A/N: Hey everyone! So...long time no see! Miss me? Well I just wanted to post this because it's been "done" but I didn't like it, but now that I know where the heck I want the next chapter to go I felt ok with posting this! So Enjoy!
Finally after a good week of filming, we were done with New York. The Big Apple was one of my favorite places in the world when it came to leisurely time, but was the hardest to enjoy when you had to run every which way for filming. With the hassle of traffic, waiting for people to show up, and then making sure you yourself know how to get around. If it wasn't for the fact that I've been there plenty of times, I was sure I would have gotten lost, kind of what happened to Sora the first day.
The crew waited for two hours waiting for my co-actor to show to start his scenes. We were able to shoot as much as we could with just shots of myself and sometimes Namine, but for the most part we needed Sora. When he got in, he was disheveled and a mess explaining the cab driver had no idea where he was going, and an accident caused him to be late. For the rest of the trip he stuck to Namine and my side when going anywhere. It would have been a problem, but honestly Namine enjoyed Sora's company and after the whole cafe, I had no reason to tell him to go away.
I was glad filming was already on it's way. It was good to get back to work, and keep myself distracted with what I knew was inevitable. With the New York scenes, Sora and I were on two different schedules for the most part. It was only on the first day that we had to be together for a photo shoot, it wasn't anything intimate, just a few snapshots of the two of us together, but the rest of the time we only saw each other at night. It also let me start getting into the mindset of Issac, and getting a little comfortable for the parts where I would have to kiss, caress, and hold Sora intimately. It wasn't that I had a problem with that, it was an act, it was the fact that I might not have a problem with it that was bothering me.
It was still slightly weird after dropping him off at home two weeks ago, because now I felt like he was watching and analyzing what I do. Especially when we were alone, but his friendly attitude and observant eyes were really just...Sora.
Namine was going to be temporarily away from the filming location as she still had some business in New York concerning a modeling job that her agency signed her up for. I didn't mind now that I was a little more familiar with the rest of the crew. "Whoa, Roxas, look!" An excited brunette nudged my shoulder pointing out the window. Taking a peek, we could see the smoke billowing out the top of a volcano.
"It is Hawaii, you better get used to it if we are going to be here for a couple of months. Don't tell me you've never travelled before." I turned to him, as he still watched the outside in fascination.
"Never had the chance. When I was younger my parents didn't really take me on vacation, and when I moved I was working to make a living and school, so this would be the first time I've ever been anywhere exotic. New York was just busy, but here it really does look like a paradise." He smiled as he rest his head on his hand, still watching the outside.
I ruffled his hair playfully. "I've been to Hawaii a couple of times for small scenes. As an actor you gotta be prepared to travel wherever in the world to get the movie done." I advised him. After the coffee shop the two of us have kind of been growing closer little by little, Namine was happy that I was actually talking to Sora instead of acting like an "ass", as she liked to put it.
"Thank you Master." He rolled his eyes. I had the strongest urge to punch him in the arm, but unfortunately, I was a first class actor and would have to keep my hands to myself so that I don't lose face with everyone.
Instead I kicked his shin.
After an hour of waiting to land, we were off and heading towards the hotel on the other side of the island. It was a first class resort where most of it would be used for the movie. It was called, Island Sky resort. Everyone enjoyed it from the families who brought their kids to get away from their lives, to those newly weds for their honeymoon. The resort had plenty of things to do and even romantic spots that they suggested. It was located on the outskirts of a small town called Insula.
The director arrived ahead of us to get things together and checked in, but when we arrived Cid and him were both arguing with the front desk. "Get me the manager, we have been booked for months now, we made sure that these rooms would be available for when we arrived."
"I'm sorry sir," The employee said, "But it seems like there was a mix up in the system and we can only allow half of the rooms requested until next week when the rest of them would be open for your usage." Cid sent him a deadly glare, making the poor employee shrink back. "Y-yes, I'll see, um, get the manager for you."
Walking up to the two of them, Mr. Doe seemed to be on the verge of an anxiety attack. "What's happening?" Sora asked before I could.
Cid just looked at us, and the rest of the crew coming in. "The morons here got the reservation dates mixed up for about half the rooms. How? I have no fucking idea, but for now it might seem like we will be bunking with more people than we thought. Six per room might be a possibility for the crew, unless they wanna go to a motel for the week."
