Coal Hill School.
Clara entered the classroom and was greeted by series of sighs. She was late again, she was never late until it a few days ago.
"Sorry. I'm late, it won't happen again i promise!" Clara said as she placed her belongings on the desk.
"Open page 50 in your textbook".
The student obeyed, and opened their textbooks. Suddenly, all eyes turned to the door where an old man had walked walked in. He was familliar to both Clara and Courtney, and they both glanced at each other as the Doctor brought in a cleaning trolley. He grabbed a broom and started cleaning the floor. "Don't mind me kids. I'm just cleaning your floor to trace a deadly interstellar fiber".
Clara excused herself from the students, grabbed the Doctor by his arm and dragged him out of the classroom. She closed the door behind her.
"What are you doing?!" Clara said, annoyed.
"Clara, there's an alien on the loose and i've traced it here to your school" The Doctor said.
Clara didn't know what the hell he was talking about. "There isn't an alien here".
"I need to track down a deadly fiber that this alien seems to be dropping. Clara i need your help".
Clara was intrigued, she haven't been on an adventure for ages. "Alright, what do you want me to do?" she said.
"Get my broom, then we need to get back to the TARDIS to analyse it, i just need to summon it" The Doctor said as he grabbed his sonic screwdriver out of his front pocket.
"Summon it?".
"I left it orbiting around a rare nebula a few hundred galaxies away. But don't worry" The Doctor said and walked away around the corner.
Clara ran back inside, and grabbed the Doctor's groom. Before she could leave she was interrupted by a student.
"Miss, where are you going?".
Clara turned around and looked at her students. "I am just going to return this. It was stolen" she lied.
The pair entered the tardis, Clara still holding the broom. Upon entering Clara felt weak, her limbs felt sore. She got a headache. Clara felt like the TARDIS was empty, like it was dead, but decided to ignore everything.
"Have you ever cleaned the tardis?" Clara asked as she handed the Doctor his broom.
"Yes. Once every century. I hate cleaning!" The Doctor said.
He put the tardis on the console, and started examining the brush with his sonic screwdriver. The sound of the sonic screwdriver felt like white noise in Clara's head.
"Can you put that thing on mute?" She asked.
The Doctor gave her a quizzical look, and stopped using the sonic, he looked at Clara, who was standing there looking weak. She was struggling to keep herself standing.
"Is everything okay over there?" He asked, as Clara sat down on the staircase.
"Yes. I just think i'm a bit tired, i haven't slept". Clara said as she started to rub her head.
The next she knew, explosions were happening all around the tardis and the console room, and everything was shaking, Clara still felt bad, but the shaking made it worse.
"What is happening!" Clara yelled as she fell down hard on the tardis floor. The Doctor was holding onto the console as everything was shaking even more. The Doctor looked at the brush of the broom, as dust grains flew out of the groom, and turned into a purple energy stream.
He followed the energy stream with his eyes as it flew right into the time rotor of the tardis. Everything stopped.
Clara stood up again, coughing. She was looking at the Doctor who was investigating the broom again.
"What the bloody hell was that?" Clara said as she made her way over to the Doctor. She noticed that her symtomps had disappeared, she didn't feel weak anymore.
"Something did it. Something that came out of that broom!" he pointed at the brush of the groom.
"Do you mean that the groom is a threat?" Clara asked.
The Doctor looked at her, annoyed. "No. Dust flew out of the brush, it looked liked sand grains. Then it turned into a an energy stream and flew into that" he pointed at the time rotor.
He pulled the engine release lever on the console. "We need to go back" he said. But the tardis didn't respond, the lever wasn't working. He pushed a few buttons again. Nothing was working.
Suddenly, the lights of the tardis became purple. Clara looked up at the roof of the tardis. "Doctor. Why are the lights purple?".
"I don't know!" He replied, as he was still pushing levers.
"You should use this light setting more often. It works" Clara said and smiled.
"We can't worry about bloody lights now! We need to figure out what is happening". The Doctor said as he furiously hit his fist on the console.
"Welcome" A dark voice said. A shellshocked Clara glanced around for a person, but nobody was there.
The Doctor noticed her. "It isn't a person Clara!".
"What do you mean?" Clara replied, she looked bemused.
"Who are you?!" The Doctor yelled back.
"Call me wizard" The dark voice said again, Clara was creeped out. She just wanted to go back home.
