The Pokémon Curses
This is a world, twice the size of Earth, where anthropomorphic Pokémon, although rare, and Pokémon used live in peace and harmony. The chaos started only when Pokémon with irregular powers immerged from the shadows. These creatures were written off as outcasts of the Pokémon society just because of their special abilities, other than the ones they already possess. They're called abnormal, witches, warlocks, freaks, and even monsters. There has been major inequality between this groups and even civil wars have been started because of this. Radical Anti-Abnormal groups were created and kill dozens of abnormal with little to none punishments. This world is still in turmoil to this day. Will someone set it straight?
Seventeen years old, a baby anthro male Snivy was born. Anthropomorphic Pokémon are usually common in the Pokémon community, but this Snivy was…different. The first move that this baby Snivy learned was Hydro Pump and after his first birthday, required the power to place curses on Pokémon's souls. This is evidence of being an 'abnormal'. His mother, a Serperior, and his father, a Shiftry, were confused and didn't know what to do. Abandoned their son or leave were they currently live, a place where ninety-eight percent of the population is anti-abnormal.
They moved under the cover of night and left the village that planned to kill their son when the sun touched the far horizon. The small family traveled for days, to eventually turn to weeks until they reached on of the large cities in this world. There the parents found jobs to make ends meet and keep their beloved abnormal son safe and sound.
