-Manny's Stage-
It was early Autumn in Manny's stage and Jack was working in his third month and even though it was a rocky start at first, so far he was enjoying himself.
"Is everyone having a good time at Mannys Stage!?" He yelled dramatically to the crowd who responded in a cheer, he would silently have to agree with the others that dressing up as a clown and giving toys to children wasn't what he had in mind as a performer, he wasn't complaining, especially since the children were the main reason he wanted to work here in the first place.
When it came to intermission the twins would meet up with him.
Caleb and Claude ran up to Jack a mischivious glint in their eyes Jack turned his head to the side waiting for them to explain or suddenly feeling wary for his life from one prankster to another.
"Fifteen toys beat that," Claude scoffed puffing out his chest "nine toys," Caleb held up his bag looking proud of himself. After the handouts the three of them agreed whoever had the most leftover toys would buy them lunch, they competed like crazy to sell all their toys. And it turned this boring job into a competitive one.
Jack grinned putting his bag upside down and shaking it. Nothing fell out. It was completely empty, Claude stared slack jawed while Caleb gazed in horror, Jack laughed at his expense.
"W-what!?" Caleb gaped still processing what happened, hankfully his brother clapped him on the back "Dinner's on you!" He and Jack burst out in laughter.
"This is so not fair!" Claude cried glaring at his leftovers, Jack of course had sixteen toys left he just dumped them before he got there, but he wasn't going to tell them that now was he?
"Jack!" He jumped out his skin only to relax seeing Rapunzal running towards him the trio watched amused "Are you training for a marathon?" Claude asked then wondered if she was okay when she stopped to catch her breath, putting her hands on her knees "North...n-needs-you...Urgent!" She gasped Jack didn't catch any of that "What?" She groaned standing straighter "North- oh forget it," she grabbed his wrist "Come on!" she ran dragging Jack behind her.
The Twins watched as the pair disappeared "If you wanted to be alone, Just say so!" Claude yelled after them, Claude snickered.

"You have got to be joking," Bunny deadpanned arms crossed. He and Toothinia were in Norths office to hear his 'Speical news,' only to find out they hated the news as soon it left the big mans mouth.
Before Bunny could begin his rant Tooth cut in, "I agree with Bunny, Is this a really a good idea? Bringing him into this, this early?" She asked
North scoffed waving her off "Bah, Nonsense! he along with countless others auditioned only, he met my standards plus having experience on stage."
Toothinia looked frazzled "No North, I don't think he 'can' do this, he barely got by with Bunny's manoeuvre alone, how could he possibly-"
"Boss! I caught him!" Rapunzal inturupted dragging Jack in who nearly tripped over the rug and landed face first onto the floor, he caught himself quickly with a sigh of relief, he turned to glare at Rapunzal who winced apologetically while shrugging, they heard someone coughing drawing their attention and Jack tensed just waiting to be scolded.
North's smile only softened instead of being angry at the two he laughed instantly easing them both "Jack!" North boomed standing up "Just the person I wanted to see!" He held his arms wide in a greeting.
Jack gave his usual sarcastic smirk pocketing his hands feeling fidgety. "Really? I had no idea," the sarcasm was lost on North. He walked around his desk towards the pair and patted Jack on the back causing him to stumble from the contact.
"Ah, but I do! And this is very important," he turned to Rapunzal "Thank you dear, you are excused," Rapunzal nodded "Your welcome." She turned to the door but as it closed turning to Jack she gave a sly grin, "Good luck," the door shut with a click.
Jack blinked dumbly 'Good luck? For what?'
"Um..." The silence seemed to awaken his long forgotten nerves, wondering if he was in trouble made his fingers tremble he pocketed them trying to seem casual as he glanced around then looked back to the trio raising an eyebrow "I was told this was urgent?" He asked at being reminded North's blue eyes shone in excitement.
"Yes," his voice rouse in childish glee "You remember Toothinia?" He gestured to the petite girl on his right at being introduced she took a step forward extending her hand towards him.
The first think he noticed was the flamboyant dyed hair it was hard to miss and her caramel skin seemed to exaggerate the colours. He couldn't take his eyes off the green hair with the blonde coloured fringe pinned with the pink streams cradled her face she dyed her hair differently for every show he noticed with each poster he managed to collect over the years, her eyes which strangely looked pink the way the light coloured of them but then darkened to brown his eyes accidentally lowered to her neck being hidden by a chocked but another necklace tucked in the crevice of her shirt he found an odd curiosity wondering what the necklace looked like until he heard a cough and nearly startled grasped Tooths hand remembering himself he saw from the corner of his eye Bunny grumbling and giving him the stink eye Jack swallowed discreetly and beamed instead "The infamous Toothinia my pleasure. I'm Jack Frost."
Tooth smiled politely giving a firm shake "Pleasure to meet you properly," she recalled from their previous encounter Jack laughed good naturally scratching his neck "Yeah, thank you for helping me out." He tried to sound as sincere as possible knowing he owed the performer in front of him.
He slipped his hands in his pockets again clenching them tightly trying not to look nervous. He knew they wanted something from him but the formalities only seemed to prolong it.
"Am I in trouble?" He finally wondered being blunt as he possible could he had to be there was no other reason to explain why the big three excluding Sandy we're gathered before him.
