and the other narrowed his eyes to me
"Ise calm down..."
I ignore Rias and look sternly into Azazel who sighed
"It's true we Fallen Angels are eliminating those Sacred Gear users who may cause harm to us. As an organisation, it's obvious right? Sensing that a person may become a threat in the future, then if we know about it beforehand, you'll want to eliminate him. And because of that you died. The reason is, the human with no talent, you, could have run wild with the power of the Sekiryuutei without being able to control it, and have a bad effect on us or the world."
"Thanks to you, I am a Devil now.. Though i'm not dislike it but rather than eliminate them why don't you teach them how to use it properly? It more useful not to mention you also gain ally"
"You do make a good point. Teaching those that have Sacred Gears and to control them. That can at least reduce the chaos it would cause in the world. Even if I apologize now, it's too late. That's why, I am thinking of doing something that only I can do to make you stand on both your legs."
"Well its good if you know then. Anyway, Michael-san. The second is can i look into the System that God created?"
This make everyone surprised especially Michael
"Why you want to do that?"
"Ah? Well we are allies now. I quite good in mechanical. Maybe i can help with it... Though maybe i can't touch or fix it properly but at least maybe i can fix it a little"
"I see... I will look into that later"
I nodded and turn into Azazel who clear his throat
"Now then, it's time we hear the opinion of people other than us, those who seem like they can influence the world. From the invincible Dragon-sama. Firstly, Vali. What do you want to do to the world?" asked Azazel.
"If I can fight strong guys, then it's fine." said Vali. Pfft i expect no less from you
"Then, Sekiryuutei, what about you?" asked Azazel.
"I must say what Vali said is... Tempting... But i won't fill my life with full battle.. Though it seems if i was born when God still alive fighting him maybe intresting"
I paused and tap my chin with finger. Everyone have surprise expression hearing my statement and Vali smirked to me
"So i'm not the only one who thinking like that eh?"
"You bet. Fighting God is seems tempting Vali, i mean is frickin GOD! It seems fun to fight with him"
I grinned to him who chuckling. I then clear my throat
"Okay back to where i left. I don't have problem with peace anyway... The path of peace is not easy... And there will be many obstacle... That seems fun. Other than i able to life peacefully and have a fun battle... I agree with this decisi-"
Suddenly i felt a massive power to my entire body. I then notice that it try to overwhelmed me. I quickly protect myself with my own demonic energy and soon it get overwhelmed by my own. My expression then turn into serious as i look into Old House direction
"Gasper..."
Third Person POV
"Hoo your not affected Sekiryuutei?" Azazel asked to Ise who stare at the window
"No. I able to cover my body with Ddraig power so i'm not affected" Ise answered as he look around
Everyone except Vali, the Maous and Grayfia, Azazel, Michael, Kiba, Rias and Xenovia frozen
"It seems only me, Ise, Yuuto and Xenovia are able to move from my family" said Rias
"I knew this going to be happen. Gasper being used to attack us" Ise gritted his teeth while Rias have sad expression since she the one who decide to leave Gasper
"Wait! What you mean by you knew?" Azazel narrowed his eyes
"Think about it. This meeting between 3 faction.. Its not ordinary day a 3 leader of faction gathered. There's high chance there are some terrorist attack us" Ise said seriously to Azazel who seems agree with him as he turn to Rias
"Rias i'm going to get Gasper.." Ise said
"Wait! I come with you!" Rias yelled
"No. Stay here Rias i won't risk your safety.. I'm going to be brutal.. I will clear the way out of enemy, you can join me after that" Ise told Rias. Rias seems reluctant but she knew if Ise warn her that mean Ise going to without mercy
"I-If you say so... Please be careful..." Rias murmured
"Sekiryuutei.. You sure you can fight your own? There are many of them" Azazel asked
"Those insects won't be able to stop me" Ise scoffed as he shoot demonic energy to window
[Welsh Dragon Balance Breaker!]
After that, Ise was now covered in a crimson aura. When the light stopped, he had his whole body covered in armor that radiated a crimson aura
"I'm going!" Ise yell to Rias then jumped
"He didn't need to blast the window.." Rias sweatdropped, Xenovia also sweatdropped while Kiba smile sheepisly on the scene
"He can use the Balance Breaker?" Azazel ask in astonishment
"He is..." Rias answered
Outside
Ise then landed on the ground and stare at the magician in front of him
"That's Sekiryuutei! Kill him!"
