Bunny ran back home and quickly into the living room, North and Tooth were just discussing weather it was safe to leave Pippa in the care of the workers or weather they should just let Jack and Bunny work for today and stay there with her. Of course they never did make there mind up.

"Bunny?" Tooth jumped over the sofa and ran to stand in front of him, she looked behind him, "where's Jack?"

"Pitch..." Bunny paused, he was panting, something he hadn't done in a long time, "he tricked us, it was a trap... Jack..."

North stood up and ran to Bunny, placing a hand on his shoulder, "take deep breaths friend, tell us what problem is?"

Tooth looked at North and him back at her, eyes filled with fear, they had heard enough to know this was very, very, bad. They both just wanted to run out the door now and search, but they both knew how unproductive that would be. They had no other option but to wait until Bunny caught his breath and told them both exactly what had happened.

"You shouldn't have let him do that," Tooth said when he finished, clenching he fists at the though of Pitch having Jack.

"Didn't imagine the kid jumping all of a sudden!" Bunny defended himself, "besides... had I tried to stop him I'd of just given as away and gotten us both captured."

North sighed and nodded, "Bunny is right," he stood up, "we have no time to waist, Pitch has not only the children now but Jack."

"Jack is a child," Bunny whispered, "I'm beginning to think Pitch simply wants all the children."

"Why would he do that?" Tooth asked.

"Cause there innocent, beautiful drops of innocence and hope just waiting to be smashed... we... everyone, everyone with a drop of decency would never risk letting them get hurt, and now he has many of them ready to use the moment he feels threatened."

"Like Jack said..."

"Hostages, we need to hurry, get them out of there before Pitch chooses to use them."

"But we have no idea where they are?"

"Then we're gonna have to get one of does stupid outlaws to tell us."

"And how do you plan we do that, Bunny?" Tooth asked.

"We'll do whatever it takes."

"Bunny! We can't just torture them!" Tooth sounded horrified.

Bunny crossed his arms, "you think Pitch will hesitated to do that with Jack, with any of does children, the moment they don't do as he wants?"

Tooth blinked and looked at North, he didn't look happy about it but he nodded, "Bunny is right, we must put innocent before guilty and at the moment it looks like only option."

Tooth frowned, "fair enough," she looked up, "but I'm not taking a part of this, I-I... I've seen too much of this before and I refuse to relive such memories."

Bunny smiled sympathetically, "don't worry, we understand, just stay with Pippa, we won't be too long."

Tooth smiled, "be careful, if you're not back in four hours I am sending a search party out for you, comprende?"

"Comprendó."

Meanwhile... Jack took a few deep breaths, he felt weak, stiff, more so then usual, he opened his eyes weakly, it was dark. He tried to move, it hurt but he didn't pay attention to the pain as he sat up, his back was killing him, he decided he best keep an eye on where he slept, once his eyes adapted he realized he wasn't just in some dark alley but in a closed room, without windows, just a shred of light came in under the door.

It took him a second to remember what had happened, he gasped and stood up, running towards the door he tried to open it before realizing it was locked, he stood there for a second hesitated over what to do, before he could even move away from the door it opened and standing there was Pitch.

Jack jumped a few steps back and got into a fighting position, he couldn't hide his fear as he tried to think of a threat or at least an insult that would be somewhat effective. Pitch smirked pulling his scythe into view, Jack back away, dropping the fighting position as he realized how useless it was.

Pitch used his scythe to push Jack into a corner, "I see you have awoken, so, how you feeling, Jackson."

Jack looked up at Pitch, "what did you call me?"

Pitch grinned, "so it's true... you've changed so much..."

"What are you t-talking about?"

Pitch laughed, "don't play dumb, I know perfectly well why you steal for a living, why you had to... wasn't completely true that, was it? You didn't have to."

"I-I did! You don't know... you don't know what it was like!"

Pitch laughed, "and is that this much better?" he smirked.

Jack hesitated before grinning, "you think I'd have such a beautiful smile if I didn't do it often enough," he lost his smile, "that street, that cold, wet, dark street, is a mansion in comparison to what he gave me!"

Pitch smacked him in the face hard, dropping his scythe and with it, Jack, to the floor, "you should be grateful he didn't kill you too."

"I couldn't live like that."

"He got caught because of you."

"Good," Jack grinned, "I could have never asked for more."

"He was my friend! And because of you, I'm alone!"

"So was I."

Pitch let his rage fade as he stared down at the child before nodding, "I know, Jack, and that's why... that's why I want you to join me," he moved the scythe away from him, holding out a hand."

Jack just hit it away, "never!"

Pitch didn't react, he just shook his head, "fine," he shrugged, "see how long you last," and without another word he left, locking the door.

Jack looked at the door before cuddling his legs close and sobbing into them as old forgotten memories came back to him, full of the horror and fear that he once lived though, "it's over, it's over, it's over..." he whispered to himself as he waited to fall into a nightmare filled sleep.

