Ch. 5
The gang head into the school. Kowalski takes base in the security room, after knocking out the security guards. Rico keeps watch on both sides of the room. Skipper and Private explore the vents, while Sam and Tucker distract any teachers who stay over after school. They make up excuses for the teachers like forgetting papers or getting extra work for Jazz, Danny's older sister. When it came to the janitors they'd spill random things or draw all over the place. Danny and Annie go ghost, flying through random rooms. It's not long until there's screaming. The patrollers near by go that way. Savio is in front of Sam and Tucker.
"Good snake. Easy boy" says Sam
"What an interesting human. Even snake lovers run from me." says Savio, he smiles at her
Two penguins land in between the two in fighting position. Kowalski lets annie and Danny know Skipper and Private have Savio.
"Savio, we meet again" says Skipper
"Ah, hello little penguin friends." hisses Savio
"We're not friends, you fiend! You'll be a pretzel when we're done with you!" says Skipper
"I will be hungry after, I beat you, maybe some penguin steak will be a good snack." hisses Savio
The battle begins, Savio gets hit a few times, even Sam and Tucker hit him a couple times. Soon all the lockers are opened up in a pattern. Tucker quickly catches this and yells really loud stop.
"What are you doing, Tucker? " asks Private, confused
"I'm calling a timeout real quick." says Tucker
The penguins and Sam come over quickly.
"What's the plan?" asks Skipper
"See those open lockers? They're open into a pattern, we can confuse Savio and get him into one. He'll never know what locker he's in but we will." says Tucker
"That's actually not a bad idea, Tucker." says Sam
"I like it, let's move out!" says Skipper
The battle is on again, everyone gets in front of an open locker and gets his attention. As he's about to strike, they jump out of danger's way, and Savio hits his head on the lockers. Soon he gets dizzy, finally skipper gets his attention.
"This ends now!" hisses Savio, angrily
Savio goes for the attack, but lands in the locker, letting Skipper slamming it shut, and Private locking it.
"Up high boys and ladies!" says Skipper
They high five then go looking for Skulker. Danny and annie find Skulker first.
"A ghost girl now? Excellent." says Skulker
"Skulker! What are you doing here?!" asks Danny
"Unfortunately, you two won't live that long to find out." says Skulker, getting out his guns.
Danny and Annie fight him getting slammed into books, desks, and walls. Even with two on one it's difficult, for them to fight. It doesn't help that this is Annie's first fight as a ghost. The two teenage ghost step to the side.
"We need to get him in the thermus." says Danny
"I think I have an idea, but it's really mean." says Annie
She has her fathers fighting spirit, but her mother's heart. Danny' about being mean himself, but their running out of options.
"Try it" says Danny
"Alright" says Annie
She flies up to Skulker, but keeps her distance.
"Giving up already?" says Skulker
"No. Im just wondering how you can be so calm knowing how much trouble you're in." says Annie
"What do you mean?" asks Skulker
"Well our friends bumped into your girlfriend a few hours ago, small talk." says Annie
"What did she say?" asks Skulker
"Just that you blew her off a few times. The way she was talking, you're in big trouble." says Annie
"Oh no! Gotta go! We'll finish this next time." says Skulker
He tries to scurry away, but Danny sucks him into the thermus back to the Ghost World.
"Or never again" says Danny, with a smile
The gang meet up at the security room. The guys and girls leave the school. Animal control is called and Savio is captured and sent to the zoo in Denmark. The gang chill in HQ with celebratory snowcones watching a movie. When Tucker and Kowalski come out of the lab.
"We got the reverse switch." says Kowalski
"I can be changed back?" asks Annie
"Danny too!" says Tucker, excited
"Really?" asks Danny
"Yeah." says Tucker
Annie goes ahead and get it reversed to her old self.
"Great. We can always turn you back to a ghost, but for now you're back to normal." says Kowalski
"Sweet. Though I have fun being a ghost." admits Annie
"I think I'm going to stay this way." says Danny
"You sure?" asks Skipper
"Yeah. We better get going. Long two hour ride back." says Danny
"It was fun, if you need us. You know where to find us." says Skipper
"Yeah" says Danny
Danny, Sam, and Tucker leave with smiles on their faces. The penguins smile as well. annie turns back to her penguin form, happy to be in her true form again. The penguins go to bed ready for a morning of training.
