Blaine's head was spinning as he stepped out of the auditorium after his audition. He slumped against the wall, waiting for the world to come back into focus. He blinked rapidly and took a deep breath. He had just made possibly one of the hardest decisions of his life. He had to choose between the two things he loved most in the world, Kurt and performing.

Blaine sighed as he pushed himself up off the ground and began the now familiar trek towards his locker when he heard some sniffling coming from a small alcove that led to a balcony of the auditorium. Puzzled, Blaine turned and walked towards the alcove, wondering whom it could be making such distraught sounds.

"Kurt?" Blaine asked confusedly before collapsing next to his boyfriend and bringing him into his comforting arms. "Baby, what's wrong?"

Kurt hesitated at first but soon melted into Blaine's embrace. It wasn't his fault that Kurt was too feminine for a male lead. Blaine only did exactly what Kurt would have done in the same position.

"You were wonderful," Kurt whispered, ignoring Blaine's query.

"What?" A look of realization crossed Blaine's features. "Oh"

Kurt nodded picking at the steam of Blaine's pant's knee. It was a nervous habit, but one that Blaine enjoyed and found endearing.

"You deserved it," Kurt smiled weakly. He was happy for his boyfriend, but sad for himself.

"What do you mean?"

"The lead," Kurt clarified. "You got it. I mean its not been officially announced, but I'm pretty sure they had already chosen when they asked you to read for Tony-"

"Kurt, I didn't do it," Blaine cut off with a laugh.

"Wait, what?" Kurt asked cocking his head to the side.

Blaine chuckled, kissing the top of Kurt's head pulling him close as Kurt looked on confusedly.

"I didn't read for Tony. I told them the roles I was interested in, those are the roles I auditioned for. End of story." He shrugged. "You clearly didn't stay to hear me reject their offer did you?"

Kurt looked down at Blaine's teasing and shook his head no.

"Kurt, I love you. I love you so much more than any role I could ever get. You're my greatest star."

"Blaine, you're so cheesy," Kurt blushed hiding his face in Blaine's chest.

"But you love it," Blaine whispered back.

So basically something along these lines better happen. I so awed when they said Blaine wasn't auditioning for Tony. My heart went like super wee. But then they asked him to read for Tony and I was like hell to the no bitches. My shipper heart can't handle this shit. Blaine better say no, or he'll have some 'splaining to do!
