It was the Saturday before school started up again on Monday. Artie transferred onto the floor and placed the still tiny Sarah in his lap. Sam came in with Jack on one hip and Natty on the other. He placed the kids on the floor sitting down across from Artie.
"We really are so lucky, Sam. Our kids are perfect and they bare striking resemblance to moi." Sam laughed leaning over to kiss Artie's cheek. Sam reached out towards Natalie's blond curls. "How in hell does she have such curly hair since we both have straight hair?" Artie smiled taking Sarah's little hand. "Darling, have you seen yo dad's hair." Sam laughed and nodded.
Then something amazing happened. Sarah got a tight grip on Artie's other hand. Then that tiny little fireball pushed herself up. Then she reached out for the coffee table. Slowly walking along. "I'm here to see my children's first steps." The boys smiled tears in each boy's eyes.
They watched Sarah as she teetered around all day. Natty trying to follower her lead but she just wasn't ready. They watched as Jack played with his sister's dolls and unicorns. "Babe I think our son is a unicorn."
The two boys laughed and enjoyed their little family.
"Sam we made it, we're going to be seniors!" Sam smiled and kissed Artie on the cheek. Everything they did was for the babies and senior year would beside their fate for sure. They were already almost eight months old. The time had flown by and no one understood it. And thankfully Artie had gotten a lot better since he started taking the pills. He really enjoyed life.
Since glee club had won nationals everyone wanted to join even though not everyone was good. And the once old rule of everyone gets in was out of the window. They had only lost Rory to deportation. So it wasn't like they really needed any more members but they would take talent if they could get it.
So in the end they ended up with Marley Rose, Unique Adams, and Puck's apparent little brother Jake, then once Beiste showed them they got Ryder Lynne. Then a little later Kitty Wilde who was kind of a bitch.
The four newbies knew about Sam and Artie being a couple. That was something pretty obvious. Though it was a known fact that they didn't know about Sarah, Natalie, and Jack. Then one day in September Kurt decided to throw a party to welcome the newbies. So they all gathered at Breadstix.
The newbies faces when the two boys came in with their triple stroller and three eight month olds all looking like them. Marley and Unique were the first to approach them. "Who are these little cuties, your siblings?" Marley asked, Artie chuckled, "Nope, Sam here was born with a uterus and they're all ours." The girl's faces lit up and Marley reached out her hand towards the babies. Unique squealed, "They're just too cute!" The boys thanked the girls and Marley looked up. "What are their names?" Sam pointed towards each of the babies. "Sarah, Natalie, and Jackson, but we just call him Jack." The girls squealed and eventually the boys came over and what the girls had just learned was relayed.
Then Kitty came over. "That is just not natural or what the good lord intended." The boys just shrugged it off. It wasn't anything they hadn't gotten before. And eventually the babies endeared Kitty so much that she just had to play with the happy babies.