Bunny hit the man again, "I said to tell me where the hell his hiding!"

"You think you can hurt me more then they will if I tell you?" the man was obviously in pain but still refused to speak.

North frowned, "calm down Bunny."

Bunny didn't listen as he hit the man again, "North... they have Jack! You think I can calm down?"

"I'm not scared of you! Everything you do to me is limited by the law, if they got there hands on me I would be dead."

North frowned, "how about we make deal, if you do not want to tell us we can send you to the worst prison there is for the longest time possible, within the law like you said, we can truly give you hell, if you chose to tell us though, we can let you stay here, small local prison, and for less time, how does it sound?"

"Y-You can't send a criminal like me to the worst prison around! Whichever that is..."

"The worst is where Pitch was once locked up, and as his ally, we can very well send you there, besides, Pitch will never find out who gave information, we won't even write it down somewhere, there will be no such evidence to be found."

The man hesitated before nodding, "fine, I will tell you."

Pitch looked down at a sheet of paper, carefully writing down notes and tracing routes. He didn't notice when one of the many nightmares he had recruited walked in, "um... excuse me, sir?"

Pitch hesitated before sitting up, turned slowly and looking at the man with one eyebrow raised, "how may I help you?"

The man took a step back, "oh, I-I..." he looked down before looking up, having finally built up the confidence to speak, "the others are beginning to doubt in your plan, we have finished up with everything you have told us and would like to know what to do next."

Pitch grinned and stood, "you are brave, I like that," he picked up the map, "I was just putting the finishing touches on, I suppose it is time I shared it with you all, come."

The man who was clearly relieved nodded, "yes sir, thank you sir."

Pitch stepped out of his room onto a balcony like floor that had a long staircase going downwards. The man was about to go down until Pitch stopped him, "you stay here, by my side."

"Y-Yes Sir," he said, surprised yet as Pitch stepped to the front to speak, proud.

"I have been informed you are tired of waiting, fair enough, so you wish to hear the next faze of the plan?"

Everyone who stood beneath looked up, cheering.

Pitch laughed, "gladly, you see, our army, it's still kinda small, wouldn't you agree?"

The criminal all looked at each other hesitated over which was the right answer.

Pitch laughed once more, "I suppose you guys a bit less experience then me myself, but don't worry, I'm here for a reason."

Everyone cheered, Pitch smirked before silencing them with a single movement of his hand.

"Anyway, here is the plan, we will attack, a prison called Ravenwood? Ring a bell? It is one of the biggest prisons and worst there is. I know a lot of people there, we will break in, free them and have them join our army. Any questions?"

There was a moment of silence, there were a lot of questions.

"Oh before anybody does ask anything, I'd just like to say," suddenly with a single movement of his scythe he beheaded the man that stood next to him, "I don't like it when people doubt me."

The room was dead silent, shock and horror filled the room. Nobody saw that coming, the now dead man least of all.

"No questions?" he grinned, "good, we attack tomorrow, anybody has a problem they can come to me in my room, although, I don't suggest it," he looked at the man next to him, "somebody clean that up, if it's not gone by the time I come back, someone will pay for it," and with that he left.

"So this is where he said there hiding?" Tooth asked.

"Makes sense," North replied, "big, abandoned, dark and falling apart, sort of place Pitch would love."

What's the plan?" Bunny asked.

"I saw we figure out were Jack and the other children are from the outside, break them out and them ambush Pitch," Tooth said determined.

"You get extra points for details there," Bunny said sarcastically, "otherwise sounds good."

"We haven't really got time for details now, have we?"

"Agreed," Bunny said, "except for one little detail, how the hell do we find the kids form out here, there's barely any windows and I doubt any of them lead to where the kids are?"

"We follow our instinct, like we always have, follow our instinct and use our abilities."

Bunny growled, "if we get this wrong-"

"Then we will have tried... there's no time for caution, Bunny, this is our best shot."

North nodded, "Tooth is right, we must hurry."

Bunny growled but nodded, "let's hurry and get this over with then."

The other children from the orphanage had all been thrown into one very big room with a few blankets and some bread and water. They cuddled up close, the youngest children sharing the blankets as the older children paced as if trying to think of a plan but really just trying to remain calm.

"We'll never get adopted now..." a little girl whispered, cuddling and even younger boy close to her.

"Of course we will, the guardians will save us..." a teenage girl said kneeling down to help wrap the blankets around them properly.

"But how will they find-"

Before she could finish the wall behind them suddenly began to collapse, some of the younger children screamed while the older one's quickly moved them all away from the wall. Suddenly the guardians burst in, weapons ready, smiling when they saw the children.

The teenage girl from before laughed, "told ya so," she said nudging the younger child.

