Your character has to be good enough to have made it into the top 4 right? How it works is this: Every continent has their own Hunger Games, the Top 4 will then be lifted up and put into another arena with the Top 4 tributes of all the other continents. Please, NO MARY SUES... Instead of reapings, I will jump straight into the Games and do the recaps of how the 4 tributes got into the Top 4. Thanks!
