Beginning
His life didn't truly begin until the day that he saw her.
Rain
She loves dancing in the rain and, though he will never join her, he loves watching her.
Fire
He loves her fiery passion, both in bed and out.
Earth
She smells like the Earth to him. Dew, ozone, and honeysuckle.
Air
She is like a breath of fresh air-- freedom when, every where, he is in chains.
Disappear
He hopes she will never disappear. If she should, he would tear the world apart to find her.
Creature
He is a creature, a thing of the night. Yet she consoles him with her love for all Nature's children.
Love
He loves her with all his being. If she ever understood just how much, her little heart would burst and that simply would not do.
Death
She is not afraid of death. "It's the next big adventure."
Season
Winter is her favorite season. He happily agrees, using it as an excuse to cuddle up with her
Obsolete
When he's with her, all his negative feelings are gone. It's almost as if his "other side" is obsolete.
Whole
She makes him whole, filling the empty half of his soul with her own.
Tears
He saw her tears once. At that moment, he decided he never wanted to see them again.
Butterfly
He once caught her holding a dying butterfly. She was deeply upset and his heart swelled at her compassion for something so small.
Strength
He envies her strength. He, a lord and general of a great and powerful demonic force, envies the strength of one girl lost in the world.
Destiny
He didn't believe in destiny... but there was no other reason for their meeting.
Color
She brings color to his life but he loves nothing more than the soft chocolate of her eyes.
Childhood
Whenever he looks at her, he sees the perfect childhood he never had. He almost skips but he stops, realizing how just silly it would look for a feared and powerful demon to be skipping down a sunny street.
Vacation
Though he is sick of this place, he has the perfect vacation at his fingertips for she is here. No matter where he is or what the situation, as long as she's with him, he will never wish to be anywhere else.
Stress
His life is stressed but it melts away every time he walks through the door and is attacked by her hugs and love.
Amazement
She never fails to amaze him. From her love towards all things to the angry outbursts at anything that ignites her temper, the depth of her emotions will not cease to surprise him.
Fear
She fears being left alone, fears falling with no one to catch her. He chuckles to himself, knowing he will never let this happen.
Erase
Eraser burns scar her arms and memories. He hopes one day to knock down these barriers and allow her to heal. Of course, he will be there every step of the way.
Life
His life is so vibrant with her in it, he doesn't know how he lived before he knew her.
Concentration
He loves it when she concentrates, loves watching her focus tunnel to her one task. He knows nothing will keep her from finishing whatever she is doing to perfection.
Pleasure
It brings him the greatest pleasure he has ever felt when he sees her rare smile and hears her rarer laugh.
Separation
He will never leave her, though she fears their separation more than anything.
Wish
He never had a wish but if he did, it would only be for her complete happiness.
Breath
With every breath of her calming scent, he feels himself coming undone at the seams. Just a brush of her fingertips has his usually emotionless eyes brimming with unbridled passion.
End
He is not afraid of the end. He knows she would sacrifice her wings to be with him in eternal torment. He will not let this happen but it's the thought that counts.
