Luna's POV

The fucking train left us in a town near the mountains. Nothing special about it right? Wrong. I had let Pisau lead the way and he led us up the mountains. It took almost two days to reach the summit. We didn't have time to waste finding a carriage to pull us up. And now I almost regret it.

I glared at Pisau, "now where is it?" I asked him. He turned his serpent head but I could tell he didn't know. The snow must have covered up anything he had used to find his way. I turned to the others, "the trails gone cold." I told them.

Retsu snickered, "nice one." I punching him into a rock. Left a Retsu sized hole. "I don't know where we go from here." I admitted.

Retsu and Gray stepped forward. They searched the surrounding areas. They couldn't find traces of anyone being here at all. No footprints, nothing. I cursed. I sat down on a rock nearby and let the wind cool me down.

"So now what?" Gajeel asked. I shrugged, "anyone got any bright ideas?" I asked. "I say we burn the surrounding area." Natsu suggested. Me and Erza hit him in the head, "no stupid." Erza almost shouted.

A voice spoke up, "um lady." It was Gold, the weird girl with the dog tail and ears. "What lady?" I asked. She sniffed the air, "I smell master's spirit."

"You mean that cool key Sky has!" Lucy put in. Gold nodded. "Lead the way." I pushed. Gold nodded and took off deeper into the mountains. An hour later we were lost. "Her scent keeps changing directions." Gold said confused.

I face palmed, "never trust a dog's nose to do a dragon's business." I sniffed the air as well as Retsu and Natsu. I caught Ru's scent of sea water and baked goods. "This way." I announced.

I ran in the direction of the scent. Then suddenly it changed locations. "What the hell?" I said astounded.

"Look over there." Gray pointed, "There's someone over there." "I see what you mean Gray." Erza said, "They might be able to tell us if there's a compound or anything nearby."

We all ran to the figure. As we got closer I made out armor, long brown hair flowing behind her in the wind. "It's Nida of the Portal." Kazuma realized. "Who?" I asked. "Nida of the Portal." Lucy spoke up, "she's a super rare key, even rarer than the twelve gates of the zodiac. There's only one like it in the world."

"Thank you for that pointless lesson." I sighed. "Why is she here?" Takeru pointed out. "Please hurry." She said. Her voice sounded like bells. It was soothing almost. "Save the mistress before it's too late."

"Where though?" I asked. She pointed, "Follow me, I know the way." So we did. We trudged through snow. I shielded my eyes as the snow got heavier and the wind got fiercer. Lucy had wrapped herself in a blanket and Retsu and Gray were shirtless. Finally Gray up ahead shouted out, "I see a building!"

My spirit rose. "Finally." We speed up our pace and soon arrived at the front door. I cracked my knuckles. "Give me one minute and I'll clear us a path." I smiled before Erza said something about clearing a path. I turned to them, "I don't think you guys want to take a life."

Then before they could say anything I opened the door and walked in. the armor lady was gone. But I don't think I would need her. I calmly walked through the halls. I heard footsteps coming my way and readied myself. They spotted me, "Hey, how did you get here?" they asked.

"See you in hell." I whispered, "Dark dragon iron fist!" I punched them and it was an instant kill. I didn't feel anything for these guys. Then I cursed under my breath, I had forgotten to ask where Ru was being kept.

I went a ways inside and found some more people. This time I killed the first few and saved one for questioning. He confessed everything. How they had tortured them, what they did to the other girls they had kidnapped, and even where the key to their cell was.

I thanked him then killed him. He didn't deserve to live if he did all that to girls like Ru. But I made his death quick since he had given me information. I continued on. Killed ten more people on my way to the boss's room.

He didn't even know I was coming. I smiled to myself as I came to a room that smelled like alcohol and cigarettes. "The devil sent me to give you a message." I said in the speaker by the door, "open up." I said it in the sweetest, deadliest voice I could muster.

The singing inside stopped and I heard glass fall and shatter. I heard scrambling. "five." I started counting, "four." I looked at my nails. Short as always, if they were long it would make it hard to wash the blood from under them.

"three." I pulled my hair out of its usual braid and let it fall down my back. "two." I placed my hand on the door knob just as I heard the click of the lock. "one." I smiled as brightly as I could.

