Lucas came to visit Riley the next day, He knew he could be her first boyfriend. He was so caring and cute and she just couldn't take her eyes off him

The day when Lucas came, Riley sat in bed with just tank top and a pair of pajama bottoms. She hadn't gotten out of bed since the day she went to the doctor and hadn't even felt like eating much because of the sore throat.

"Feeling better, Riley?" Lucas asked her as he climbed through her window with his backpack on carrying some flowers. .

"Not really" coughed Riley.

"Well Dr. Lucas is here" said Lucas as he went toward Riley.

Lucas placed the flowers next to Riley's bed. A digital thermometer was on Riley's nightstand, with a package of cough drops, a container of vicks and a box of tissues sat beside, Riley.

"Riley" said Lucas as he picked up the thermometer. "Can you place this under your tongue for me" he asked Riley

"I know I'm already running a temperature, Lucas" sneezed Riley

"Let's see about that, Riley" Lucas said

As Riley opened her mouth, Lucas placed the thermometer under Riley's tongue. He then felt her forehead.

"You are hot" he said

"I know I'm hot, Lucas" said Riley "I'm sick" she coughed

When the thermometer beeped, Lucas took "You are running a 100.4 degree fever, Riley" he told her

"I know, Lucas" said Riley "Lucas while you are here. Can you go downstairs and get me a glass of water?" Riley asked

"Of course, Riley" said Lucas

Within a couple minutes, Lucas was back with the glass of water for Riley.

"I brought you over some of my Mom's chicken noodle soup" he said as he gave Riley a paper bag. "This should make you feel better in no time" he said

"I don't know" said Riley "I can hardly eat anything" she coughed

"It might help you feel better" said Lucas

"It might not" said Riley

"Just try it" said Lucas

As Lucas sat on Riley's bed, he feed her the soup. It was like he was her husband and he was taking care of her. She was just waiting for her Dad to pop in and destroy the moment.

"You shouldn't be here" said Riley "Remember the no boys rule when no one is home"

"I remember" said Lucas "We aren't doing anything wrong thou"

"I guess not" sneezed Riley

"Do you need anything else" Lucas asked

"Some vicks" said Riley "Just give it to me and I can put it on"

"No, Riley" said Lucas "You are too sick"

Riley took off her tank top and threw it across of the floor. Her shoulders she could feel when Lucas touched them

"Breathe in and out" said Lucas when he put the vicks on Riley's chest. The warm feeling Riley was feeling she wasn't sure if it was the fever that she still had, Lucas's hands on her skin or the vicks.

Lucas ran into the bathroom and got a washcloth to put on Riley's forehead.

"You are really warm" he said

"I know that Lucas"

Lucas ran downstairs and got Riley a cup of hot tea. He wasn't sure if Riley would drink it or not.

"This should help you" he said as she handed Riley the cup but just as he did it. Cory comes in.

"LUCAS" screamed Cory Cory's face was turning different shades of red. "GET OUT" Cory screamed "YOU ARE NOT TO COME HERE EVER AGAIN DO YOU GET THAT LUCAS. YOU AND RILEY ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO SEE EACH OTHER"

Lucas grabbed his backpack and ran out. "Feel better Riley" said Lucas and as he exited the room through Riley's door this time.

"How could you?" said Cory "You are too young, Riley"

"We weren't doing anything wrong, Dad" coughed Riley

"You better not get pregnant" said Cory "I think it is time that we talk about what can happen"

"Dad" said Riley "I know all of this. Sex is nothing that Lucas and I are prepared for yet and won't be until we are married"

Lucas was downstairs when Topanga came in. "I am so sorry" said Lucas "I was just taking care of Riley"

"It is alright" said Topanga "I can trust you"

"Thank you" said Lucas

Back upstairs, Cory was giving Riley a hard time with Topanga came in.

"Lucas came to see her, Cory" said Topanga "That is so sweet"

"That is bad" said Cory "Bad things can happen when they are alone"

"We did nothing, Dad" Riley said

"You better not done anything" said Cory

"If she says they did nothing I am sure it was nothing" said Topanga

That night Riley accepted that fact that she is grounded because of this. It was for a good reason thou so she didn't mind it too much.

"The punishment" said Cory that following morning "no phone for a month" as she grabbed for phone

"How could you do that" said Riley "He didn't even text me yesterday, he just showed up"

"I get that" said Cory "But you should have sent him home"

"I should have" said Riley "But he came to see me'

"Ok" said Topanga "You can have your phone back, Riley but next time you have a boy over without us around let us know before"

"Ok, I promise" said Riley as Topanga handed the cell phone back to her.

"Thank you" coughed Riley

"Are you still sick?" said Topanga

"It is still my throat" said Riley

"You are still a little warm" said Topanga as she felt Riley's forehead.

"But I have a quiz today" said Riley "Mr. Mathews is giving a quiz today"

"I think another day at home will do you some good" said Topanga

"But what about the test today, Dad" said Riley

"You can take it tomorrow, Riley. You just rest for today" said Cory

"Ok" said Riley as she went back to her bedroom

As Riley closed her eyes the last words out of her mouth were "It's no fun being sick"
