Star
The star was what brought them together. Every since then it was a tradition to put the star on top of the tree together.
Jason walked into the room bringing with him said star. The very same star that was one the tree of their very first Christmas together as a couple, the star that had been on every tree since then. Even ten years later it still held a shine that only they could see.
To others it was just a star.
To them it was a symbol of their love.
"Hey babe you ready to put the star on the tree?" Jason asked as he approached Tommy with the star.
"You bet" Tommy replied with a wolf's grin.
