Peach and Silver The Hedgehog were both in Peach's room within the ever changing Smash Mansion, the skillful pairing discussing their technical skills as Princess Peach's stomach growling interrupted the conversation, causing the human princess to giggle as she slightly blushed, wrapping her arms around her rumbling belly.
"Oh my... I guess I'm feeling hungry again." Peach stated as she opened her eyes, facing Silver. "I'm gonna go check for sweets. Gotta get dem sugars."
"All right. Should I come with you, just to make sure we have any sweet food?" Silver suggested as he moved his hands around.
Peach waved as she shook her head. "No, well maybe yes perhaps but actually, um; I think I can handle this myself." She then skipped outside, humming to herself as she skipped past Solid Snake, who took a moment to check Peach out.
"...Not bad for a girl who's sweet on the inside and the outside..." Snake stated as he rubbed his chin, nodding as Silver gave him an odd glance.
Meanwhile, Peach found herself in the kitchen, with the mansion's doughnut shop still under construction. Peach searched throughout the entire fridge, and then checked every cabinet, in dismay as she gasped.
"N-no sweets again!?" Peach remarked as she turned around, to see Jigglypuff holding the only sweet food in the entire mansion, a big slice of strawberry shortcake.
Jigglypuff immediately felt frightened as the pink puffball Pokemon could feel the blonde, pink clad human girl staring right at her with flames of rage in her eyes. Screaming in a high pitched tone, Jigglypuff made a run for it, only for Peach to smack her in the back with a tossed turnip. Jigglypuff groaned, landing on her round face as the strawberry shortcake went flying, with Peach managing to catch it back on a plate as she dashed off to her room. Jigglypuff being equally as hungry attempted to reuse her mimic attack and suck in Peach, being successful for she had her inside her prone to sing mouth. Unfortunately, Princess Peach farting an eggy amount of rotten methane is not what the eared ball of puff anticipated, causing Jigglypuff to spit her out, the strawberry shortcake being protected as Peach had Toad guard it. Placing Toad away while taking the strawberry shortcake, Peach gobbled up a nearby plate of spicy curry and used its burning sensation to dash up the stairs, with Jigglypuff attempting to follow, only for her to suddenly be attacked by various Kid Icarus Uprising creatures that popped out of nowhere, of which Peach tipped off a certain goddess in peach scented body wash. Peach then made it back to her room, greeting Silver as she locked the door, panting as she licked her lips at the plate of succulent strawberry shortcake.
"You went through all of that just for a slice of cake?" Silver chuckled as he rubbed the back of his head.
Peach shook her head as she glanced up at Silver, pointing at the ceiling. "Mah boi ship DINNER, it's the thought that counts!" She then began eating up the cake, enjoying every inch of it as Silver watched in amazement, with Snake taking pictures as he was hiding underneath Peach's bed.
Overall, when it comes to sweets, don't mess with Princess Toadstool.
