Most are extremely brief, all will be stand-alone vignettes, completely unhindered by plot. ;-) Some sweet, some bittersweet, some humorous, some poignant, all romantic. Rated T for light swearing, drinking, and some descriptions of bullet wounds. One-shot, based on the radio episode "Kitty's Quandary."

Title says it all. Since it's now fall, somehow this story wrote itself and I went from there. Just Matt and Kitty enjoying company.

One thing you can count on - if there's a guest star in the episode, they've got a connection to a Dodge City local and there's going to be trouble. Wouldn't it be nice if - just for once - someone could show up and not have any issues? I don't own the characters from the show or the setting or even a DVD set.

Recently, I couldn't help but wonder: What if instead of launching a psychological assault against Mannon after she'd summoned him to her rooms, Kitty had made Mannon an offer he couldn't refuse? Come along on the journey to discover the terms of "The Contract".