"It's a disaster, my assistant made the reservations, and we had them confirmed just before we left New York. Maybe this was just a bad day to come and film, we could always just wait till ne-"
"Don't get superstitious Director, this stuff happens, but it's not enough to push back filming." Cid cut Director Doe off.
"Besides, that we are all professional. We understand that mistakes happen, and will accommodate the situation." I rest a hand on the Director's shoulder, who was shaking. For a director he was rather weak. From my experience, directors are authoritative and strong, but by what I've noticed Director Doe is still inexperienced trying to make a name for himself.
After a discussion with the manager, half of the crew went to go look for a hotel down the street. "I'm sorry, but it seems that those rooms aren't ready yet either." The manager said, calmly and collected unlike her employee. "Again, we can offer complimentary dinner for the weekend for you and your crew since this is such a disturbance in your schedule." The woman offered. We asked whose rooms out of the actors were open, and all of them were available except Sora's.
"I guess I'll just go catch up with the crew. I'm sure I can share a room with one of them." Sora shrugged. This really didn't seem to bother him.
"Sora, we aren't going to make you stay at a tiny motel down the street, you are one of the leads, please we can make other accommodations." The Director entreated.
"It's alright Director, I'm not some fancy actor yet, just a kid trying to make his way through his first acting job." Sora scratched the back of his head, "Besides it'll be ready in a week. It's cool." He reached for his bag, but before he could I made a surprising split decision, forcing me to grab his suitcase.
"Cid, can you get a second key to my room? Sora will stay with me, that shouldn't be a problem right?" I looked over at Cid, who was giving me a curious look.
Cid smirked, "Not a problem Kid, I'll get it set up." He turned back to the Manager requesting for the second key.
"Roxas, it's ok!" Sora cried out as I walked away towards the elevator. "It wouldn't be right to share a room with you! It's you! You requested to stay by yourself for a reason, I don't wanna take that away! Come on, let me just go grab a different room." He pleaded his case as he kept in step with me.
I ignored him.
"Roxas!" Still ignored him.
"Roxas!" We were almost at the elevators.
"Are you seriously ignoring me?!" He asked. Of course I was, so why would I answer him? I continued walking down the pathway towards our room, and realized people were staring at the two of us. "Fine! I'll come, just let me carry my own damn bag." He finally yielded and snatched his luggage away from me, grumbling about idiotic blondes.
"Glad you could see it my way." I said as I slowed down slightly to walk evenly with him. "It's fine Sora." I said, after hearing him grumble for a bit. "I wanted the room to myself, because I wanted some privacy, but I wasn't going to let you go by yourself. What are friends for right?" I teased him, nudging his arm playfully. "Besides, we have to run lines together anyways, and I would rather not have to chase you down."
We reached the room, in silence as Sora still didn't feel comfortable, and I wasn't going to comfort him over something so mundane as sharing a room. When I opened the door to the small suite I requested, I paid the difference of the regular room and the suite, the silence was broken. "Whoa." Sora's eyes bugged as he took in the beauty of the room. The walls were a light, soft blue, as it seemed to give the room a more dignified look with the small white leather couches in front of a television display. On the side I could see the kitchen, and a bedroom door with a restroom no doubt attached. The thing that really caught the attention though was the view. The porch opened up to the beach, only a walk away. With the ocean smell giving the room a crisp smell. "T-this is incredible." Sora said as he placed his bag on the couch.
I smirk, "Sora, this is normal, the only thing different from this and your room is no family room, and no kitchen, though I'm sure there is a refrigerator." I explained as I entered the bedroom and began unpacking my clothes into the drawers and closet. After finishing that I walked back outside and froze. Sora was leaning against the frame of the porch, a small smile was on his face as he admired the view. The blue jeans seemed to be made perfectly to fit his form, as the white v-neck clung to his chest. The breeze was now taking alongside his scent of cinnamon and fresh chocolate, and that weird feeling in my chest happened as my heart beat little faster.
Finally getting my feet to move, I stood next to him. Focusing on the beauty of the ocean, ignoring the boy next to me. "I never got to ask this yet, but how are you feeling about the movie now that we started working on it?"
"I guess I am excited, but at the same time I can't help but be nervous." I heard him say, "The whole experience of being in a new place is awesome, I couldn't ask for a better place than here. Being able to work with so many great people like Director Doe and the crew are so great, always making sure I'm alright. But then I'm nervous because I don't wanna make a fool out of myself. I've always gone to movies and could see bad acting just in the first few minutes, and it always ruined the movie for me. Now, being the actor, I don't wanna be that actor who ruins the movie. I wanna succeed and make something out of myself." I heard the anxiety in his voice. "Also, I wanna make sure I can stand toe-to-toe with you."
