Ch.2 - The Full Effect
"Cousins?" Soul is confused.
"Yeah, she's never been here before because she was always travelling. Bt now that she's done moving around she wanted to visit so I invited her over. You won't see her attending classes though, She may be our age but she's already a class 3 meister. And Shippo here is already an autonomous weapon." Kid states proudly.
"…How?"
"Don't let Kid get you all worked up. He's a class 2 meister." Kagome speaks up.
"There you are Soul!" Maka comes running over.
"Maka, meet Kagome and Shippo." Kid redirects his meister friend.
"Hi, I'm Maka, Soul's meister." The girl greets the newcomer.
"I'm Kagome, Kid's cousin and Shippo's meister." The two immediately become friends as they begin chatting. "So what weapon does Soul change into?"
"He's a scythe, a level 1 death weapon. What about Shippo?"
"He's whatever I need him to be really… but I've never tried a scythe before… Shippo…" The boy is quickly by her side.
"Hey wait a minute! It won't matter if your weapon can change!" Soul cuts in. "You'll never get the full effect unless you resonate with a real scythe!"
