Marineford - Navy HQ - A meeting was called at Marine Headquarters to discuss the matters of the daughter hunter Izuku midoriya

Brannew - "The Heavenly Demon Doflamingo, the Germa 66 Kingdom, and the Former Hero of Alabatsa Crocodile have fallen at the hands of the new upstart, the princess thief Izuku Midoriya.

Not only do we now have another vacancy in the warlords, and an allied nation fallen, but all of the emperor's have set their sights on Midoriya. They are moving outside of their territories, and have even engaged in combat against each other.

We haven't gotten confirmation, but there is word that the emperor's have joined forces. If this is true, then with the current balance of power, we won't be able to successfully counter them.

This Young man of unknown origin will be a major threat in the near future, he is another big mom in the making, when he repopulates his race there is no doubt he will use his absurdly powerful children to go against the government.

This may seem like a lot for a starting bounty, but it is well deserved, Don't underestimate, or overlook him because of his youth."
