Elena was surrounded the instant she stepped foot into the Salvatore Boarding House. "Elena!" Stefan, Bonnie, Caroline and Jeremy all sprang towards her at once.
"Hey guys…" Elena gave Damon a look of question while he shut the door behind them.
"What did you do to your hair?" Bonnie came forward, handling one of Elena's sandy colored curls.
"I colored and curled it….do you guys like it?" Elena asked halfheartedly. She noticed the way everyone was looking at her strangely. "What is it?" She asked.
"Where have you been?" Caroline bravely stepped up to ask the question everyone was thinking.
Elena turned on Damon. "Damon!" She whined. "You said you told Stefan and Jeremy we skipped town for awhile."