All the other staff nicknamed them this as Sandy North Bunny and Tooth seemed to be familiar with one another and were the superiors of the company.
He gave the surroundings a look trying to keep his mind of them for a while to calm down and not make the situation as bad as it seemed, he wondered where Sandy was of to...
"Trouble?" North balked looking amused "No- No trouble at all in fact its great news-" North began in excitement taking a big breath knowing ahead of time North would ramble he cut in saving time.
"Ya going to be a fire Djin in our up and coming show." North let out a huff looking as if Bunny stole the last cookie from his plate North lets his arms drop exaggerating lay against his sides with a sigh glaring at Bunny the whole time.
Bunny only crossed his arms smugly while Jack stared unsure of what he just heard feeling as if time stopped.
He blinked once...twice and again slowly processing feeling as if he left his brain behind somewhere.
'I've got a...I'm playing a...I'll be peromimg...a fire Djin?
Those words repeated inside his head and still Jack didn't believe it the others were worried he was broken when he just stared ahead unmoving he blinked rapidly coming back still feeling stunned.
"What- I means...Are you sure? Because well- I don't exactly look like a fire Djin," this had to be a mistake it was his only explanation instead North scoffed waving a hand "Bah! looks easily fixed. Maybe black hair dye (because with white who knows what other colours will do to it) and maybe yellow contacts for flames-" before North could lose himself Bunny protested "Ah no, we don't want another Pitch look-alike." North visibly deflated having his idea rebutted.
"Who's Pitch?" Jack asked curiously wondering what they're (even Tooth who winced) had a problem with.
He thought the name sounded familier but honestly he had no clue,
"No one," Tooth cut in changing topic hastily "North before we discuss details are you sure Jack can do this?" Jack scowled feeling a little degraded from being ignored
He rolled his eyes and added feeling a little stung
"Yeah," he drew it out making it as much aloft and sarcastic to sound " I'm sure 'Jack' can just fine." Jack said giving Tooth a look but she raised an eyebrow not looking offended in the least but she looked as if feathers were ruffled "Really? 'You' can Fire Dance?"
Jack instantly retorted with smug smirk "Hell yeah I can- wait Fire Dance?" His brain caught up with him a second and he frowned his finger that was raised went limp at his side giving a puzzled look, Tooth's smile fading when she saw he was serious all humour vanished her eyes flickered from North to Jack again and then promptly asked him "You are aware auditioned? for Fire dancing?" She asked Jack if possible looked more confused.
"What? No I mean I don't think, so I never auditioned for anything." Jack said looking as puzzled as she felt Tooth turned to North who avoided her eyes whistling and trying and failing to look inconspicuous.
"I did do pre-Auditions." Jack said aloud only to stop the awkward silence that settled Bunny met his eyes seizing the boy up "Pre-Auditions?" A question never sounded I much as an threat Jack nearly took a step back feeling put on the spot when all of them stared at him he wondered if he should of said anything "Yeah, North said I had to do them- Since I missed the originol auditions." Feeling more flustered Jack listed them of wanting to leave "B-Baton Twirling Juggling and poi swinging...for some reason that was all there-" he was cut of by Tooths quick inhale and the glare she sent North who winced the feeling of being caught red handed.
"Thats all required for Fire Dancing-" she turned to him in afromation trying to control her hysteria "You tricked him!?" North winced while shrugging "Guilty," he admitted with no hint of regret Tooth sighed in frustration and collapsed into the arm of one of the brown leather chairs facings Norths desk.
"North, You've taken mischief to a new level," Bunny growled out feeling the stress come from Tooth as if it could assault him.
"Thank you," North grinned looked leased,
"It ain't a compliment,"
"Oh..." The mans shoulders sagged looking slightly dejected the youngest performer glanced at the three of them seeing a drama unfold before they got carried away and lost topic again Jack piped up "Still here,"
He expected to be ignored but it still irritated him to no ends when Bunny's rose above his shouting at the Manager "North, how can ya be so daft ta involve an inexperienced drongo Tooth already has enough on her plate-"
"She can handle it!"'North barked back Tooth stood up placing her hand on his arm distracting him from Bunny "North, you don't understand we need a clean cut and perfect routine before the month, Jack has no experience- he'll have to learn every thing! t-theres no way we'll make it!" North and Bunny stopped surprised when her voice cracked looking as if the world was crumbling around her forgetting their troubles the two stopped fighting to calm down Tooth.
Unluckily it was North that was closest and his methods are usually unorthodox especially to cheer someone up. North grabbed her arms giving a slight shake.
It was gentle to him but Tooth was jostled like a ragdoll, both Jack and Bunny cried out in panic about to intervene and stop Tooth from having damage done to her petiteness.
North stopped instantly looking her dead in the eye "Tooth," North said gravely sounding serious even made Bunny and Jack halt and listen with rapt attention "You are a Guardian. I have the upmost faith you vill complete this task, No?" All was silent as Tooth blinked then looking hesitant she glanced to the side "...But I-"
"Tooth, I have seen you acomplish many thing's, In worse conditions than this one!" He laughed allowed patting her shoulder then resting his palm against it Tooth wasn't reassured so his smile softened "I know you can accomplish anything Tooth, this is a pebble to a mountain."
Jack frowned unfamiliar with the odd metaphor, before he could question it, Tooth sighed then smilied looking as if her spirits have lifted "Okay," she nodded the fiery determination returned to her pink tinted eyes.
