Okay so sorry last chapter was so short I am going to try and make them a longer than that. And also so sorry that I took so long to update. So let me tell you this: This chapter tells who the girl really is…

Anyways on with the show

"Rose?" The Doctor whispered.

"There is no one of such name here. There is only Commander Wolf" She sneered

"Really because a minute ago you were all I'm Rose Tyler and I am in-" Amy started but was cut off by a large slap across the face by the woman in question.

"SHUT IT!" She yelled at Amy who just winced away and rubbed her red cheek.

"And you love this girl?"Amy whispered to The Doctor so that only he could hear.

"She isn't the same as the Rose I Knew." He replied not looking her in the eyes.

After an hour of Silence they heard sirens and were surrounded by tall men with guns pointed at them, they were forced into a large black limo and the door was slammed closed behind them. The drive was long and Amy fell asleep ten minutes in.

It was a large Limo, with Leather seats that were black and sleek. There was a black marble table in the middle that had three things on it. There was a tray of chips, a vase of Red Roses and an earpiece. There was a man sitting across from them, his face was hidden. The man spoke and his voice sounded like velvet.

"It's been a while Doc"

"Who are you?" The Doctor asked and when he got no answer said "All right, where are we going?" he still got no answer he decided it would be best if he just shut up.

The limo jolted to a stop and the door opened to reveal the woman who called herself Commander Wolf. The mystery man stood up and walked to the door.

"Hello Jack" She said to the man "I missed you when you went to America…next time can you come home earlier?"

His expression showed no emotion, only pain and tiredness "All right" he replied and the doctor felt a tight knot in his throat.

She smiled and pecked him on the cheek. The doctor's heart dropped in his chest when he finally recognized the man. "You know Captain Jack Harkness, right doctor?"

She had said the captain's name as to hurt him and it worked. She turned to her right.

"All right Astra, they're all yours" she said and stepped out of the doorway. The captain followed her.

Three woman entered the doorway and none of them looked impressed

"This is the doctor?" The first said giving him a quick look-over. "He doesn't look older than maybe in his early twenties…" A smile shone brightly on her face and she pulled a stray strand of her curly brown hair out of her face. "And he's quite the looker…" she finished and the other two women giggled before regaining their composure. Her smile faded when she saw Amy sitting next to the doctor.

She grimaced but didn't say anything "Well hurry up now!" she snapped and before the doctor could say anything she marched away leaving them to follow her and the other two women whom followed in her stead.

First they were led to a small room, which the doctor imagined to be a jail cell of sorts, and they were checked over and anything the soldiers thought could be used against them was taken away, including the Doctor's sonic screwdriver.

After a few hours of waiting there, they were led to a large room with white walls with words the doctor couldn't yet make out. The floor was white as well, and there were no windows and two doors. One of which they had entered through, the other with Plaque reading 'Commander Wolf' and beneath it written 'Head of Torchwood.'

From behind them they heard the door open and someone walk towards them. They turned to see a small Caribbean woman with a nervous smile holding a small blue embroidered cloth in her hands.

"Here, take this" she said handing it to the doctor "It says the Commander's real name in the language of my people." She finished then quickly left the room. Before the doctor got a chance to look at it the door opened and they were called into the other room.

The room was nothing like what they were expecting. There were videos that made up a wall, they faded in and out of view and most of them were blurry, as though they weren't real. There was a short one of 'Commander Wolf' dancing with the man Amy recognized from before, Captain Jack Harkness, in front of the London eye. Another showed 'Commander Wolf' dressed in complete black in a cemetery tears pouring down her face. The Commander herself stood leaning against the front of a golden desk.

"So you've returned to break my heart again?" She spoke staring at the doctor and he shivered at her intensity.

The doctor frowned, obviously not comprehending what she was saying. "what do you mean?"

The woman gaze faltered and sadness poured onto her face if only for a minute, "You know very well what you've done, the first time, was of course accidental, but then you left me for a second time even though you thought it was for the best, then you left me for a third time in death, you knew a human brain couldn't process Time lord knowledge but of course you didn't care!" She screamed and the sadness left just as quickly as it had come. "Of course the only person to console me was my sister."

The Doctor looked lost for words "I don't- I don't understand" he stuttered after a minute and she sighed,

"Your clone, the man you left me with, was a half-breed human and time lord and the moment you left the time lord knowledge in his mind was too much. He burned from the inside out and I had to watch as he died." She looked away before looking back at him, "I would have done anything to bring him back. But there was nothing I could do. Instead my sister gave me another option; to let her in. So I did, and I came here after making a hole in the barrier between dimensions. And it was the wisest decision I've ever made."

The Doctor stared at her. "You-" She cut him off by calling for the guards.

"Take them to their cell and make sure they can't escape"

It was only when they were taken to their cell when the Doctor finally looked down at the embroidery. He read the inscription and it confirmed his worst fears.

"Doctor?" Amy said, speaking up for the first time in a while. "What does it say?"

He looked over to her with a grim expression. "Bad Wolf"