Together the guardians began to move the children out, North and Tooth quickly getting them out the building and sending them of in group towards the police station while Bunny fought of the guards that had obviously heard the commotion.

As soon as there was few children left Bunny stopped, "Tooth, can you fight the guards of?"

Tooth jumped over and took three out with a single slash of her swords, "of course, why?"

"I'm going to find Jack, I need to get to him before someone tells Pitch we're here and get to the kid... we may already be too late."

Tooth nodded, "don't be too rash... good luck."

Bunny grinned, "I got my lucky rabbits foot somewhere," he said before running of.

Jack in a nightmare induced sleep when suddenly the door slammed open making him scream and gasp as he looked up. Pitch and two other huge men stood at the door, "grab him, hold him tight," Pitch ordered and the other men stepped forward heading towards Jack.

Jack jumped up but honestly didn't have the energy to fight as one grabbed each arms, he gave a pull before simply going limp, sighing. The men pulled him out of the room following Pitch, "you won't get away with this..." Jack whispered although Pitch didn't so much as bother to respond as they walked though the halls.

Jack noticed they were going at a fast pace and figured they were trying to get somewhere before something, except he didn't know what, not until a familiar voice called his name.

"Jack!"

He turned to see Bunny running towards the group looking relieved, or at least that was what it looked like, he also looked angry, very, very, angry. Jack almost flinched at how angry he looked but decided the relief was probably aimed more at him then the anger was.

"Let him go Pitch or I swear I'm going to rip your head of!"

Pitch laughed, with a single hand gesture the men behind him tightened there grasp on Jack and Jack whimpered, kicking himself inside for doing so. Bunny's eyes widened and he took a step back, getting the hint. At that moment Tooth and North appeared behind him.

Pitch grinned, "drop your weapons, all of you... or I give my friends here permission to break the child, I think one hit against the wall, if hard enough, could easily break his skull."

Bunny's eyes widened, Jack hated it but he knew the guardians were about to put there weapons down... they were so caring. He shook his head, looking at the people that held him, when tightening there grip they had gotten closer to him by instinct. Jack grinned as suddenly he elbowed the guy on his left.

The guy screamed as his ribs cracked. The other man didn't have time to react as Jack punched him in the face hard, easily breaking his now and making him also let go, before Pitch could even turn around he ran past and stood next to the guardians, he was panting from the effort.

They seemed just as shocked as Pitch, Jack grinned up at them, "miss me?" he asked as he caught his breath and stood up tall.

Bunny smirked, "more then you can imagine mate, don't scare as like that again," he said giving the kid a light punch, Jack just laughed.

"I'll try my best."

Pitch growled, "I supposed I should be more careful with you," he said to Jack, "I keep misjudging you, over and over again."

"Don't feel bad, you ain't the first," he said grinning.

"You're outnumbered Pitch, surrender," Bunny said.

Jack smirked and nudged him, Bunny was about to say something as he remembered what Jack had said this morning.

"Never," Pitch whispered.

"Told ya so," Jack whispered.

Pitch looked at his 'friends' then to a window, "want me? Come get me!" suddenly he jumped out the window. The guardians ran over to follow but when they looked out there was nothing to be seen, they frowned.

"His good," Jack said, "I'm going to guess he jumped directly into another building by window, probably had an escape route planned form every point in the building in case he needed it. I could learn form him."

Bunny grinned, then frowned suddenly hitting Jack hard.

"Ow!" he closed his eyes tightly.

"That's for jumping of that building!"

"I-I..."

"Do you know how much of a scare you gave me?"

"As big as the headache you just gave me?"

"Bigger," Bunny said crossing his arms.

North laughed, "Bunny was very angry, he took it out on criminals you caught so that they would tell us location," he explains.

"Talking of criminals," Tooth said, handcuffing the one's she had, "we've got a lot of work."

Bunny nodded, "we should probably split up, we need to tell police to come and get back home to check on Pippa."

North nodded, "how about I go talk to police and take care of Jack and Pippa, you guys just sort out criminal, that takes longest."

Bunny nodded, "sounds good to me," he nodded, "oh, and Jack, no way are you avoiding a doctor now, you need to go for a check-up soon as you get home."

"He never touched me!"

"We ain't taking any risks mate."

Jack was about to complain when North put a hand on his shoulder, "Jack, just be happy, think that at least you are free from Pitch."

Jack frowned but nodded, "okay, whatever, let's just get back... I need a glass of water," he said honestly.

I got inspired to do the next chapter, so here it is, usually I take a lot longer I'm afraid. Sadly this was done at about 1 am, finished it at about 3 am. So anything that sounds strange or wrong you can probably guess why. I think it came out quite well though, we hear some interesting stuff from Pitch and Jack which I can't wait to expand on (is that the correct expression?), feel free to tell me what you think there speaking about.

Hopefully I'll upload the next chapter soon, thanks for reading.