North grinned loking proud "That's my Toothie," Jack glanced around a looked around awkardly this suddenly went weird, and sappy "wait, I know Jack is qualified seeing if he was the only one uncomfortable feeling he walked in on something personnel something he shouldn't see...or was even lucky to have.
"He'll be the weirdest Fire Djin I'll tell ya." Bunny commented instanting bringing them all to the present. Jack couldn't care less he was insulted as long as he was being noticed.
"I'll dye my hair," he grumbled clenchng his fists in his pockets Bunny eyeing the boys posture and use that further against him he sneered "Its not just that-"
"Eh, You are kind of pale and blue eyes very vibrant blue eyes that are easily noticeable a good trait but at the moment a flaw," North criticised placing a finger to his chin.
Jacks face morphed from a startled confusion into a glare that was almost violent he liked his blue eyes thank you very much and he felt they were only picking on him for being an albino.
"Then make the flames blue? Wouldn't that make everybody happy?" He growled out voice dripping in sarcasm instead he trailed of at their expressions wondering if he said something wrong.
Tooth and Bunny were staring looking at him as if he were an zombie coming to eat their brains while North scared 'him' more by the cackling downright scheming look.
"Blue Flames, you say?" North snickered evily Bunny's head snapped towards him Jack was surprised he didn't retain an injury "North. Don't you Dare!" He wanted But North laughed boustfully shocking them all "Blue Flames! Why didn't I think of that before!?"
He instantly grabbed a paper and pen and scribbling away erratically "We need to make this..." He chuckled darkly.
Tooth sighed in exasperation and glanced towards Jack with accusation in her eyes. He only balked "What'd I do?" He held his arms out wide it wasn't his fault North was on a rampage he glanced towards the man and wondered if he should asks then decided he didn't care "Why is North possesed?" Tooth rolled her eyes ignoring the question and brushed past him opening the door. "Come on quicker we start practising the better." She promptly left exerting him to follow
Before Jack could follow he felt his arm suddenly being grabbed holding him back Jack tensed turning to see Bunny's murderous glare.
"You better watch yourself Frost," He growled Jack tensed but forced himself to relax and pretend to be as aloof as possible. even though intimidated he forced a smirk just to taunt Bunny further "What? Think I'll steal your girl, Coton Tail?" He joked knowing it wasn't as witty as he liked but the eye twitch was defiantly worth it.
"I warn ya Frost, Fire's dangerous and if you hurt Tooth in any way you'll be looking for a new stage to perform on," Jack was frozen in shock finding he had no comeback before any thought approached him Bunny let go and promptly left slamming the door behind him Jack once realising he was gone winced and rubbed his arm that Bunny grabbed that was dully throbbing.

"Okay Jackson-" Tooth began but Jack cut in smoothly "Jack," he didn't need another Manny, Jackson was what his parents called him.
Tooth stilled at being infuriated but began again "Jack, Choose your weapon." Any other time he wouldn't think she was serious but the big column in front of him proved him wrong.
The weapons in question were a set of torches that resembled batons, Staff's, swords even hula hoops, Jack felt drawn to the staff and instantly held it up for inspection it wasn't heavy but not really light either.
He twirled it around his hands where it rolled along his knuckles and swiftly moved it to his over hand he twisted it with both using his thumb as a hook to twirl it he was distracted by spinning the staff Tooths voice shocked him out f his trance.
"I see you have the illusion down," Tooth commented Jack jumped forgetting she was there and dropped the staff and it clattered to the ground an awkward silence came after it.
Tooth tsked at him "First lesson. Stay focused, Any mistake or loss of concentration could be fatal even professionals get hurt from a tiny distraction," Jack nodded "Uh...sure," he picked up his staff and twirled it again like a baton tossing it in the air while catching it while asking "So when do we start fire dancing?" Tooth took her own staff "Once we get the illusions down first we practice with fire and if your adequate we move onto fire fare enough." Jack only grumbled he knows how to use a staff Tooth didn't catch what he said but frowned "This routine- This show is really important to me and everyone else out there. so please," she raised pointed her staff at him "I don't want you to mess around. I don't want you to 'try' your best. I want you to 'give' me your best." Jack blinked stunned when she began spinning her own staff and frowned when she was much better than him.
Jack growled in irritation swinging his staff relentlessly almost knocking over his lamp "Is everyone around here like that! All uptight pompous little- she treats me like a kid! A dumb stupid kid who doesn't know what he's doing!" He yelled and knocked over albums by mistake and stopped instantly lunging to pick them up still frustrated he had half a mind to slam them back on the desk but slowed and placed them down tenderly.
"I heard Toothinia was Ruthless." The spirit of the stage mused shocking Jack into stubbing his toe Many ignored his cry of pain "She runs a tight ship." Manny said while Jack keened rubbing his toe with a muffled wince.
