She was on the tube when she saw him, Mr TDH himself. She accidentally stared at him for her whole journey, and he saw her looking. As she passed him to get off she slipped a note into his pocket.

I'd try the rush hour crush but this is quicker.

I'd love to meet you again in more relaxed,

less rushed circumstances.

Call me 07398929753 Jay x

Five minutes later she got a text How about lunch tomorrow at Angelo's restaurant. I'll meet you at 1200 -Mr TDH, aka Chris

That would be lovely, I'll see you there –Jay x she text back.

She smiled all the way home which alerted Sherlock that something was up. John knew straight away but left Sherlock to his detective work on the case of the smiling room mate.

"So…" John started as he and Jay made drinks, "Anyone nice?"

"Very nice, TDH personified," she smiled.

"Ooh, sounds like you've got a crush, did you tell him you live with two men?"

"No, I met 'em on the tube this morning. Was I really gonna say, 'Hey I like you, and by the way, I with two men.' No I don't think so.

"Yeah, I see your point. So, what are they like then?"

"Oh wonderful, blue eyes which are a really bright sparkly blue, like if I added one drop of blue food colouring to half a pint of water and stirred, that colour blue. Dark hair, but not really dark like Sherlock's a sort of middle dark brown, with a right to left fringe, the cutest smile, gotta be 5'10", and he's called Chris."

"No way, to right he's TDH if he is what you say he is."

Jay pulled her phone out of her pocket, she text Chris Could you send me a picture to show my flat mate, they don't believe you're as I described –Jay x he sent one instantly.

"See John, just as I said."

"Wow, damn right he is. Sherlock's trying to deduce why you're so happy. Can I write the case up? The case of the smiling room mate."

"Only if he doesn't solve it."

Sometime later Sherlock jumped up, "I've got it!" he proclaimed, "You've got a new client!"

"Erm, no," Jay replied.

"Hmmpf," Sherlock hmmpfed before sauntering off.

"Do I get to write the case up now?" asked John looking up from his laptop.

"I suppose so," Jay sighed, "But can't you wait until after my date tomorrow?"

"Mhmm," John replied saving his blog update as a word document.
