Jessie, James, and Meowth got tied up tightly by May's Venusaur and the group was discussing what to do.
"… I'll call Officer Jenny," Gary said.
"Wait, please!" James shouted.
"We weren't doing nothin bad!" Meowth shouted.
"We have rights too! Innocent till proven guilty!" Jessie shouted.
Tracey crossed his arms. "Then why were you grabbing Danny and Pikachu?"
"We were happy to see them! We thought they were dead!" James said.
"Yeah right!" Misty snapped.
"We know your thieves and have deceived us a lot of times to get your hands on our pokemon! We ain't buying this time!" May shouted.
James looked down with a guilty look.
Meowth sighed, knowing that the twerps have a point.
"It's been years since all of that happened! Get over it!" Jessie snapped.
Gary started dialing Officer Jenny's number.
Jessie, James, and Meowth all panicked.
"Wait, Gary!" Danny shouted.
"Come on, Danny! Don't tell me you buy their…" Gary started.
"Listen, I understand why you all don't believe them, but… it doesn't make any sense for them to be trying to capture me or Pikachu."
All Danny's friends gave him a confused look.
Jessie, James, and Meowth looked at Danny with a grateful look.
"Danny, the only thing that makes sense is for them to be trying to capture you or Pikachu…" Tracey said.
"Come on, Danny! This is no time to take risk! It's highly likely that Team Rocket is Team Rainbow as they developed the masterball to capture Arceus's children, and they're trying to kill you!" Misty shouted.
"That's true…" Danny stated.
"Hey… how did the twerps figure that out?" Meowth whispered.
Jessie and James shrugged.
"… However, they were with other people who were likely apart of Team Rocket, and they lead them away from me," Danny stated.
Brock crossed his arms with a thoughtful look. "They might be just trying to take all the credit from their colleges…"
"And well… they all come to me… crying and apologizing," Danny said.
Pikachu looked up to them, saying that is true.
Jessie looked away with an annoyed look. "I don't remember crying…"
"You were so crying…" James and Meowth said.
Jessie harshly glared at them and James and Meowth started panicking.
"W-W-We were just kidding!" James shouted.
"Yeah! Can't you take a joke?" Meowth quickly asked.
"… In any case, they seem sincere, and think they deserve to prove their innocents," Danny said.
Gary put his rotom phone away. "Fine. If you want us to believe you all are sorry and care about them, why don't you tell us all you know?"
Jessie, James, and Meowth looked at each other with a serious look.
"Well, it's probably unlikely we'll live after we led our group that were put on to watch us on a wild zangoose chase…" James whispered.
"I'd rather deal with the twerps than that bob cut glasses goon witch!" Jessie whispered.
"Seems like we got a deal," Meowth said.
They all gave a surprised look.
"So, you're right about Team Rocket being Team Rainbow. In fact, our boss is the head behind it all. However… It isn't just Team Rocket that is a part of Team Rainbow."
"We are aware of that..." Cesar said.
Jessie, James, and Meowth gave a surprised look.
"Well... what is it that you have questions about?" Meowth asked.
They all stared at them with a puzzled look.
"Just how was Team Rainbow able to do what they did? How where they able to get all members of organizations that got arrested or completely disbanded years ago?" Brock asked.
"Come on… you know Team Rocket developed the masterball. And I think you would know what's so special about it…" Jessie said.
"Well, it helped them capture Palkia…" May said.
"But that's not all! The boss mass produced it and gave it to a lot of his trusted members, and he also got his hands on Celebi and Dialga, with other legendary pokemon of course!" Meowth shouted.
The group thought a bit, before they started realizing what was happening.
"So your saying… they got Celebi and Dialga, and have been using it to go in the past to gather up the other organizations to work together with them?" Max asked.
Jessie, James, and Meowth nodded.
"But, why?" Brock asked.
"Because our boss is genius! With more numbers, we can concur not only this world, but the multiverse!" Jessie shouted.
They all stared at each other with a unsure look.
Suddenly Jessie's phone rang.
Max took it.
"Hey! What do you think you're doing?!" Jessie snapped.
Max glared at her. "You're working with us now, right? You need to give us your communication devices or we can't trust you!"
"What?! I DON'T agree with that!"