He scowled at the floating apparation "What are you still doing here?" He grabbed tossing his staff from one hand to another. Manny raised an eyebrow as if it were obvious "I'm here for the choosen one. The performer with skills to pull of the most spectacular manouver the world has ever seen." Jack twirled his staff again "Then why aren't you with Bunny or Toothinia?" He asked smugly, Manny shrugged "I need someone with great faith and belief. Somone willing to try new things and throw away their very lives for their passion, 'Fools' people call them and Toothinia and Aster are not such Fools they are cautious and perfectionists. You are anything but." Manny grinned and Jack scowled "gee thanks," Manny smirked "You're welcome, also on a side note it explains why you can see me. Though I wish I were with Toothinia she is much more graceful and talented-"
"You just want to peep on her in the shower." Manny went quiet until he flushed and coughed awkwardly but Jack saw and gave a crooked grin "perv."
Manny bristled "as Jack startled to laugh feeling humiliated he barked back "Silence You Fool!" He scolded but regained his composure afterwards.
"Very well I must tell you somthing else, Jackson," Jack made an irritated growl but Manny continued "This manuover can give you a direct ticket to fame, make you more famous than Ethan Bunnymund." Jack stiffened and Manny knew he had his attention when Jack spun round on the spirit.
"What- You have to tell me!" Jack yelled rattling the spirit back and forth Manny yelled trying to pry out of Jacks hands until he escaped and floated away mischievously
while Jack leapt around trying to catch him Manny chuckled.
"Ah but I can't, You're not nearly as skilled enough to perform the great manouver." Jack scowled then shook his head "You're distracting me." He yelled twirling his staff expertly "For a begginer, You're pretty decent with a staff," Manny observed Jack twirled the staff to roll along his shoulder and caught it in his left hand "And you're pretty useless for a Spirit of the Stage," he counted rolling his staff along his fingers like a coin.
"Touche."
"What?" The twins stared while Jack shrugged " I'm a 'Fire Djin' how weird is that, right?" Caleb shook his head "Not that part, the part where 'You're performing with the amazing Toothinia!?'" Jack winced at the sudden high volume then looked confused "ow- okay whats so speical about Toothinia? I'm afraid for my life here," he said recalling on the training she was putting him through the twins looked at him as if he'd grown too heads "Are you crazy?" Claude cried out "She's hot-"
"And cool,"
"And talented and-"
"Smart, she's actually got loads of requests for movies,"
"She could be an actress-"
"But she's not,"
Jack held his hands up to stop the twins before the went on a tangent "woah woah-Stop with the weird twin talking thing its confusing." He sighed stabbing at his salad sure its protein but he's eating a burger after this. Health be damned.
"I don't see anything great about her, she seems like another arrogant diva to me," The twins gasped clinging to each over "Make the bad man go away!" Caleb whined while Claude glared "Take it back," he yelled immaturally Jack snickered "Okay I'm sorry. but still, how do you like her?"
The twins relaxed "Whats not to like?" At Jacks look he rolled his eyes "Fine then who do you like then?" They asked at this Jack smiled and glanced down with a dreamy look in his eyes "Ethen Aster Bunnymund," the twins gaped "Aster's dad!?" Jack then gave a thoughtful expression "I never though on it but why are there names the same? E. Aster Bunnymund...I wonder what Bunny's first name is?" He thought out loud while the others just stared,
"I thought you hated Aster?" Caleb asked at this Jack shook his head "Sure, me and Juniour have disagrements but his dad was pretty cool, He was my Idol- the reason I joined Manny's stage in the first place."
Claude just sighed dreamily playing with his fork "I envy you, performing with the great Toothina...and you don't even care." Jack rolled his eyes "Hey I do care...kind off,"
"Oi Frost," The trio turned and were unsurprised to see the deadly trio Ruff, Tuff along with Snotlout at their table "Heard you were performing with Tooth, that right?" Jack raised an eyebrow "Yeah, what of it?" Snotlout scowled "What makes you so speicial? I've worked here for years and what do I get? Pharharoh, Thats what! A fat fool who barely appears on stage and here we have some green horn performing with a celebrity on his first day." he sneered Ruff scoffed "Its obvious, you got it good with the boss," she said flicking her hair back. But before the trio could say more Claude inturupted "What if he is?" The trio balked before glaring "Well it doesn't matter once Tooth realises the mistake she's made and decides 'I'm' better than some walking stick," Jack bristled but kept quiet unluckily Snotlout saw but before he could get a word out someone inturupted,
"Who's a walking stick?" Hiccup asked arms crossed Jack expected the trio to pick on him instead but they all froze "uh- Hiccup I, Um we were just-" Snotlout stuttered taking a step back, Hiccup raised an eyebrow.
"Leaving?" He finished they all nodded "Yeah we- okay," they practically sprinted to the door Jack watched stunned Hiccup who was no bigger than him and he just made those thugs wet themselves
"Wow that was impressive you have earned yourself a seat." Jack said patting the chair next to him, Hiccup blinked before sitting down "Thanks, Anyway pay them no mind they're pretty harmless." He said before opening his pack lunch the twins looked up "Pretty harmless? They were buff as a sumo wrestlers how come you…" Claude trailed of to gesture at him Hiccup laughed
"Snotlout failed the auditions three times, becuase I work here I told North to give him a chance," Jack pulled a face "Why would you do that?" Hiccup grimaced "Because he's my cousin," the others gaped "Oh…" they hummed in understanding Hiccup nodded picking at his food "So anything they say just ignore them." Jack smirked twirling his fork in his hand back and forth "You don't have to tell me that," He then tossed the fork in the air and caught it. Hiccup watched amused before commenting "This is weird sitting next to the infamous Jack frost," he said aloud Jack nearly dropped the fork "Wha- infamous?" He asked bewildered Hiccup gave a nod of affirmation "Yeah ever since the Rivelng Pooka they've been talking about you non stop," Jack turned to the twins who winced "Sorry,"
"We forgot?" before Jack could scowled them, Rapunzal appeared placing her plate down with a clang, "Hey," she greeted setting herself down "Whatsup Punzie," Caleb waved her while everyone else greeted her.
