"Hey Wood! I was wondering-," Katie Bell said bursting in the door of her old quidditch captain's office. "what the hell you were doing here," she finished looking at the two.
Rachel blushed crimson and looked over at Katie skeptically. "I better go..." she trailed off, standing up. She walked out past the girl adverted her eyes.
Katie looked scrutinizing at Rachel and glared. After shutting the door behind her she turned to Oliver and thumbed towards the door, "Who was she?"

Hermione and Sarah sat whispering quietly in the library. "Where is she?" Hermione asked.
"I don't know, she disappeared after the game," Sarah said.
"But she said that she'd meet us here, right?"
"Yeah, yeah," Sarah said leaning back in her chair.
Rachel pushed open the library doors and sighed shuffling over to Hermione and Sarah's table. "Sorry I'm late guys," she said tossing a small portfolio on the table. Plopping down in a seat next to Hermione she sighed, "Those are it."
Hermione's eyes widened as she opened up the case and began pulling out pictures some colored some black and white. But not matter what, you could still tell where the blood was.
"Wow," Sarah said pulling some out of the pile and shuffling through them. "These are.. pretty bad, Rachel," she said looking at her friend earnestly.
"Yeah," Rachel sighed, running a hand over her ponytail, "I just dream them.. And they won't go away."
"What about these ones?" Hermione said pulling a few of the sketches out. "These ones have faces and these ones," she said piling seven or eight pictures on top of each other, "don't." She looked puzzled at Rachel who looked over them.
"Oh, that's because I can distinctly remember the faces in these ones. But those," she pointed to the faceless pile. "It's the same guy, I just never seen his face, it's always distorted or shaded by something," she waved her hand in front of her face.
The library doors opened and Rachel grew silent. Hermione and Sarah looked up to see Katie Bell stalking in. Hermione looked over to Rachel with a questioning look, but Rachel shook her head.
"You," Katie snarled standing by Rachel.
"Yes?" Rachel said not looking up.
"Look at me," Katie commanded.
Rachel breathed out roughly through her nose and stood up, sneering at Katie. "There's not much to see. What do you want?" she folded her arms under her chest and leaned back on her right hip.
"For you to stay away from Wood," she said poking her in the chest. "I'm warning you,"
"You? Warning me? Please Bell, you'll never be half the quidditch player that I am, and besides, you have nothing to be threatened about. I don't want Oliver," she said stepping towards the tall blond.
"Then stay the hell away from him," she glared, shoving Rachel back down into her seat. Then as quickly as she had come, Katie Bell left.
"What was that-"Sarah began, but she was interrupted by Rachel's outburst.
"ARGH!" she growled slamming her balled fists down onto the table, she stood up and swinging her hand at her chair blew it across the room.
Hermione stopped it with her wand before it almost hit a self of books.
Rachel stormed out of the library checking her watch as she stalked up the stairs towards the astronomy tower.
~^^ The Astronomy Tower: 11:52 ^^~
Rachel trudged up the stairs angrily and threw open the door. It slammed shut behind her.
"Well, well, someone's pissy," Draco said from the shadows.
"Shut up," she snarled through clenched teeth.
"Aww, rough day at the office?" he asked in mock sympathy.
"Whatever the hell you wanted to meet me up here for, get it over with. I'm not in the mood to fuck around," she growled at him.
"Relax," he muttered and picked up a photo album. Tossing it to her she caught it with one hand.
"The hell is this?" she asked.
"It's your family," he said glaring at her.
"My family?" she asked incredulously. "What family? I never heard of you guys, I have no clue who any of you are. How are you my family?" she said trying to throw the book to the ground and stomp on it, but it hung in place in the air. She looked up to Draco, "Are you doing this?"
He shook his head, his eyes widening, "No."
Starting to freak out, Rachel ran from the astronomy tower. The door shutting behind her and the photo album dropping instantly. She ran as far away from the tower and Draco as possible. She rounded the corner and hit something hard and cold. "Wall," she managed to mumbled before looking up at it. She gasped.
"Whoa, Rachel hunny, calm down. Are you okay?" the thing asked.
"Dad?" she questioned before fainting.
~^^ The Gryffindor Tower ^^~
Rachel's eyes shot open, she looked around her and noticed that she was in the girls' dormitories, in her own bed. Feeling her head she sat up and opened the door walking across the small hall. Entering the boys' rooms she walked over to Harry who lay fitfully sleeping on his bed. Gently slapping his leg she whispered, "Harry."
"Hm?" he opened his eyes and groped around for his glasses. "Rachel?" he asked readjusting them on his face.
"So," she smiled. "You still up for that butterbeer?"
~^^ Three Broomsticks ^^~
"So," Harry said rubbing his eyes. The pub was empty of students, only those out to drink off bad luck were out. "What do you want to talk about?"
"My past," she sighed. "As ugly as it may be."
"Well, go on," Harry encouraged her smiling as he put his hand on top of hers.
She shook her hand and pulled her hand back, "No Harry, I'm sick of hearing what you think, instead of you just telling me yourself."
Harry frowned at her and retrieved his hand. Rachel buried her hand in her arms, "Just listen for once. No touchie, okay?" she asked looking up at his sad face.
"Okay then," he nodded leaning back and resting his arm behind his head.
"Well, you know why I'm here. Because of my nightmares, but you don't know just how bad they are."