I forced the door and it came off its hinges. I looked in the room. Cameras lined the wall. In all the cameras was Ru and a girl with red hair. Ru was starting to go into a spasm and her hair was turning white slowly.

Inside I snapped but I kept a straight face. I pulled out the lacrama I had and called Erza. I told her the location of the door to the room and she was gone. I dropped and smashed the lacrama. I didn't need it anymore.

I kept my smile on as I faced the boss of this sick operation. "You picked the wrong girl to mess with." I whispered. "No, spare me please." He begged.

I saw something behind his back. I looked at him amused. "Have a seat." I motioned to the seat across from where I was standing. He did. I walked slowly towards him until I was next to him. He was in a cold sweat.

"You took my best friend from me for almost two months. She had contacted the first two weeks then she stopped." Anger danced in my eyes a dark aura formed around me. "I'm not happy."

I pointed to a nearby screen. The red hair girl was holding Ru who was smoking and steaming. Her hair started to turn white a little faster. My amulet started growing hot against my skin. "I told you over the phone that day that the devil would come to greet you."

I grabbed his hand. "It's nice to meet you sir. I'm the messenger from hell. I'm here to collect the bill." Then with a frown on my face I crushed every bone is his hand starting from each individual finger bone. Then I moved up his arm.

"This is for every scream that came from them." I whispered as he screamed as I broke his arm bone. Tears streamed down his face, "I'm sorry I will never do it again. I swear, I'll turn myself into the magic council. Please spare me." he begged.

I didn't fall for it. The fact that he still had a gun hidden behind him. I stopped after I broke his final arm bone. "How about I give you a chance to escape?" I asked him, "I'll give you five seconds to run."

I started counting. As soon as I started with five he was up. He pointed the gun at me. "You bitch, I was having so much fun." He said. I saw a wild look in his eye. Then there was a gun fire.

I watched as the bullet went in slow motion. I caught it easily. "You think a magic gun will work on me?" I asked him then I laughed, "Don't get cocky." I fired it back at him. It hit him in the shoulder. He screamed and cried like a baby.

"Times up." I smiled. Then I continued to break his arm and leg bones individually so he wouldn't run. When I was finished he was pale and sweating and begging for his life. "See you in hell asshole." I whispered in his ear before I opened the gates of hell.

I watched as the demons grabbed him and pulled him in despite his attempts to free himself. Then as soon as I closed the gates I ran to the room Ru was in. the process was speeding up. Everyone was there but no one could do anything.

The red haired girl was crying and holding onto Kazuma, and the girl, Gold, was hugging her too. Takeru was holding Ru in his arms. I saw steam billowing up from her. Scratches ran along her body. Her eyes were closed and I almost say death's shadow on both of them. If we were a moment later than we were then both of them would have been dead.

Ru's eyes fluttered open. They were already glowing white. "Luna? Is that you?" she whispered. I walked up to her, "you idiot what had you gotten yourself into." I whispered to her. She held out her hand to me, "I knew you would save us. I knew you wouldn't leave me in the dark."

"Just shut up." I whispered. I didn't want to admit but I was on the verge of tears. She had scared me so much. "Just shut up so we can go home."

Then Ru coughed up blood and started convulsing. I told Takeru to let her go. Her hair had turned all white. Her eyes were glowing bright white. I glanced at her amulet and saw it just as the stone in it shattered to bits.

I pushed Takeru away just as we all felt enormous magic energy. Ru rose up in the air. But I knew this wasn't Ru anymore. She had taken over. The girl that had always plagued Ru's inner mind, the one that harbored all of Ru's dark emotions. The girl that had no fucking name for me to call her by. The girl in white.

i really ponder sometimes why i made the girl in white. but i dont regret it. she always adds thats dark side to the otherwise happy characters. i mean could you imagine Luna with a lighter side to her? i cant, can you Angel? i would be a little scared to admit. but yeah, the girl in white. much stronger than Ru and i mean even Luna couldnt beat her when those two were growing up (Chapter about that in Meeting of a Lifetime, when i update it). so, Luna, wrecking havoc and killing people again. why isnt she in a dark guild? or even prison?! oh yeah, she would always end up escaping or find some way out. it Luna, what can you do about it?

until the next time my readers! stay otaku, stay smart, and stay awesome (this should be my new quote). Titania signing off!