All magician shot a barrage of magic toward him but it didn't affect him
"How dare you insects kidnapp my friend! You will suffer my wrath" Ise roared as crimson flame ignited in both of his hand then he charged
"Dragon Spinning Explosion!" Ise roared as he fly to the group of magician and spin like tornado send a wave of crimson fire along the way
"GGGYYAAAA!"
Many of them get burned immediately even their barrier didn't protect them. Ise then stop spinning and in both of his hand a thick crimson orb appear
"DRAGON SHOT!" Ise roared as he shoot the energy and destroy all magician on the way. He then charged again with flame on his hand and punched one of magician then burned it to the death
"I'm coming Gasper!" Ise roared as he kick aside some magician sending him flying. Suddenly a magic circle with star symbol appear in front, behind, below and above him when he flying
"We got him!" One of magician yelled in glee
"NOW! ABYSS BREAK!" One of them yelled
From the magic circle above a flame appear, from below water, from front earth and behind wind
The combination attack create explosion and make the ground shook, all magician grinned when see this but suddenly they all got blasted away by another explosion
A crimson energy start to out from the dust and swirling around. The magicians stare with horror as they see Ise unharmed with crimson aura swirling around him
"My turn" Ise grin under his helmet, his gauntlet ignited in crimson flame once again and he start to do 360 turn around and send the flame like tornado engulf every magician within 5M around him in flame
"GGGYAAAAHHH!"
"ARGHH!"
Ise stop spinning and look around, everything within 5M is burned. He then turn again and see the magicians have fear expression on their face
"M-M-Monster!" One of Magician whimpered
"Monster huh?! You dare to mess with this monster friend?! NOT EVEN KAMI HIMSELF WILL ABLE TO SAVE YOU EVEN IF HE STILL ALIVE!" Ise roared in demonic voice as he clap his iginited flame fist together
"Crimson Inferno Radiant Blaze!" Ise roared and then shot a 20M bright crimson flame to the ground make the flame spreaded
BOOOOOOOOM!
"What the hell is that!" Cattleya yelled when she felt earth shaking. She turn and see massive crimson flame burst out
"It looks like his training make Sekiryuutei into monster" Azazel smirked when he see the flame
"The Sekiryuutei?! Impossible! He not suppose to be that stro-!" Cattleya shouted but have to dodge a spear that been shoot by Azazel
"You hurt me Cattleya-chan. We are in middle of date so please do not pay attention to the other guy" Azazel smirked as he create countless thick spear around her
[You overdid it partner...]
'Sorry Ddraig.. Sometime i forget that i'm still strong enough to fight on par with God in my Balance Breaker state with seals' Ise sweatdropped as he see the damage that caused by his attack
"Ah Gasper!" Ise yelled when he remember about him then he charge to the house and kicked the door
"Ise-nii!" Gasper said as he being tied into chain by several magician
"What the?! How could someone get here?!"
"Its Sekiryuutei! He's on Balance Breaker!"
One of female magician then step forward
"You people are so stupid. It's foolish how you treat such a dangerous half vampire normally. It's just as the old Maou faction says. The Gremory family are as dumb as they are deeply affectionate and overflowing with power.", she mocked
"Is that Gasper mean to you? Only as tool?" Ise asked in low voice
"Of course!" She answer fearlessly
"Then... Goodbye"
SLASH!
Suddenly Ise appear behind her with Ascalon on his hand. The woman head rolled to the ground. Ise then turn and see the other magician.
"B-Basta-"

Soon the area covered in red flash and few second later Ise appear in front of Gasper who being chained with blood covered his armor. He then rise his sword and cut Gasper chain set him free
"Ise-nii!" Gasper cried and hug Ise
"Sshhh is okay Gasper.. Is okay.." Ise comforting him
"Gasper!"
Ise and Gasper turn to see Rias who dash to them. Gasper then immediately hug Rias
"Gasper! I'm so glad that you're safe."
"Buchou...It's already too late..." said Gasper as he broke into tears.
"It's better if...I die. Please, Buchou, sensei. Please kill me...Because of these eyes, I can't make friends with anyone...I'm only a bother...and a coward..." Gasper started to raggedly shed tears but Rias smile kindly
"Don't say such a stupid thing. I won't abandon you, you know? When I transferred you into my family, I said it, right? That...now that you've been reborn, you will live for me, and also find a way of life that can satisfy you" said Rias as Gasper just shook his head.
"...I just couldn't find it. For me, who just cause trouble...to have value in living is..."