"Can I know?' he asked.
She shook her head, "I'd rather you not," she sighed. "But I'm not the only one with these type of powers in my family," she began.
"Brothers, sisters? Your parents?" Harry asked.
"Well, I had two twin brother and sister, but they died. And Michelle Bergs-Rivers, died giving birth to them," she said.
"So your mom died giving birth to your siblings. So then your dad is a telepath," Harry said jumping to conclusions.
"No, Michelle wasn't my mother," she began. "My father had an affair and that's how I came to be. My real mom," Rachel frowned. "Had blonde hair and color changing eyes, like mine."
"So do you know her name?"
"Yeah," she said looking into Harry's eyes. "Her name was Christina Black, she died mysteriously a few months after I was born."
"Christina Black? Was she related to a Sirius Black?"
Rachel nodded her head weakly.
"And she had blonde hair?"
Rachel nodded faster this time.
"So you're related to my godfather," Harry said plain and simply. Rachel looked at him astonished. "What?" he asked smiling. But then his smile faded. "Narcissa Black," he mumbled. "You're related to Malfoy," he growled.
"It's not like I could help it," Rachel countered.
"I'm not blaming you of anything," Harry said.
"Then stop thinking it! You're giving me a headache!" she shouted.
"Shh," he said reaching across the table at her. "Calm down Rachel."
She looked up at him with tear filled eyes, looking at him confused. "What'd you want to ask me?"
Harry blushed and looked down mumbling something at the table.
"Wha?" she asked looking down at his face, a small smile playing across her face.
"Would it be alright if I kissed you right now," he said taking both of her hands in his.
Rachel released one of her hands and ran it down his cheek, ~ Yes, ~ she sent to him.
Harry smiled widely and leaned across the table to meet her lips.
~^^ The Great Hall: Gryffindor Table, about two weeks after Rachel & Harry's midnight drink ^^~
"Yawn," Rachel said plopping down in the seat next to Harry.
"Sleep well?" he asked and he buttered some toast for her and put it on her plate while she tied her somewhat crimped hair up.
"Yeah, but who's ever wide awake on a Monday morning?" she asked leaning into Harry, resting against him.
"No one I know," Ron said as he slurped down some pumpkin juice.
"Good morning," Sarah said happily as she sat down next to Ron, smiling.
"Except her," Harry whispered to Rachel who giggled.
"G'Morning love," Ron said kissing her lightly on the lips.
Rachel raised an eyebrow and looked up at Harry. "Don't look at me. I'm just as surprised as you are," he smiled kissing her on the forehead.
~^^ Hogwarts: Random Hallway ^^~
Rachel walked down the hall, humming a tune in that was stuck in her head. Her Nike Messenger bag was swinging back and forth carrying all of her schoolbooks for the day. She had a free period, so she was wandering the halls trying to find something to do.
As she walked around a corner she spotted two seventh year Ravenclaws, one of them was Cho Chang and the other, looked strangely familiar.
Listening in on their conversation she slowed her pace and came closer.
"So what was the score of that Gryffindor Slytherin game?" the blond girl asked.
"BV!" Cho shouted. "That was two weeks ago! You mean you never saw it?"
"No I didn't," she smiled readjusting herself on the window sill which she was sitting on. "Now tell me what was the score."
"Oh well, first Gryffindor has this new female chaser, right? So she's scoring all of these goals, left and right. Then, when the score was 90 Gryffindor to 30 Slytherin, captain Harry Potter," she sighed at his name. "Called her down to the ground. They started talking and then he kissed her."
"Whoa, Harry Potter kissed Rachel Rivers?" BV asked.
"Yeah, that's the girl's name," Cho said then continued. "It was so romantic. It would have been even better if that was me instead of her. Who does she think she is anyway? Does she think that she can waltz in here, all American in her ways, and steal Harry away from me?" Cho accused.
Rachel stood cross armed down the hall a bit and had an 'I'm-not- amused-you're-too-stupid-for-me,' face on and watched the two.
"Yeah," BV laughed, "but you aren't, weren't and never again will be dating Harry Potter. Forget him. If all he wants is a piece of American ass then, that's what he'll get."
Cho laughed and gave BV a high five. "I'll see you in the commons then," she said walking off.
BV continued with her work as Rachel approached her. "BV Reinhart? What are you doing here at Hogwarts?" she shouted.
"Me? Rachel you shouldn't be here! Go back to your stupid surfing school," she commanded. And then muttered under her breathe, "Stupid halfblood."
"Excuse me? Halfblood? I'm sorry you didn't catch the news," she smirked. "I'm a pureblood, and besides, what are you doing here? This is my school! You! Get out!" she responded very childishly.
"Well sorry if I didn't get the news flash!" she shouted back. "And its not like I care anyway! You stupid American! You and your rap music, flip flop shoes and your stupid sports. Who plays football or baseball!" she exclaimed.
"Hey I'm proud to be from the land of the Philly Eagles and the home of the Atlanta Braves!" she said putting a hand over her heart in mock sadness.
"Bloody American," she said returning to her work.
"Bloody American? Well see who's bloody when Rachel Rivers is done with you!" she said taking a fighting stance.
"Do you always refer to yourself in the third person when you are threatened?" BV pushed.
"No, only when I'm extremely pissed," she said lunging at the blond.
