Welcome to Minecraft (You'll Never Leave)

Chapter 24

"No," Sky murmured. "We can't go to the Nether."

"What's wrong with the Nether?" I asked, causing everyone to look at me. "Still haven't played the game before."

"The Nether is where Herobrine lives!" Sky said. "And he's extremely dangerous."

"So this is basically a suicide mission."

"Pretty much."

"Well, we have to help Julianne!" Deadlox said. "We can't leave her in there!"

"I know!" Sky said. "I just don't know how we're going to get in there without Herobrine noticing."

"We can't," Deadlox said. "So, we'll just have to get in there, find Julianne and get out of there as quickly as possible."

"Easier said than done." Sky mumbled.

"I know that! But it's the only chance we have."

"Can we please stop arguing and actually, you know, go to the Nether!?" Kazi asked.

"That's a great idea!" Rhythm said, walking towards the portal. Sky watched her, looking wary.

"It looks like there isn't a problem." I said, then walked towards the portal.

"Wait," Sky said. "I'll go first."

"Don't you mean second?" I asked.

"What?"

"Rhythm already went."

"Whatever!" Sky retorted. "I'm going in before you, I'll give a thumbs up if it's safe."

"And if it isn't?" Alesa asked.

"Then, you'll know to run away from the portal as quickly as possible."

"But-" Deadlox started.

"I'm going in!" Sky went through the portal.

"But you don't have thumbs," everyone looked down at their hands.

"Do you think that's going to be a problem?" Adam asked. A gloved hand emerged from the portal.

"I guess not." Deadlox said, and we all went through the portal.

Downloading Terrain

"Welcome," a demonic sounding voice bounced off the walls, causing a shudder to run down my back. "I have been expecting you."

"Herobrine!" Deadlox called out, "stop scaring them!"

"Ah, but it's so fun!" The voice suddenly became normal sounding. "And who might you be?" I spun around to see a person with a pair of glowing white eyes. There was a sly smile on his face.

"I-I'm Cry," I said nervously.

"I've never seen you here before." Herobrine sounded perplexed. "And I see everyone."

"We-well," I said. "I'm new here-"

"No one can just 'be new', there's a different reason you're here." I stepped back, almost falling into the lava pit below. I got an idea, and started morphing into a bird. "I need you to stop doing that." I suddenly started morphing back into myself.

How did he do that?

"I'm an immortal being, why did you think I couldn't do that?" I was forced to the ground. "Now you just stay there while I get everyone else in order." I tried to stand up, but a strong force was keeping me down.

"Where's Julianne?" Deadlox called out.

"Who?"

"Don't play dumb with me Herobrine, we both know who I'm talking about."

"Of course I do, I just like to toy with you." Julianne walked out from the shadows.

"Hello," she said casually.

"I knew it!" I exclaimed. "There was something up with you!"

"Cry, what are you talking about?" Ty asked.

"Julianne is the person who's been sabotaging us!"

"What?!" Julianne exclaimed. "I've been kidnapped, and you're trying to say I tried to jeopardize our attempts to get home?!"

"Well, if you were really kidnapped, why would Herobrine just let you walk around? Especially when you consider what he did to me just now!" I felt a weight lift off of me, and suddenly, I could stand up. Everyone looked over at Julianne, who was looking down at the ground.

"You just had to open your mouth,"

"Uh-"

"Shut up!"

"Julianne?" Ty walked up to her, but jumped back when he saw the sword in her hand.

"You could've just kept quiet, this whole thing would've gone smoothly." She was about to strike when a bright, white light flashed.

Then,

Everything was black.

I'm really sorry about the length of the chapter, but I do promise that I have an idea for the next chapter, so I shouldn't-

Completely disregard what I just said. I promised I wouldn't do that!

So, chapter's done, it took almost a month, but at least I got it done right?

Right!