"You're my servant and part of my family. I won't abandon you so easily. Even though it was finally possible for you to be free!"
Gasper hearing this only crying louder when hearing his master kind word
"Gasper if you say such a thing again next time your training will become triple harder" Ise threatened with dangerous tone
"HIEEE! I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I won't say such a thing again!" Gasper said as he hide behind Rias who now giggling but suddenly something crashed toward the roof and fall to the ground. Ise and Rias immediately turn and see. It was Azazel
"...Tch. So you're betraying me under these circumstances, Vali." said Azazel as he was badly injured.
"That's right, Azazel" said Vali as he gave of a dazzling radiance with Cattleya beside him
"I knew my mentor warning is true.. You betray us.. Lucifer" Ise glare to Vali
"I don't know who your mentor and how can he know me but yes.. I'm a descendent of the previous generation's Maou Lucifer who died. However, I'm a child of mixed blood born from a father who was the old Maou's grandson and a human mother. I obtained the Vanishing Dragon's Sacred Gear because I'm half-human. It was just by chance. However, I, who is a true blood relative of Lucifer and is also the Vanishing Dragon, was born. If there really is such a thing as fate and miracles, I may be that. Just joking." said Vali as he revealed several fold of devil wings with his wings of light
"Pfft so what? As i recall the last generation Sekiryuutei has beaten Hakuryuukou twice.. And Hakuryuukou never defeat Sekiryuutei.. What make it different?" Ise scoffed make Vali glare deadly to Ise hearing this
"This man... He is the Sekiryuutei?" Cattleya asked
"Yes, he is. According to the data he's not this strong.. Heck no. He even can't defeat Kokabiel.. But looks like he gain boost power somewhere" said Vali as Cattleya stared at Ise
"I see... Sekiryuutei how about joining us?" Cattleya offered Ise
"Now Lady i'm not intrested.. How about you joining us instead?" Ise offered back only to get earned smack from Rias
"Don't saying random thing Ise!" Rias scolded
"Fine! Azazel... Can you handle Lady over there? Vali and me have a score to settle" Ise said to Azazel who nodded
"So you want to fight eh? But don't you think that destiny is cruel?"
Ise raise his brow under his helmet hearing this
"On one hand, there is the strongest existence that one can think of with a Maou + a legendary dragon like me, and on the other hand, there is a mere human like you which possesses a legendary dragon as well. Say what you like, but I think that this accident of fate is cruel. Though we're rivals with the same dragon-type Sacred Gears, the gap between the two owners is too great."
"To the point Lucifer" Ise said boredly
"I investigated you a little. Your father is an ordinary office worker. You mother sometimes goes out to a part-time job as an ordinary full-time housewife. The blood relatives of both your parents are completely ordinary. There are also no ability-users or practitioners who possessed power among your ancestors. "Meaning?" Ise asked with same bored tone. Vali eyes twitched for moment when hear Ise tone
"I'll kill your parents. If I do that, your personal history will become a little more interesting. If your parents are killed by a valuable existence like me, don't you think you'll be able to openly devote yourself to a solemn destiny? Yeah, I'll do that. After all, your parents will, from now on as well, live ordinarily, grow old ordinarily, and die ordinarily. The setting I spoke of is much more brilliant than such a boring life! Right?"
Ise silence for moment but then chuckled
"You know? For someone who abandoned by your parent you are pitiful Vali... Just because you are the descendant of Lucifer is that mean you are strong?" Ise said in bored tone
"What?!" Vali reply angrily
"Lucifer always has pride high. That's why he died before... And also your grandpa got kicked by my mentor because he think he are superior than my mentor if you want to know.." Ise mocked. Everyone eyes widened when hearing this especially Azazel and Cattleya
"My grandpa?! You mean-" Vali said shocked
"Yes.. Rizevim Livan Lucifer... His ass got kicked by my Mentor..." Ise laughed this bring shock to Vali and Cattleya. They knew Rizevim is strong and considered as Super Devil like Sirzechs and Ajuka
'His mentor.. Whoever it is clearly his mentor is dangerous' Cattleya thought with wary
'Wow.. Looks like he got stronger than his prime condition' Azazel thought with whistle
"You always say your mentor and your mentor! Who is it?!" Vali ask with angry
"Tsk, tsk, tsk. Now now i don't want to ruin the surprise.. And if you want to know he's here now... He watching our battle... Now let cut the chit-chat okay? I want to show him how strong am i!" Ise shouted in joy as he blur away
