Hello everybody welcome back to raised as a fairy. Or if you're new to the story follow, favorite and everyone is welcomed to review. So anyways yes I am back. Here's the new chapter hope you all enjoy. On to the chapter.

- Makarov 13 years ago-

I walk towards the train station. There have been many reports of missing kids. This was coming in from around Fiore. Every town had people report that they noticed that children were missing. All the missing kids according to the news and reports are kids between the ages of one to 15 years old. Only two outa the 15,000 kids reported were found. Those two kids how ever were found dead floating in a river. I'm on my way to era for this emergency meeting of the guild masters...

Guild masters from every guild small and big are making a journey to Era. In case if emergency I decided to have the older members watch the little ones. This way I can focus on the meeting. What ever the magic council has planed I got the feeling the result will be chaos. I hop on the train and take a seat with some old friends. In one seat is Goldmine wearing his dark t-shirt and shades with his spiked collar around his neck. Next to him sits Bob his bald head shining he wears his purple dress.

"So Makarov why do you think their summoning all the guild masters?" Goldmine asks.

I take a deep breath and reply" I think it's about the missing kids.I think they have finally found a that means it's up to us to stop the criminals once we get the information the council the got".

Bob just nods his head. The rest of the train ride is quite.I just stare outa the window. I'm not only doing this to find the missing kids. I'm doing this to protect my guild. We have a lot of young kids in Fairy tail. But its not only for fairy tail but it's for Fiore. Some unknown person is going around kidnaping kids. I wonder why no adults or older kids have gone missing. What ever the hell is going on we will find the person behind this and punish him or her... Hours later we reach our destination. We walk out of the train and walk into the magic council headquarters. We walk inside the white marble headquarters. Once I get to the meeting room I see thousands of hundredths of guild masters. The room fills with noise as every one starts to talk.

"Ahem!" Says a loud voice.

We all turn to see Yajima standing with the magic council.

"Thank you all for coming today. We have received some information about the kidnappings. Most of the missing people appear to have gone missing in Rocket town. We have summoned you all here to your joint efforts we can defeat the evil person and make sure this never happens again. If you at any point need help send up a signal flare." A council member wearing a white cloak says.

Everyone starts to leave the councils headquarters. Rocket town is a few miles away from taking another train for a few hours I finally arrive in rocket town. The tall skyscrapers stand above me as I walk through the city. I try to spot any suspicious looking people but I find anything. After what feels like endless boredom of searching I finally find it. I find a suspicious person wearing a night black cloak. I follow the person person after using a invisibility spell undetected. I continue to follow the hooded figure through town. The unknown man stops in front of small building made of oak wood. I sneak inside the building after the man. The room is filled with bookshelves countless book shelves. The man walks up to one and pulls out a book a book shelve slides away revealing a secret passage. I continue to spy on the stranger until we reach the end of the hallway. At the end of the hallway appears to be a lab. There's people with lab coats hospital beds with blood stained sheets.

"So how was did the test go" the man asks a woman doctor with a tan blonde hair and grey eyes.

"The test subjects body rejected the drug and spell ended up killing the subject" the woman reports.

"What about the other test subject?" the hooded man asks picking up the dead body and putting it inside some room.

"His body took the drug and amazingly the spell has not killed him" the woman replies walking over to a bed with a small baby with a little bit of jet black hair.

"Excellent! With the final piece of our plain ready Project Dragon Lord will be ready to go. It's just unfortunate he's so young" the man says walking over to bed taking his hood off. Thus revealing a Silver haired man with brown eyes.

I feel my eyes widen inside my skull and I back up. That's Tyler Sliverwind wizard saint and guild master of the Lunar Wolf guild. Apparently in my shocked mood I accidentally bumped into a shelf with beakers. My heart skipped a beat as I watch the shelf fall forward. The smashing noise of the beakers makes everyone quite. People look towards my area.

"Who's there? Show your self!" Tyler barks out.

My spell wares off now since I got discovered it breaks the spell.

"Makarov" Tyler mutters.

"Tyler what's the meaning of this madness?" I ask.

Tyler starts to laugh his laugh echoing through the room."Madness? This Makarov is the way to defeat Zeref and that dragon of his. This could also help us fight against dragons when they show up and we don't have any dragon slayers" Tyler announces.

"Tyler that is crazy. What you are doing is wrong. You're killing innocent people. Your taking these people from their families" I respond.

"You don't understand this will help everyone" Tyler announces.

"But at the coast of so many lives" I reason.

"I'm sorry to hear that Makarov" Tyler snaps his fingers and he an a few other people in the room vanish.