"Alright Wizard! I don't know what you want. But you will not get my tardis!" The Doctor yelled, Clara could see his anger.
"I already have it!" The Wizard replied.
Clara headed for the door, the Doctor tried to stop her but when she touched the handle it exploded and she was pushed back. The Doctor ran towards Clara as she hit the floor again.
"Are you okay?" He said as grabbed her face.
"Doctor" She groaned.
"Pathetic human!" The Wizard said as the Doctor helped Clara stand up again.
The Doctor was angrier then Clara had ever seen him. The mysterious entity known as the Wizard had taken his Tardis, and the time lord wasn't okay with anyone taking his tardis.
"I don't know who you are. But do you know who you are up against? The Last Child of Gallifrey. The Oncoming Storm. The Bringer of Darkness" The Doctor yelled.
"The Oncoming Storm is trapped inside his vessel. I have taken your tardis, and nothing can help you now!" The malevolent wizard said.
"I am in control of the tardis. I can bring monsters back from your past, i can control the building blocks of the tardis. I am in control now!" The Wizard said, Clara noticed how angry he sounded.
"What are you?. If you're going to kill us then we atleast should know our enemy!" Clara yelled.
The Wizard started laughing like a maniac. "I am the Wizard".
"Well then Wizard. Kill us so we don't have to hear your voice!" The Doctor yelled. He held out his arms, as if he was about to hug someone. Clara stood next to him, and did the same thing. They both closed their eyes.
"I could kill you now! But where is the fun in that. I want to watch you struggle, i want to see you run. Subjects under my power" The Wizard said.
"Agenda 1. Fight the angels!".
The Doctor opened his eyes fast and saw 4 weeping angels, far away from them. But they were surrounding the console room. He looked at Clara who seemed to be absent. He tapped her on the shoulder and she opened her eyes, shellshocked by the angels.
"Clara keep your eyes on them! Don't blink!" The Doctor said. Clara did just that, she looked at all of them.
"Oh please" The Wizard said. The tardis was suddenly dark. The pair couldn't see anything. The room was silent, the Doctor could hear Clara's breathing.
The lights turned on again, and the angels were closer.
"What will happen if they touch us?" Clara asked the Doctor.
"They will send you back in time and feed on your time energy. Keep your eyes on them!".
The room became dark again. "It's hard when the entire room is dark and i can't see!" Clara yelled.
The Doctor could feel the angels moving closer. He couldn't help but to think about Amy Pond. His former companion. The lights turned on, and the weeping angels were inches away from the Doctor and Clara. They held each other and went in circles to look all the angels in the eyes. The Doctor removed his hand from Clara's as she was sweating to much.
"When this is over we need to stop your sweating" The Doctor joked.
The Wizard talked again. "Say goodbye!". His voice was more evil then before. Clara was scared, and so was the Doctor. His foe was outsmarting him, wich was insulting to the timelord.
"Come on Bringer of Darkness think of something i don't want to die!" Clara said to the Doctor.
"I have a plan!. Follow my lead and shut up!" The Doctor said. He ducked out of the way, to let the angels look each other in the eye. He dragged Clara with him, away from the angels.
"That should kill them stone dead". Clara rolled her eyes at his pun.
One of the angels turned it's head to face the Doctor. "Nonono that shouldn't happen you lot should be dead!".
"Don't forget that i am the master now!" The Wizard yelled. The Doctor had forgotten about the 'wizard' for a few seconds.
"Right i'll get to you later, talky" The Doctor sarcastically replied.
While The Doctor was sarcastic, she noticed 2 weeping angels behind them. She jumped with fright and tapped the doctor on the shoulder, but he kept his eyes on the weeping angels. They came closer as the lights went on and off.
"Doctor i'm scared!" Clara said. The angels hand was close to her face. She grabbed his hand and held it hard, as she closed her eyes and prepared to die.
After a few moments, they were interrupted by a sadistic laugh.
"Puny humans!" The wizard said and continued laughing. Clara opened her eyes, and the angels were gone. The Wizard was tricking them.
Clara let go of the Doctor, who made his way over to the council. "You've had your little fun now, talky!".
"The fun is just beginning. I want to see you struggle" The wizard said.
Suddenly, the floor beneath them opened and the pair fell down a big silver slide. They were unprepared for that.
"Clara!" The Doctor screamed on top of his lungs. The Doctor was in front of her, she saw the fear in his eyes. Something she had never ever seen. It felt weird. But Clara Oswald liked weird.
