The sound of annoying beeping woke me up early the next morning. I sat up, rubbing my eyes. When my vision cleared, I stared, disgusted down at my dirty clothes from yesterday. I quickly jumped out of bed and slipped into fresh clothes. My phone buzzed. I trudged over to the desk and peered over the screen of the flip phone. 17 new messages. My eyes widened and I picked it up carefully, thinking I was still asleep. I flipped it open. 7 from Cry, 5 from Marzia, 3 from Stephano, and 2 from... Pewds?! 'I would have expected Ken, but Pewds?! 'No way!' I thought as I quickly scanned through the texts. Cry's texts were about the assignments I had to do for today, Marzia was threatening me, typical, Stephano was explaining why they popped by last night, and Pewds was saying good morning.
My heart leapt a little, but then I remembered he had a girlfriend. My heart sank and I shut my phone off. I sat on my bed and gathered the books surrounding my bed. I stacked a few on the desk and slid the rest into my back pack. I stood up, back pack in hand, and slipped downstairs. My mom was still in her room, like every morning. I grabbed my ear piece cell-phone and stuck it in my ear. I quickly dialed Cry. He picked up as I was making toast. "Hullo...?" She muttered.
"Hey. Wake up. I need a ride. My mom's doing her yearly thing of driving me to school one day, then staying in bed the next." Silence. Then a groan.
"Alright, I'll get up... Get ready, I'll be there in 15." He hung up and I smiled, knowing I got a short notice ride. After I got done with him, I called Stephano.
"Allos?"
"Hey, you need a ride? Cry's gonna pick me up in about ten minutes." I say, biting into some toast.
"Ah, sure. Let me go wake Felix."
"See you in ten." I hang up and take my ear-piece out. I set it on the counter. I finish my toast and slide my backpack on. I open the front door and close it behind me, not bothering to tell my mother goodbye or wake her up. I sit out on the curb out front and sigh as I wait for Stephano. The minute I stepped outside, Stephano and Felix were standing there with Marzia right behind them. Her backpack was glittery and girly, unlike her personality for some reason.
Felix gave me a smile and Stephano stayed quiet. For some reason, all Felix had was a side bag that the strap went across his chest and the bag hung at his side. Stephano only had his golden sword beside him. I looked at my raggedy and sewn up a million times backpack. I felt embarrassed that we were so poor, but no one said anything.
"So, when is Cry getting here?" Felix broke the silence.
"Shortly. Shouldn't be too much longer now." I replied happily. Marzia wrapped her arms around Felix's neck from behind and hugged him. He smiled and glanced back at her. Just as he turned to hug her back, Cry pulled up, his face in a fake astonishment.
"Okay, how many people are coming?" He said, his face turning annoyed. Felix and Marzia slid into the backseat and Stephano took the front. I bit my lip and so did Cry. He turned to see if there was any room in the back, but Marzia had put her's and Felix's bags in the third seat so there was no more room for me.
"Do you-" Felix started.
"Nah I'll walk." I said quickly before he finished. I quickly turned and started down the court. I could hear Cry try to stop me, but he knew it was futile. I heard them speed off and I began to run, knowing if I didn't, I'd be late. I turned a quick corner and the street was 'dark', even though it was daylight out. I slowed down, thinking it might be a short cut. I heard footsteps behind me and turned quickly, but all I saw was a flash of pink before it went black.
I awoke soon after fainting and found myself in a dark room. Or at least, a small closet that was musky and cramped. I reached around me, trying to feel for a wall, and soon found one. The walls were so close to me that it took a least a foot for me to reach them on both sides. I groaned as my palms slapped against, what felt like, concrete walls. I rubbed my wrists and started feeling the walls for a switch. 'Where the hell am I?' I think to myself as I begin walking forward. The light flicked on by itself and I winced from the sudden light. I found myself in a closet, a familiar one, at that. The same one that Piggy took me to.
I quickly scanned around the small space and saw Piggy, smirking in the corner. "Hey, darling." He winked and I glared.
"What do you want, swine?" I snarled and he giggled.
"So feisty and cute, even when your throwing naughty words, girl." He walked up and grabbed my chin, lifting it in the air. His ear twitched with excitement as he started at my neck. "Is yours sensitive?" He quickly flashes down and bites me, hard and on the nerves. I let out a small scream of pain, which he muffles with his hand. I push him away and breath heavily, holding my neck.
"You pervert!" I grab the nearest thing, which happens to be a small, but heavy, chair. I grab it and chuck it at the perky eared fool. He dodges, giggling. I growl at him and grab my bag which was near my feet, making my way to the door. When I get close, he pins me against the wall, biting my neck again. This time, I can't help but moan slightly. He smirk and licks at the bite mark. The door unlocks and Piggy pushes us behind a pile of boxes to hide. I can hear Marzia's heels click as she walks over to the wall. I hear some clattering and then heels again. The door shuts and that's when I realize that Piggy is on top of me.