Rapunzel was practically beaming in exctiment "Can you guys believe after this production that christmas is coming?" She asked Jack stilled but the others turned in surprise "Wow, I totally forgot," Claude said "Time sure flies, right Jack-Jack?" This brought on on everyone's attention Jack tensed then tried to throw them off.
"I'm sorry what?" Rapunzal leaned down to see him "Christmas? You are going home to your family right?" She asked Jack denied this with a shake of the head "Uh no, I sighed up for that christmas special thats coming up." The others looked shocked "You're not going home this christmas?" Hiccup asked astounded Jack shrugged
"it's cool, they're probably on holiday anyway."
"So what are you guys doing for christmas?" Jack asked to change the subject and the table erupted loudly as they all talked at once about what they were going to do.
But along the way the table stopped to gape at Hiccup "Snoggle-what?" Claude laughed in desbelief at the weird name. Rapunzel smirked as she had this conversation with Hiccup many times before.
"Snoggletog, The Norse mythology celebration?" Jack asked and they looked at him in confusion Jack blushed from the sudden attention "My family celebrated it as well…" Hiccup smirked "Why we choose a ridiculas name-"
"Is beyond me," they both finished before laughing, Rapunzel rolled her eyes "great we have more twins at the table." Jack snickered "Well I am going to be a brunette next week anyway," he laughed to himself.
"How so?" Caleb raised an eyebrow "Does this," he gestured to himself "Look like a fire djin, to you?" The others scoffed "wait when you take the dye out, would your natural colour show?" Caleb asked the others smirked "now 'thats' something I want to see." Jack rolled his eyes "This is my natural colour." The others gaped before snickering "yeah right," Jack shook his head "Seriously, this is my natural colour." They still didn't believe him.
"Fine when I wash the dye out my natural colour will show," Claude instantly passed Caleb a dolar bill none discreetly "10 Dollars he's a ginger," Jack raised an eyebrow and Caleb grinned "Oh, your on."
"Alright I want you to move right- yes like that and do a backflip- no not there here! And act like you want to stop me or somthing," Jack glared and Toothina smilied "yes like that!" The reason being, he would give anything to murder her right now. He's never wanted to lie down and pass out so much in his entire life!
"Okay, we can move onto the fire now." Jack nearly dropped his staff "wait, what?" Tooth turned to meet his gaze unaware of his problem "We only have a few weeks until rehersals we have to be done before then." Jack nodded "Okay…Fire, I can handle that."
Jack watched as Toothinia lighted her torches Stick
And then experimentally twirled them in a 360 spin
Jack could feel the heat from here, "Okay Jack. I want you to caress the flame." Jack frowned "huh?" Toothinia rolled her eyes and did a demonstration movng her hand over the flames and running them over her body, Jack gulped in terror but tried to stay calm "Try to get used to the flame, that way it doesn't burn as much. It's not for a show there's a reason for this." Jack sighed before doing as he was told "Hey uh Tooth?" He asked and she hummed in response watching him if Jack catches fire she could at least see it.
"Why isn't Bunny… y'know doing this? Aren't you two partners?" Toothinia smiled good naturally "Well Bunny needs to learn how to do his part without me. This is my last show afterall." Jack turned to look at her in surprise "what?" Tooth blinked "Yeah, I'm going to perform as an actress…" Jack frowned as she didn't sound too sure of herself, almost like-
"Ow!" Jack gasped and pulled his arm back Tooth ran forward to see if he was injured but sighed with relief to see it wasn't that bad she scowled though and cuffed him on the head "See! I told you not to get distracted!" She sighed "we haven't even used them properly yet." She turned to Jack and took his torches "Come on lets take you to the hospital." Jack gawked "Do we have time?" Toothinia laughed "Don't worry it's just around the corner."

"Elsa!" Dr Elsa of the Arendale hospital turned in surprise to see Toothinia walk in. Jack looked around and realised Tooth wasn't kidding, the hospital was literally next door. "Oh miss Fea, What can I do for you?" Toothina smirked "A burn," Elsa blinked taking of her glasses to clean them "My that's very clumsy of you Miss Fea," Tooth giggled "Not me," She grabbed Jacks arm pulling him in "Him." Elsa noticed the burn mark and raised an eyebrow Jack smilied sheepishly pratically cringing from the judgement radiating from the doctor,
But he was surprised by her looks, fair blonde hair that almost looked white with pale skin and blue eyes. Jack was happy to know he wasn't the only one with the same features.
Toothinia noticed it too "Y'know, If I didn't know you two well enough I would of said you were siblings." Elsa laughed "It seems so doesn't it, Here let me take a look at that."
The tense autmosphere seemed to shift and Jack watched as Elsa had assesed the damage she then took some wipes a doused it in some sort of liquid, usually in films its alchol she glanced up "You ready?" Jack nodded and she looked down and started cleaning his wound as careful as she could and bandaged it with a sterile cloth. Jack winced but sighed with relief when it was over Elsa left and came back with a lolipop Jack unhumoured took it "Very funny," but he didn't complain as he as he opened the wrap and chewed it "Thanks, Doc."
