"Uh Shigure? Why does Haru need to be there?" Yuki asked.

"We need to get his signature."

"Ok Shigure if Yuki is going so am I. I'm not leaving Tohru alone with him, or Haru, or you for that matter."

"Ouch Kyo that hurts."

"I'm not going to sign anything. "

"Ok if you say so. I'll just have to forge it. How sad that would be. Oh and to think Tohru has no idea. She would never want to get divorced. Oh well. We'll just have to make her."

"Fine I'll go. But I'm not signing anything."

"That was easy. Hatori is coming by to pick us up."

"I didn't know his car fit six people." said Yuki.

"It doesn't. Haru has his bike, he can follow."

"You think I can ride my bike that fast."

"It's not that far. And we wouldn't want anyone getting hurt. That would be tragic, since, after all, our dear Tohru is pregnant." Shigure said walking out of the room.

"WHAT!" Haru screamed cluelessly.

"You didn't know? You're the father." Kyo argued.

"How would I know that if she didn't tell me?"

"I don't know. You knocked her up!"

Hatori stepped in the room.

"Calm down you two. Its time to leave. Where's Tohru?" he said calmly.

"She's upstairs, I'll go get her." Yuki said, because he wanted nothing more than to get out of their.

"Miss Honda, we are leaving, but it just so happens you have to come with us , sadly Haru has to come to. We are taking you to the divorce office."

"I'm not Miss Honda anymore. I can't, but I also can't risk being near him."

"Fine, I'll call you Tohru. Did you tell Haru that you were pregnant?"

"No, he'd have hurt me. I couldn't."

"Did you want him to know?"

"No."

"I'm sorry to say, Shigure told him."

"Oh no. How can I face him now? Haru will be infuriated that I didn't tell him. He wont ever forgive me"

"Tohru calm down. Hatori is here too, we must get going. Haru wont be in in the car with us. Don't worry. Everything will be fine."

"O-Ok." Tohru said as she wiped her tears away.

They all piled in the car, except for Haru of course. Shigure in shotgun, Hatori in the driver seat, Tohru in the center of the back seat with Kyo on her left and Yuki on her right. It was a silent trip to the divorce office, except for Shigure trying to get Hatori's attention.

Tohru just couldn't stop thinking about Haru. She loved him, and thought he loved her, but she couldn't find the strength to stay with him. Not after how much he hurt her physically and emotionally. she thought back to the promise he made on the day of the wedding. 'I would never harm you. I love you.' was exactly what he said. She had believed him.

To her dismay, two weeks later, right before Akito lifted the curse, Haru was in mid battle with a couple of thugs that tried to mob his beloved after they left the friendly meeting at Akito's, and was never normal after. Tohru started crying, grabbing the attention of both Yuki and Kyo.

"Why are you crying?" Kyo said panicking.

"What's wrong Tohru?" said Yuki with just as much concern.

"I-I still , I still love him." Tohru stuttered.

Yuki and Kyo stared in shock at what they had just heard. Neither of them could speak.

"I-I love him, but I can't find the strength to be with him. He promised he'd never hurt me, and look where that led to. He was my everything, and now I have nothing." she said still crying.

"Tohru, it will be ok. Kyo and I are here for you. You don't have to worry about a thing. You have all your friends, isn't that something?" Yuki said trying to comfort her

"You're right Yuki. If you think about it, I really am lucky. I've got wonderful friends, who all care for me so much, and I've been gifted with a future child." she said trying to cheer up.

"Tohru." Kyo said trying to comfort her. He pulled her towards him she started crying into his shirt.

Yuki put a comforting hand on her shoulder. With that, they arrived at their destination. Haru still wasn't their so they sat on the bench out side. When Shigure saw Tohru's tear stained cheeks he almost had a heart attack.

"What happened?" he asked.

Kyo didn't want to say anything, so he just glared at Shigure. Ten minutes later Haru showed up.

"Took you long enough you stupid cow." Kyo said out of anger.

"What did you expect! I had to ride my dammed bike!"

"Who's fault was that!"

"Shigure's! What are you trying to say stupid cat? You want to go?"

"Yeah I want to go!"

And with that punches were thrown and dodged along with kicks.

"You're a sissy cat boy."

"Look who's talking. At least I didn't break then only important promise I ever made."

"What are you talking about?"

"Tohru said you promised not to hurt her, and look how that ended. Not in your favor I see."

Haru thought about that for a second, letting his guard down, and didn't see the foot flying straight at his face. Kyo's foot knocked him out. Haru lied there unconscious. Tohru seeing this ran to his side. She didn't want him to get hurt. After sitting in silence for a few moments Haru sat up still a bit dazed. He looked a Tohru.

"I'm so sorry Tohru. I never meant to hurt you. I wish I could take back everything I did." Haru said.

Every one stood there shocked at what he said, Tohru most of all. She couldn't contain her happiness and threw her arms around him and started crying tears of joy. In return he wrapped his arms around her.

"Oh Haru. I'm so glad you are back to normal. I absolutely missed my white Haru." she said.

"I'm terribly sorry my dear sweet Tohru. Please forgive me."

"How did this happen Haru, so easily?"

"I think the kick in the face was the cause." Haru said as he stood up and helped his wife to her feet. Heturned tword kyo. Kyo in the ready position.

"Thank you kyo. I needed that."

"Um. your welcome?" Kyo said astonished.

"Tohru, if you still want to get divorced I understand."

"No, no. Haru, I love you with all my heart. I'm so glad the real you is back. I've been waiting for so long."

Haru bent down and kissed her more passionately than he had before.

"i promise i will love you forever and ever."

And with that they lived happily ever after.