Again, a tiny smirk crossed my own face, "I know the feelings, it's something we all experience. The new places are always thrilling, but the work is nerve-wracking trying to keep up with your lines, the people, and then expressing yourself properly. Becoming totally enveloped into your character is tough, and breaking is unacceptable, but by the previous scenes, and the script readings we've had I know you'll be fine." Looking over at him, I could see his body was a little tense, and his face was still trying to comprehend the amount of work that would be coming. I placed a hand on his shoulder, "Relax, you wouldn't have been chosen if you couldn't do it." He just nodded, not really looking up at me. "Seriously Sora, remember I was jealous of you." This got a smile out him.
"Yeah, right." He looked at me, cerulean meeting electric blue. "Thanks Rox."
"No problem Sora." I dropped my hand from the warm shoulder. "I'm surprised that you aren't nervous that we are going to have to be incredibly...intimate." Looking up at him, this time he was the one smirking. "What?"
He shrugged, "I guess I was at first, but now? Not as much." I raised an eyebrow, not understanding. "I don't have a problem kissing you." A slight tinge of blush crossed his cheeks as he realized what he said, "Wait wait wait! Not like that!" Backtracking, "I mean I am actually more comfortable now that I know you other than when you were the guy who yelled at me for no reason." I punched him in the arm for that one, making him laugh. "I was only uncomfortable for the fact that I didn't know you. The fact that you were a guy was a little weird, but I mean if I was going to kiss any guy you were probably on the top of my list." We both chuckled. "Why are you?"
Of course I knew my answer, "Not really." Whoa, that was not what I thought my answer was going to be. Blinking. Twice. It finally caught up with what I said, "I mean yeah it will be, but it's a job. My character ends up falling for yours, and I can understand why after the amount of flirting the two go through. As long as they need me to do it I will." I shrug.
A knock on the door interrupts the two of us as Cid drops off the second key for Sora. "Here you kids go." Cid grunts. "You two kids have fun, of course not too much fun." A playful little grin was on his face before he left with a small wave.
"Well, ignoring the creepy tone from him, I think I'm going to explore the resort a little bit." Sora informed me. "Do you wanna come?"
I shook my head, "No, I'm going to rest in the room for a bit. Let me know what you find." Soon after he leaves, allowing myself to clear my head a little bit. This was probably the first time in awhile I've had by myself. In New York Namine and I spent all our free time together, not that I was complaining, but it was just odd being by myself after a long time.
Heading to the restroom I decided that a shower was in order. Undressing from my travel clothes, I turned on the shower and stepped into the almost scorching water. The warmth of the water was great on my skin, as it drew out the cold from my bones. I ran a hand through my hair, loving the way it clung to my skin and the silky feeling the water gave it. Grabbing the soap, I began to wash the rest of my body. Taking my time to clean my chest, feeling the muscles rippling down my chest and across my abs. I might not be built, but I'm lean, and my abs were hard and defined. I felt myself get semi-hard as I began to wash the area, knowing that it's been awhile since my last release, but I wasn't going to get it now. I just wanted to enjoy the water on my skin, and the calming effect it had on my body. It was always a soothing experience to take a while in the shower, solely for the reason that I could clear my head.
After the extremely satisfying shower, I walked into the room, towel wrapped around my waist. Choosing some casual clothing of black and white gym shorts with a simple white tank top. I exited my room, and immediately plopped onto the couch and turned on the television. Muting it, I picked up the script to look through the first scene tomorrow.
The scene was to take place on the beach tomorrow. Namine's character, named Jessica or Jessie for short, was doing business on a video conference, and Issac, my character, decided to hit the surf while waiting for his girlfriend to be done. It is here that Issac and Aaron make one of their first interactions together, after the initial argument they got into. The same argument Sora and I did at Chili's the other night.
It was to really show the first initial attraction between the two. For Issac, this would be the first time in years he went surfing, but Aaron who sees this decides he has to show this wet behind the nose big city hotshot how a real surfer from California takes on the waves. This starts a competition between the two young men, resulting in an exhausting talk where the two kind of get to know each other, but the hostility still remains.
