Ch. 3
After following Annie for ten min. They follow her onto the bus. Her phone rings and she answers it.
"Hi daddy. No, not yet. I can't ask them. I don't want them to think I'm using them. Cause I'm not, I like them, they're cool. Negative. Why isn't he showing up? Alright. Love you. Bye." says Annie, hanging up
"Her dad?" asks Sam
"No ones ever meet her parents." says Tucker
An hour later the four get off and wait for the next bus. It's not long after they get on another bus.
"Another bus? Where does this girl live?" asks Tucker
An hour later the bus makes it to New York.
"New York ?!" says Danny, Tucker, and Sam in unison
Annie gets off and the three follow her. She walks on to the park. This confuses the three , according to Tucker's research the only thing that way is New York City zoo. annie continues walking that way, heading in the direction of the zoo.
"Maybe she has a part-time job at the zoo?" suggests sam
The boys shrug and they continue following Annie. Annie heads into the zoo blending in with the group leaving. Annie heads to the penguin habitat.
"I'm home boys" says Annie, with a smile
"Uh..." says Rico, pointing wildly at the three. She turns and sees the three looking at her like she's crazy.
"Oh no" says Annie, she drags to the near by tables. "What are you guys doing here?"
"We were curious Tucker says there is something up with you. You live in New York, but go to Casper High." says Danny
"What else do you know?" asks Annie
"That you a had a phone call with your dad, and you don't want us to think you're using us" says Sam
"I'm not using you guys. I like you guys." says Annie
"Then what were you trying not to ask us?" asks Tucker
"Sigh. I better start from the beginning." says Annie
So, she does, she tells the story from the beginning not leaving out any details. Of course, the boys had to back up her story, knowing Sam, Danny and Tucker wouldn't believe it. Annie even goes ghost to prove it.
"So a ghost is helping that big hello snake?" asks Sam
"Precisely. Only problem is Annie here is having trouble ghost side and her uncle still hasn't invented the reverse switch to his invention" says Skipper
"What if we team up?" asks Danny
"You'd help us?" asks Private
"Yeah, sounds like fun. I can even help Kowalski with his invention" say Tucker
"I can help Annie with her control" says Danny
"I can help keep watch for your little snake" says Sam
"Kaboom! Kaboom!" says Rico
"Not yet, Rico." says Skipper
"Aww" says Rico
"Is he like that?" asks Tucker
"Only when he's ready to go or in a good mood" says Private