"Those are bad for your teeth." Tooth gasped in horror, Jack noticed she looked like she was internally screaming but Elsa laughed "Oh come of it Miss Fea, there nothing of the sort. Is there anything else?" She wondered and Tooth shook her head "No that should be it. Thank you Elsa,"
"No problem dear."
As they walked out Tooth sighed heavily "I guess we're not practising today, espiecially with that burn…" Jack scoffed "Are you kidding me? I'm fine, We're still practising." Jack said, determined to get this fire trick down, Tooth gaped "But you're injur-"
"It's just a scratch and it'll still be here tommorow and thats time wasted." Jack grinned "I'm not stopping becuase of this." Tooth just blinked before realising someone else said the same words to her before...
"'Bunny, stop! You're injured!"' She yelled at him seeing it was impossible to practise their stunt Bunny scowled "'We don't have time sheila, I'm not stopping from a petty injury."'
Tooth smilied and put her arms around her back "Alright, If you're up to it." It seems Bunny and Jack were more alike than she realised.

Jack instantly stood front and center when North appeared "Jack here is Tadashi Hamada he's our fire specialist and will instantly show you how the fire can be controlled." Jack blinked "Uh um, nice to meet you." Tadashi smilied "Likewise. It's great to finally meet the talented Jack frost." Jack felt his insides warm "T-thanks." North clapped them both on the back "Well you two should get started yes?" The two boys nodded "Yes sir."
When it cames to the lessons Jack tried to keep up even making his own props something about if you make it yourself it's more trustworty? Jack didn't trust the things he'd make to save his life...
Halfway through he realised he was getting bored especially when Tadashi talked about the mechanics of the staff, how the staff would be used how the flames would be coloured the types of equipment, Jack half listened his eyes glazed over Tadashi noticed and flicked his face Jack blinked falling back in surprise to see Tadashi's irritted huff "Pay attention, Bonehead, One day you'll have to do this yourself." he told him and Jack nodded "Okay, um…Can you remind me how the colours change again." The elder Hamada groaned rubbing his hand across his forehead a sign he was beginning to suffer from a migraine he missed Jacks mischivious snicker "I'll give you lessons." Jack smilied innocently.
Tadashi glanced behind him when he heard Toothinia open the door stepping inside she brightened when she saw the pair Jack!" He waved "Hey Tooth- Ah," he cried out barely catching the box and stopping it from smacking into his face.
He looked down seeing it was black hair dye he glanced up confused and Tooth had to explain "We have a few days till rehersals, You should put the dye on now to get used to it." Jack nodded "Okay," Then he looked down nervously "Uh Tooth?" She hummed turning back "How do you put on hair dye?"
"…What?"

Jack had to stare at his reflection, He's never had dark hair before, he'd gotten used to white hair and now...it felt weird.
"You look good," Tooth said cleaning the hair dye away "It need's a top up before the show but other than that it's fine." Jack smilied "Thanks, Tooth." She grinned "Don't thank me yet, I'm just helping because of the bet." Jack slowed his face scrunching with a frown "Bet?" Tooth grinned "Wether You're a ginger or not." Jack gaped after she suanted away.

Jack panted resting his hands on his knees hi he'd over and swallowed he looked up beaming an exhausted he saw Tooths face "W-we did it." Tooth laughed "Now we have to show North." Jack wiped his hands before standing up "What if he doesn't like it?" Tooth smilied "He'll like it." Jack suddenly felt his confidence drop as uncertainty kicked in "But-"
"Even if he didn't, theres a back-up act in case. Don't worry." Jack took a breath then exhaled "Okay…Um, Tooth?" She turned while holding her torches to put away she hummed glancing back and Jack gave a devious grin "Wanna play hookie?" he practised for so long he knew they needed a break Tooth looked unsure then steeled herself nodding towards him "O-okay.
Jack was now realising this was a bad idea, Tooth was babbling nonsense and shaking from head to toe it felt like any minute Tooth would collapse from an anxeity attack. "Jack W-we shouldn't waste valuble time we should be practising!" Jack was dragging her out the doors "We have practised enough I think you deserve a break." Tooth faltered "But-"
"Tooth! You're going to be fine believe me a little geez," Tooth sighed knowing she couldn't pursue him.
For the rest of the day they played hookie, as they strolled down the beach making sandcastles playing in the water, Jack tossed water at Tooth and she chased him, afterwards they got ice cream, and sat watching the view.
Tooth giggled after a moment of silence at the absurdity of it "I have to say this is the best date ever." Jack laughed "Yeah, I told you- wait what?" Tooth blinked turning back to him "What?" Jack only stared looking shocked "You said date," Tooth nodded confirming it "yes and...?" Jack felt his cheeks burn and looked away clustering "H-How is this a d-date I didn't- you-huh?" He stopped at Tooths bark of laughter and flushed even more.
"Calm down, besides you're too young for me anyway." She looked away amused while Jack relaxed until she spoke again "Why are you so scared anyway? Am I that ugly?" Jack gaped "Wha-No um its uh, Aster." Tooth raised an eyebrow "Aster?" Jack curled in on himself "Have you seen the size of him?" Tooth nearly chocked on her ice cream and Jack waited until she calmed down.