I learned how to surf when I was younger, and tried to keep up with it since I've lived in California so I wasn't worried about being able to pull it off. Sora on the other hand, I was worried about. We had stunt doubles waiting who could surf, but I hated using doubles. Sora didn't seem like much of a surfer, but he liked to prove me wrong, so it wasn't like I could say anything for sure.
I was excited because I haven't been surfing in...forever. Trying to find a beach that no one would go to was always a disaster because the paparazzi seemed to have a tracker on my location whenever I left the city. I would eventually find tabloids with my picture of me on the beach. It got to the point where I just stopped going unless it was for filming. This would be the first time, though, that I was able to surf for the camera.
A couple of hours passed, and my stomach decided it was about time to eat. Pulling out my cellphone, I sent a text message to Namine telling her I was going to get food, and that I hope she was having a good day. Walking out the door and down the rest of the hallway, people stopped and stared at me. Of course it wasn't everyday that a celebrity was walking down the hall next to them, but at the moment I wasn't a celebrity. To me I felt like Roxas Strife, and didn't want the attention.
"E-excuse me." A young group of girls said as I passed. They couldn't have been older than fourteen, fifteen, probably a trip with their family. "Are you, um, Roxas Strife?" The same girl asked, and all of them made a weird squeaking noise as soon as I nodded. I already expected the onslaught of questions, and boy was I right.
The five girls began to bombard me with their voice.
"Oh my gosh! I knew it!" The shyness completely lost.
"Why are you here?! Are you filming something?! I heard that they would be filming, but not expecting you!"
"Are you and Namine still together?! Where is she?! We could alw-" I tuned this one out.
"There is no way...believe...everything….chicken…" There was no way I was able to understand or even keep up with what that one was saying for it was to fast for human ears, plus I didn't even want to know.
"Sorry, but I'm on a tight schedule." I lied, as I began to walk away from the group. Of course they wouldn't be fangirls if getting away was that simple.
"Where are you going?! Is there anyway that we can come too?" One of the girls asked, following me as I walked down the hall.
"No, sorry it's a private meeting with the director." I told them, hoping that they would finally leave me alone. "I really must go." I did the only thing that I could think of to get me out of here. "I'm sure that I'll see you all again while you are here. Enjoy your stay." They squealed once more, and I escaped down the hall before they could realize I was gone.
That was one of the worse parts of being a young celebrity. This invited the younger crowd to become obsessing with you and what you do. It was bad enough as an actor, I didn't even want to imagine if I was a singer.
There was a couple of dining spots around the resort. I knew Cid was going to be in and out of meetings since I wasn't his only client he works with, just one of the more important ones. This left me to find food for myself. Finding a family styled restaurant near the lobby of the resort, I decided to give it a try. It catered to the families at the resort, meaning the atmosphere was lively and friendly. The place was lit brightly with a tropical theme, light blue walls, the lighting giving off a lively feel. The waiters and waitresses are all wearing tropical shirts, that were always so tacky, but it worked with the restaurant.
"Welcome to Tropical Delight!" The hostess said as I entered. "Oh man! You are Roxas Strife!" I smiled at her, putting my finger up to my lips, asking her to keep it down. "Right, sorry. How may I help you?" She said, trying to act professional again, but of course the light in her eyes betrayed her collected self.
"Table for one please." I inform her.
"Well, it'll be a twenty minute wait." She said, and before I can say anything, "But, I think we can clear a table for you as soon as possible."
Hosts and Hostesses always try to do this, wave a wait time, and honestly it bugs me. When I'm around other actors, it's fine, but when it's me and Namine, I would rather just be treated like a normal patron. It was one of those things that I missed about being just a normal guy. "It's alright, I'll wait the twenty minutes, there isn't a rush." I told her, and immediately took a seat. Some of the other patrons waiting were watching me.
I knew people were whispering and watching me as I decided to pull out my phone and listen to some music. Again, I wasn't someone famous at the moment, I was just a normal guy. Going through my e-mails, sorting through the different e-mails, and then moving onto social media like facebook and twitter. Usually I disdain going on these sites simply because they aren't really me, or mine. They are the publicist that goes through and tries to get me as many likes or comments as possible, sometimes I might update my own status, but for the most part I try not to.
Twenty minutes later, they call my name and I sit down in a corner booth. People are staring, but I'm hoping that the intimidation of my name would be enough to keep them away and after the waiter stumbled through his words has come and gone, I sip my sweet tea patiently. It isn't until I've started on my entree, a plate of ginger glazed mahi-mahi with rice and a slice of orange, that I notice something.
