I opened my eyes and the first thing I noticed was that I wasn't with Sookie at her house. I was – actually I had no idea where I was. It looked like I was in some kind of paradise.

"Godric?" I heard a man's voice asking, but when I watched around me I saw no one.

"Godric," Another voice said. This time it was a woman's voice and I let my fangs out, in case I was in danger.

"Show yourself!" I yelled and saw old woman with gray hair walking to me with green eyed man with a pale long hair.

"Who are you?" I asked them.

"I am Ancient Pythoness and this is Niall Brigant."

"Is it time?" Niall asked her.

"Not yet. We have to explain thing to him," she answered to him, like I wasn't even there.

"What do you want? What have you done with my Sookie?! Where am I?" I wondered aloud.

"How is my granddaughter?" Niall asked me, ignoring my questions.

"Your granddaughter?" I asked clueless,

"Sookie," he told me.

"WHERE IS SHE?" I growled.

"That's not the question you should be asking," Ancient Pythoness told me with a mysterious voice.

"Then what should I ask then?" I asked them impatiently.

"You're dreaming. This is kind of a vision dream," Ancient Pythoness explained to me, ignoring me.

"So Sookie is safe?" I asked them worried.

"My granddaughter is perfectly fine. Maybe a little worried about you, but that's it," Niall assured me.

"Well, that's good," I said, relieved. Sookie is safe. That's the most important thing. I don't think Niall and the Ancient Pythoness would have any reason to lie to me about this. What would they have to gain with lying to me?

"So you don't remember anything?" Niall wondered aloud.

"Not before the minute I laid my eyes on my gorgeous Sookie," I said, picturing her in her rose print sun dress and how she looked at me the first time with her brown eyes. I had to stop thinking about her before I get a hard on in front of these two. I was really horny right now, after what we did and confessed our love to each other.

"So you two finally confessed your love?" Ancient Pythoness suddenly asked. Was she a mind reader?

"You wouldn't be here otherwise," Niall clarified to me.

"What do you mean?" I asked them confused.

"Haven't you wondered how you just suddenly got from Dallas to Bon Temps?" Niall asked.

"Well yes, but I died and I never thought that was possible to come back from the ashes. Do you know why?" I asked shocked.

"Of course we do," Ancient Pythoness told me.

"After all I saw it in my vision. The Gaul vampire would kill himself to get rid of his sins and found his beloved or something like that," she said like it wasn't a big thing.

"And it just had to be my granddaughter. The fey princess," Niall murmured.

"W-wait a minute! A beloved?"

"Yes, like werewolves have mates, vampires have beloveds. Not many vampires have found their beloveds, but they do have one. But only one! There is no such thing as a second change mate or beloved. That's why it is so rare. Vampires can live thousands of years – like two thousand in your case – or just lost them before even meeting them," Ancient Pythoness explained to me.

"So when you died Ancient Pythoness came to me and we made sure that you would find Sookie," Niall said.

"Why did you do that if you don't like the fact that I am her beloved?" I wondered aloud.

"Because Ancient Pythoness told me about her possible future if you weren't the first vampire she met. I may not like the fact that she is your beloved, but I sure like your possible future more than her possible future with this vampire Bill," Niall informed and I growled, because I didn't like the fact that she had a possible future with some other vampire if I wasn't around.

"Let's keep her cousin Hadley far away from the queen of Louisiana to keep him for never contacting the girl," Ancient Pythoness said to keep me or Niall calm, I don't know which one.

"So this whole vision thing's point was to tell me that Sookie is my beloved?" I asked them and couldn't stop myself from smiling. Sookie was my beloved, no wonder it felt like she was meant for me, because she was.

"And to inform you that, when you wake up you will have your memories back," Niall told me.

"Why now?" I asked, but they didn't answer. They just smiled and I felt like they and everything around us went futher and futher away until I could open my eyes.

I noticed that Sookie had somehow moved me and I was lying in her bed, her next to me asleep. I moved a strand of her hair away from her face and she buried her face to the between my neck and shoulder.

When I looked at her properly, I saw that this time she wasn't wearing a dress but a plaid shirt with black jeans. She looked really tired.

"Sookie," I whispered and touched her cheek with my hand and she kept some kind of a resisting voice before opening her eyes. She blinked her eyes before smiling and attacking me with her hands to hug me and I hugged her back, smelling her hair.

"I missed you! I was so worried!" she yelled.

"I was just asleep," I assured her, smiling but she didn't smile back like I was expecting.

"Yea, but you were asleep for a week," she told me and I was shocked. Now that I looked around I saw how dark it was here. She wanted me with her, so she did everything she could to keep me safe.

"I guess it took a while," I told her.

"What?" she asked me.

"To get all my memories back," I informed her.

N/A: I think I've never written this long chapter. Someone already guessed that they're mates in the first chapters! ;) What do you think? I wasn't going to write this but I thought it would be nice to have you guys review this on my birthday :D A fun fact about me: I was born on the Friday 13th ;)

Please review I would like to know what you guys think. I was – am kind of afraid what do you guys think about this one. I was just going to use Ancient Pythoness to explain things to him but I thought that I should bring Niall too – would you guys like to see him more?

Sookie and Godric have been living in their bubble so let's see what happens now that Godric has his memories back. What characters would you like to see?
