so sorry it took me forever to get the next chapter out. I was busy with school and other stuff. but since school is out in two weeks for me I can post more stories. it seems that my poems are getting popular and their still being read even when I'm not on. thank you guys for that by the way. so here's the last part of light will always follow darkness. the last chapter of the two part story. part two still in the making.

Still Luna's POV

Ru rose up in the air. But now it wasn't Ru. It was the girl in white. Just as I thought it Ru's bloodstained clothes became stark white. I still didn't know how that happened. "Finally." The girl echoed. Her voice was always in an echo, drove me a little crazy.

"I've got total control." The girl smiled as she looked at us, "now I can take out all this anger."

But as soon as the girl started to build up the magic energy for the attack she was stopped by a sword pinning her clothes to the nearby wall. "Return Ru's body." Erza ordered. Judging by her face she was dead serious. The only times I had seen her with this face was when I destroyed her cake and on the battle field last summer.

I had almost lost the fight with Erza every time and I didn't even see her on the battle field. The girl sneered, "Why would I give this body back to that pathetic girl? I've worked hard trying to get her to crack and give it to me."

Then she started laughing, "You should have seen her. All alone in the dark. You turning your back on her years ago that one Christmas eve." She pointed at me, "leaving her all alone." Then she pointed at Takeru, "and you running off with some other woman."

He looked like he had just been shot. "Her mind was so fucked up it had taken almost all of her strength against Me." she laughed. The one sentence she said about that first Christmas Eve together still hit me hard. That one Christmas I had thought of leaving her for her own safety. But I had decided against it. She would have tracked me down or waited for me until she died and even then her soul would have stayed there.

I didn't want to think about it. "You bitch." I whispered, "Give Ru back her body!"

The girl snickered evilly, "I think I will keep this body. It's comfy."

That hit a nerve. I shot up at her with a light attack but she deflected it easily. I crashed to the ground nearby. I glared at her, this girl was pissing me off. Then she decided to screw with my nerves and describe Ru's reaction to the different types of tortures she was put through.

"Shut the fuck up you bitch!" I yelled launching myself. This time Takeru and the rest joined in.

"Plant bomber!" Takeru yelled as spores sailed towards her then exploded. Smoke engulfed her. Through the smoke Natsu, Gray, Gajeel and Erza launched themselves. "Fire dragon iron fist!" Natsu yelled bring his fist down. She dodged it easily. "I can't believe you guys want to hurt this girl after all she has done for you." She said in a fake shocked manner.

I huffed, "the girl can take a few scratches. She wouldn't die from it." I said. Then I jumped up and finally nailed her in the back of the head while she was distracted by Retsu's ice magic.

She fell to the ground. I pinned her down. "Give Ru back her body." I whispered. She just smiled, "but Ru's gone now. "You'll never see her again."

I punched her in the nose hard. I heard a small crack and she was out like a light. I touched her forehead to mind and soon I found myself in her consciousness. I spotted Ru a while away. She was wrapped in thorns. I walked towards her. She kept muttering about being alone and in the dark.

"Idiot." I whispered, "You were never alone. Why would I abandon you like some useless dog? You're the one that brought me out of darkness."

And then I cut the vines around her conscious and set her free. Then I found myself in my own body. I sat back and breathed hard. It was hard work and it sapped a lot of strength. I heard Ru moan and she sat up.

She rubbed her head, "where am I?" she asked looking around. Then she spotted us. "Who are you guys?"

It hit me like a shockwave. "You got to fucking kidding me!" I yelled.

love the cliffhanger guys? don't hate me for that, I just wanted to add tension to the story. make you guys want the next book to see what happens to your favorite heroines. so while I was away someone invited me to this website called taskey. should I join or not?