"Don't worry about him," she laughed making him feel more embarrassed he's nothing more than an overgrown rabbit." Jack snickered at the pun until Tooth turned to him again "But why are you worried about him?"
"Aren't you guys going out?" He asked incredulously Tooth just stared before laughing even harder "Heavens no! Aster and I were childhood friends We've been on the stage since we could walk. I remember I used to shout 'Ladies and gentlmen the show is about to start!" They thought it was so cute," Jacks face brightened in recollation "Oh- thats where I've seen you from!" Jack said before Tooth could ask he blurted it out "I saw you on the stage greeting the audiance, thats the same hairstyle." Tooth smilied "Do you remember Aster?" Jack frowned "Bunny was there too?" Tooth gave a knowing smirk but stayed quiet, Bunny would have her head if he heard she told any one he dressed as a cute little clown.
"Anyway, I heard you weren't going home for Christmas." And instantly Jack's smile faded Tooth wondered if she said somthing wrong and pressed her lips together "May I ask why?" Jacks jaw clenched before opening his mouth then closing it "You don't have to tell me if you don't want to." Jack smiled softly "Thanks…What about you? Is it true this is your last show?" Now it was Tooth's turn to be quiet "I…Yeah…" Jack had to scowl how it turned out to be so awkward all of a sudden.
"You truly are extrodinry Jack," she said out of the blue, he turned confused "I thought you were some rich kid who got it in over his head thinking he could be a Guardian in a day," Before Jack could say anything she continued "But you surprised me, You've worked harder than any one I've ever known and you didn't complain about it once." She smilied "You're a real Guardian and I'm proud to perform on stage with you." Jack stared suddenly feeling uncomfortable but happy from the sudden praise.
"I'll make this the best final perfomance of the great Toothinia fea." He promised and she held up he ice cream as a glass "Cheers to that."

Jack gulped before breathing in slowly flexing his hands, he pulled back the curtain and peeked outside feeling stomach do somersaults from the full house of people the backstage was abuzz everyone in nervous jitters while the staff hunted down the performers and ushering them to the dressing room. Jack was in there for hours as they tried to put the blue tribal make-up on him.
This was the first night of the performance he tryed to stay calm as this was his second time on the stage, but with an actual part and he couldn't mess anything up.
Jack was so busy nodding on his lip that he jumped when he felt a hand on his shoulder "Jack? you okay?" he sighed with relief when he realised it was Rapunzal and relaxed "Y-Yeah I'm fine." Rapunzels eyes suddenly flicked to his chest, Jack didn't have a shirt on all he had was black baggy trousers and a few cuffs on his hand,
But Rapunzel was staring at his chest for a skinny kid he well toned, before Jack could even ask why Rapunzel was suddenly looking red Snotlout inturupted "Relax Frost, you'll only just ruin Toothinias carrier if you fail," Snotlout shot in walking past Jack glared "Thanks for…Summing that up." Rapunzel scowled after him when Snotlout laughed obnoxiously with the twins "Ignore him, You're gonna be great, I saw your routine and it was awsome."
Jack nodded "Yeah…You're right I am awesome!"
"And adorable,"
"I'm adorable!" Rapunzel held in her laugh "And everyone loves an adorable awesome Guardian," Jack nodded filled with adrenaline "Yeah your right I can-"
"Frost! You're up!" A staff member yelled and all his resolve vanished "-Not do this!" he squeaked almost buries his hands into his face but stopped remembering the tribal make-up. Rapunzel scowled and pushed him towards the stage "Get out there already!"
Jack fell towards his set before stopping, taking a breath and exhaled he looked down to his staff he saw a line in the middle this was so he could detatch or re-attatch the staff together if he neededto .The lights suddenly dimmed and Jacks heartbeat escaltated he could hear his breath through his ears and felt himself heat up he hoped to god he didn't pass out.
Soon the music began to play. Jack peeked out and saw Toothinia walk on she didn't have a staff of her own yet but she stepped up, her hair plaited behind her with a brozen tiara on top of her crown she wore only a brown breast plate with orange baggy trousers she also had matching bangles on her wrist.
Jacks blue eyes widened 'She looks like a princess...' He thought before shaking his head.
Soon the beat picked up and the torches around the stage egnited into an inferno and Toothinia cried out stepping back as blue flames replaced the golden ones.
The whole stage was in complete darkness only Toothinias glow with flames flickering beside her, the crowd was barely illuminated with a few lights Jacks breath caught for a moment, the crowd with there lights in the dark looked magical...
Suddenly blue flames ignited behind him and Jack stopped forward staff in hand and the whole stage soon erupted in blue fire.
The crowd gasped as it appeared a blue demon stepped on the stage flames appearing behind him as if awakened by his presence. Jack leaned on his side in a casual stance watching Toothinia coyly un moving everything was tense but the steady drum beats.
Tooth stepped forward to pass him but Jack bared his staff blocking her path, Tooth took a step back and took another way for Jack to thrust his staff upwards the crowd gapsed at the attack but applauded when Toothinia back flipped the staff gliding over her stomach.