"It says it's from… 'Bitch.'"
Jessie gave an annoyed look. "Oh. Well, go ahead and talk to her all you want."
Max gave everyone a confused look.
"Opps, forgot to change that back…" James said.
"I KNEW IT! You liar! You were the one that kept changing it!" Jessie snapped at him.
"Come on, Jessie! What if the boss happened to see that?"
"Might as well answer it. We may be able to get more answers if they are a part of Team Rainbow," Brock said.
Max hit to answer it and a short, purple haired woman with glasses answered.
"Who are you? Where are those three idiots?" she snapped.
Brock came into her view. "They're in our custody! If you want to see them again, you'll tell us what's going on right now!"
She busted out laughing.
Everyone gave her a confused look.
"Oh, you honestly think I care about those three? In fact, you are doing us a huge favor! So, thank you!"
Brock and Max stared at the phone with a dumbfounded look.
"Well, I have a lot of work to do, so have fun!" the woman then hung up.
Danny looked at Jessie, James, and Meowth with a frown. "If that was one of your colleges, she doesn't seem to value you at all…"
Jessie jumped up, even still tied up and with James's and Meowth's weight. She was red of anger, clenching her fists, and growling. "Let me at her! I'll make her regret that she was ever born!"
Meowth and James screamed and gave a horrid look.
Max looked back at the phone with the name that Jessie put her down as. "I… don't think they like her, ether."
"Well, if Jessie would like to lead us to her, we can try and arrest her…" Gary stated.
"Gladly! Would serve her right!"
Venusaur separated a vine to tie up Jessie separately as she led them to the hotel in which they booked to stay in. However, when they got there, there was nothing and no one inside.
"Where did she run off to?" Jessie snapped.
Tracey looked around. "It looks like someone was here, as the bed was unmade, and a wet towel is on the floor."
Brock crossed his arms. "It seems that the woman is smart and decided if we were working with Officer Jenny, to leave."
Jessie got in his face and glared at him. "And it's all your fault she did that!"
"Calm down. What's done is done. In any case, is there anything else you all need to tell us?"
"I guess you know this, but this universe isn't the only one in peril with Palkia in Team Rainbow's possession…" Meowth said.
Everyone nodded.
"And along with the masterball, Silph Co. has investigated how Palkia travel through dimensions and invented something to do what Palkia does. And boss gave the inventions to the big bosses of other Team Rainbow members… so unless you lot find out how to do that as well…"
"How do we do that? We don't have a way to travel dimensions!" Misty shouted.
Meowth shrugged with his paws in the air.
Danny and Cesar thought a bit, then gasped. "Aether Foundation!"
Brock stared at Ash with an unsure look. "…I don't think a pokemon protection organization will be able to help us travel dimensions…"
"The thing is, we worked with them to stop beasts that came from other dimensions. Plus, they have a lot of scientists there and seemed to have done it before!" Danny said.
"… And maybe with Professor Kukui and Burnet's help, we can find some way to travel dimensions!" Cesar said.
Tracey crossed his arms with a frown. "This all sounds extremely complicated. Even if we do find a way to travel dimensions… how will we find where Team Rainbow has all been?"
Everyone crossed their arms with a frown.
"Well, we do have somewhere we can turn to for now. I'll call them up, and who knows, maybe they will be able to figure out a way to track Team Rainbow," Danny said.
Everyone accepted that plan.
Then they all glared at Jessie, James, and Meowth.
"What?" Jessie shouted.
"This better not be some lies to get us to forever wander the multiverse!" Gary snapped.
Jessie, James, and Meowth gave a worried look, knowing they have nothing to prove what they're saying.
"I think… their story seems accurate," Cesar said.
Everyone stared at him with a surprised look.
"How's that?" Bianca asked.
"Well in my universe, Team Magma seemed to have returned, along with Maxie who now that I think about it… looked exactly like he did ten years ago," Cesar explained.
"… Impossible," Brock slowly said.
"Alright May. It seems we can trust them… for now," Gary said.
May nodded at Venusaur, and she let the three free from her vines.
"However, I think it's best we separate them to keep them from causing us trouble, just in case."
Jessie, James, and Meowth stared at him with a horrified look.
Everyone but Jessie, James, and Meowth agreed with Gary.
