Katniss POV
I woke up to a sound of rustling leaves and when I woke up noticed one thing, or person to be exact was missing. Thresh. Where could he have gone? Had he felt too awkward? Well I had worse thing to worry about if I didn't keep up this "star crossed lovers" thing we will defiantly lose some sponsors. I glance across the room and see Peeta just getting up. He comes over to me and plops next to me, and gives me a good morning kiss. For a while we talk about our strategy for a couple of things. But all that's on my mind is Thresh, where he could have gone, and why I care all of a sudden. Me and Peeta go out in the woods for some food and to set a couple of traps and he notices my distraction.
"What's wrong, you're not yourself lately?" He asks
"To be honest, I don't know just having thoughts and it's very confusing" I say timidly
"Well if you need anything, I'm here" he says smiling, which only makes me want to collapse.
"Thanks" I say, trying my best to do something close to a smile before I immediately run to the cave.
"Katniss!" I hear Peeta yell, but I just keep running and running until I can't see, and fall to the floor, and fall into a deep , deep sleep… I wake up to two faces.. Peeta and … Thresh? I quickly get embarrassed to showing such weakness. Then quickly I jump up and at the same time they say:
"Are you okay, here I'll help you" Which only makes thing more complicated.