It's kind of lonely.
The sight of cerulean eyes, lean figure, and the laughter the makes even the wind envious of the light jovial tone it gives. Unfortunately, I'm thinking of brunette, spiky hair rather than long blonde silky smooth ones. The little bastard has been attached to me for the past couple of weeks, and for the first time in awhile I've had the time to myself and I actually miss him. Usually I'm fine with the silence to think and to just really have time to myself. I guess Sora has grown on me a little more than I would have expected.
I pulled out my phone and scrolled through my contacts finding Sora's name. The picture always made me smile. We were in New York, and it was the first time we exchanged number to make sure Sora knew someone who could guide him through the city. He took a snapshot of me to go along with the contact where I looked dazed and quite confused. Not the best picture of my life. When I refused to take his picture he stole my phone and took a picture of himself. His arm thrust out keeping me at bay as I'm pleading him to give me back my phone in the background, a grin planted on his face. I decided it was too much effort to delete it.
I sent him a text wondering where he could be, and decided that I couldn't just sit here in this restaurant by myself, especially with all of the stares I've been getting. I swear any moment now I was going to get ambushed. Calling the waiter over, I asked for a box for the food, deciding I'll eat it later, and paid my bill, without taking notice of the three phone numbers scribbled all over the receipt.
A few seconds later I received the reply, informing that Sora was currently at the beach with some of the crew who were taking the day off to spend it on the beautiful beaches of Hawaii. Making my way over, doggy bag in hand, the site really was beautiful. The natural flora gave the tropical feel, the breeze was nice and cool, the beach was the epitome of white sandy beaches with the water being a crystal blue. Families were laying on the beach enjoying the sun, as the kids ran around in the ocean. Waiters in light blue polos and light khakis were walking around serving the different customers.
It really was paradise here.
Listening closely I could hear the whimsical laughter of a certain brunet. Down by the water, I watched as he emerged from those waters, the Hawaiian sun beating down across his sun-kissed skin. Again, it was hard to not notice the lean muscles Sora had as he trudged his way through the water. I laughed as a wave knocked him over and he just spluttered as he spit water. Baywatch was the furthest thing to describe him. Even so, he looked...handsome with that smile on his face. His eyes met mine and his smile grew wider as he began waving at me...and then another wave knocked him back into the water.
Chuckling, I went towards where he was, waiting just outside where the water was lapping the shores. In a split instant, a mischievous brunette jumped out of the water and wrapped his wet arm around my shoulder effectively soaking me in seawater as his hair dripped onto me.
Giving a sigh, "Why did I know you were going to do that?" Pushing him off me, sending him back into the water, apparently for someone who claims to have great balance, he falls quite easily. "Come on, we've been here for awhile, I need someone to eat with so let's go." He cocked an eyebrow my direction, and eyed the doggy bag in my hand. "You get yours to go too." I told him and began walking away from him.
I heard him yell at the other members of the crew as he grabbed his towel and ran after me. Slugging that still dripping, wet arm around my shoulder, I rolled my eyes as he grinned idiotically. "So, need someone to eat with eh?" He raised an eyebrow. "Lonely without me buddy?" I shoved him away, but didn't deny that I was...getting a tad bit lonely without his constant chattering. "Heh, didn't deny it I see. Come on Roxy, just admit you like talking to me and then our real adventures can really begin."
"Sora, we are co-workers. Actors in the same movie, that's it." I sighed. "And I told you to stop that nonsense with the name calling. Someone heard you say it when we were having dinner and now its all over the tabloids."
"You are such a buzz kill!" People were staring at us as we walked through the resort. I never imagined the resort was going to be this large, but hey it was Hollywood. They usually spent way more money than what they should for actors. "You are so much more fun with Namine around." He huffed. "If we are just co-workers than there is no need for you to come seeking my company." He poked me. "Admit it, we are friends at this point."
Slapping his hand away I couldn't help but chuckle, "Alright fine Sora, friends. At the very least." The way his face lit up, teeth shining brightly, beaming, my heart couldn't help the little skip, I must be having heart problems or something. "See was that so hard? It was like I threw salt in your mouth and made you swallow." He rolled his eyes as he strolled forward. "Any food for me in that bag of goodies?" Sora said, snatching it from my hand.
Snatching it back, I just rolled my eyes. "No. It is an entree for one."