Jack felt butterflies in his stomach when the crowd responded this felt so much different than training it felt better. He spun his staff watching Tooth warily she ran forward grabbing two sticks of the ground and leaped into the air raising them above her head before thrusting them down towards Jack head, Jack raised his staff in perfect synchronized practice, his staff smacked against hers and suddenly both their possesions burt into flames,
The crowd went wild.
They both leapt back Tooth circling Jack twirling her sticks like batons, Jack smirked in amusment that felt mocking. Toothinia glared and lunged again he dodged running before rolling on his back when Tooth leapt over him Jack soon slowed braced one hand on the floor with the other spinning his staff.
They both lunged again, and they danced.
Jack tossed his staff into the air before catching it striking Tooth again where she dodged and spun her sticks, fire flickering and dancing with them, fire glided over Jacks body the blue flame exagirating his frame he went forward to attack, Tooth dodged she moved forward and Jack moved back Tooth scowled and Jack mockingly spun the staff around his back.
Everything went silent the crowd stared in awe and Toothinia found herself staring also.
Jack twirled the staff behind him with ease his chest on for show and all breathes seemed to quicken at the dander ice they were receiving.
Tooth lunged and they both sparred, Jack rolled on the ground before leaping up where he heard the crowd gasp and Jack whipped his staff forward like a baseball bat where a wave of flames surged forward.
And caught Toothinias garments.
She screamed and the whole crowd was in a panic Jack though stood up tall curling his staff back and forth Toothinias screams died down as her clothes stayed ignited but wasn't harming her, her braclets and tiara and her pants shredded into a flamble skirt,
Jack scowled in irritation where Toothinia gave a tuanting smirk of her own before attacking again, the crowd whooped at her transformation. Jack was losing falling back every so often until Toothinias struck the final blow Jacks gasped raising his staff but the collision knocked the flames making them extinguish and the stage went black.
Jack panted and the lights came back on and Jack stood catching his breath seeing Toothinia do the same the crowd was silent totally stunned before they all stood up and applauded Jack gaped in surprise his head turning as he took in the stage he felt Toothinias hand slip in his before raising it high Jack turned before raising his staff earning cheers and whistles.
Back stage was as in as much an uproaor as the crowd was, Jack couldn't catch his breath feeling his cheeks flush. Rapunzel ran to him with a bottle of water "That was AWESOME!" Rapunzel cried in fangirl glee "I couldn't take my eyes off you." Jack stopped mid sip with a raised eyebrow "Really?" Rapunzel blinked before she fumbled at what she said "W-what? no! I didn't-didn't mean that that I just..." Jack just laughed before wiggling his eyebrows "Couldn't take your eyes of me huh, huh?" Rapunzel scowled before shoving him "Shut up." Jack feeling sorry for her let it drop "For a first show Jack you did good." Toothinia said with a wry grin "Keep this up I might make you my new partner." Bunnys head snapped in their direction and of course he gave his input "I wouldn't say that, he made a bunch of mistakes." Jacks smile faded and the autmosphere seemed to drop a few degress. "Excuse me?"
And Bunny took that as his cue to stock the fires "Your timing was off you looked too stiff and you looked as if the fire would manfest and eat you- something a FIRE djin wouldn't do, frost?" Jack glared but having no retort he grabbed his coat and walked of towards the changing rooms slamming the for behind him the group dispersed and once they were gone Toothinia punched Bunny in the arm where he barely stiffled a yelp "Tooth-"
"E Aster Bunnymund." She growled almost threatening Bunny frowned surprised at her sudden temper he'd never seen her act like this before...
"You okay?" Hiccup asked placing down the mops on the side on the background pops and sat beside Jack on the balcony Hiccup wonderd why all the places to brood it had to be on a balcony a rickety one at that! One wrong move and they'd be dead falling to their death!
Jack was quite his hands either side of him with his legs dangling over the edge he just grunted not wanting to talk. Hiccup gulped and slowly edged his way Jack blinked startled and moved stopping Hiccup halfway "What are you doing up here?" Jack asked moving them both to a more stable area Hiccup frowned "I was going to ask you that!" Jack glared "Well I..." He trailed of then chuckled raking his hand through his hair "Sorry it's just Bunny gets me riled up that's all." Hiccup nodded in understanding "Funny you're the only one he actually picks on, maybe he's testing you?"
"He's what?" Jack asked alarmed while Hiccup shrugged "Y'know, they call him Bunny because he looks after everyone like we're a family- y'know cause rabbits have big families- so maybe he see's you as a threat." Jack pulled a face "A threat to Tooth you mean?" Hiccup looked thoughtful "Well I heard a rumour that she did like you..." Jack blinked his mind still having not caught up with him "Oh okay I though- Wait what!?" His brain seemed to stutter to a halt and buffer for a bit Hiccup
winced at his reaction "I thought you knew?"
"So that's why Bunny is being..." He trailed off in realisation and then wondered...who made the rumour?
Hiccup started to climb down the ladder "Come on, the others wanted to celebrate your first official showing." Jack beamed climbing down after him instantly he forgot about Bunny and talking with Hiccup instantly brightened his mood.
A/N I give up with paragraphs because this stupid piece of shit called Fanfiction got an update and I just can't fix it *sigh* so I put those dashes in for a page break because I knew this thing would screw this up, I'm still continuing the Mannys stage because I actually had this written I'm trying to be frequent but I havn't posted much since 2012 which is sad so enjoy this little arc hope you like it.
