Crisp autumn leaves crunched almost silently beneath her thick brown boots, a bow and arrow held steadily at her arms. He crept from snare to snare, tying intricate knots and peering behind trees.

A branch snapped. Two pairs of feet flew behind the base of a tree. Cautiously, they stepped around the tree, until both pairs of feet finally stepped into the sunlight.

Four gleaming grey eyes gazed into the depths of each other. "Who are you?"

"I could ask you the same thing." A smirk played on both of their lips.