He pouted, "What am I gonna eat then?"
"Room Service?"
"Room Service!" He exclaimed. My forehead slammed itself into my hand as I shook my head at the excited boy next to me. "Dude, forgot completely about room service? Can we order Room Service?"
Chuckling, "Yeah. We can." Although all room service charges would be on my tab, its not even a bother. "Come on, we can go back to the room then. Plus," I looked over at him, "You need a shower." He promptly decided to shake his hair like a dog, getting me more soaked than already needed.
"Guess I do." He gave a goofy grin. I smiled back...and punched his arm again. "Abusive as always" He rubbed his arm.
We made it to the room, and I immediately pointed to the restroom in the bedroom. "Can I at least order my food first?"
"Nope."
He just grumbled before taking his bag into the restroom with him. Sighing, I sat down on the couch It was about 4 in the afternoon which meant it was about 7 in California. I turned on the television and prayed there wasn't any horrible talk shows on right now. Luckily I found a decent television show as Sora took a shower, on the table were already two scripts with a little note from Cid telling us to rehearse if we are going to be rooming together. So of course I picked it up to look over.
Ok. Not really.
I moved the scripts to the table next to the couch and proceeded to look at the room service menu. Honestly you would never have to leave your room if you didn't want to with all of the options from not just the kitchen, but also because the local diners delivered to the hotel, and the staff will bring up the food for you.
Sora took thirty minutes for his shower, "You finally done princess?" He walked into the room, shirtless with a towel wrapped around his waist as a second towel was rubbing the water from his hair. His body was toned and a small definition of a six pack was playing on his abs.
I just stared.
"Sorry, forgot that my underwear is in my suitcase, not my bag." He walked, and I tried my hardest not to just watch him. I focused on the television as he crossed through the room whistling a cheerful tune, rummaging through the suitcase he pulled out some tight red underwear (not that I was looking), before retreating back into the bedroom. Guys do this all the time, I remember when Axel walked around naked in my house on...multiple occasions, but even then I just threw a pillow at him and just yelled at him to get some clothes on. This though? I have no idea why I was so...frozen just from the sight of him.
A few seconds later he walked back in dressed in a plain white v-neck and navy blue gym shorts. His hair still not dry, he plopped himself next to me on the couch and pulled the menu, "So many awesome choices. You want anything?" He nudged me.
Looking at him, he smiled softly, "Nope, I got my food already." Showing him the bag, "Go ahead and order though, I'll just heat my food up when yours gets here."
"No! Eat!" He argued.
"It's polite to wait for everyone to get there food before you eat." I responded. He just glared at me, and I ignored his stare.
"This is going to be one of those things in which I can't win huh?"
"Yup." He just grumbled to himself and picked up the phone to order his room service while I went to put my food on a plate instead of the small container the restaurant provided. I put it in the microwave setting it for a minute and a half. I made my way back to the couch, Sora was chowing down on a bag of peanuts "Where did you get a bag of peanuts…?"
"The plane." He grinned.
"Of course." I sat next to him on the other side of the couch as the television played. Sitting on the couch as the television played, the tension in the air seemed awkward. Was it just me? I shifted slightly, "So...what do you have planned for tonight?"
Sora looked over at me, his bag of peanuts almost gone. He cocked his head to the side. "Not sure, I was going to go grab dinner with the guys on the crew, but that didn't happen." He chuckled, "I know later tonight they plan on having some kind of bonfire set up, drinks, stories, food, and music at the main cabana. Apparently the company wanted to make the first night special." He shrugged.
"Oh yeah I heard about that, they usually do some kind of party the first night we arrive on set. They are going to have another one on the last day as well."
"Have you ever gone?" Sora asked.
"Yeah, once or twice. It can be fun." I shrugged.
Almost seeming like he was hesitating, Sora responded. "Err, do you wanna go?"
Blinking at him, trying to process his words, I cocked my head, "Sure. I guess. Could be fun." Sora's face lit up, and I just raised my eyebrow. "Cid said he was going to go and get drinks anyways and wanted for me to join him."
I didn't know that at that moment, that my life was going to get really complicated.
A/N: What did you think? Not exactly an exciting chapter...but it was interesting I think. Next chapter though is where I think things are gonna get interesting. Hint. It'll be there first kiss :). But hey! Don't kill me please. I'm gonna try to have some chapter out by the end of the month, but again sorry guys for the long wait.
