Sorry for the lack of updates guys! Things have been hard and writers block has been fierce! But I am back at last!

As usual, I own no one in here except Mira, Cedric, Alma, and my version-conception format of Seris. And my brain's wacky ideas of crazy stuff to put these people through.

Check out my boyfriend, who helps me handle this story, at his profile of The Lost Son of Gaia.

Again please remember this story is part of series. If you haven't read the prior stories, please go to my profile and find them.

To request other stories, please message me. I will accept requests now, if I find them suitable to write!

To suggest ideas, private messages are fine!

Thank you all for being lovely!

Chapter 6: Fragmentation

'Please come back soon...I'm afraid without you.'

"What do you mean they're in the wrong dimension?"

"Due to an extreme power conflict, timespace dropped the offending souls."

"English please, nutjob."

"It means that our timespace could not handle the fluctuation and threw all the kids plus Seris into another dimension, leaving only their bodies here but without their souls."

"So...what happened to Alma's soul identity in the first place?"

"I can't figure that out."

"Oh come on! How can you not?"

"Elsword...calm down, dearest."

"Sorry Eve..."

"So their bodies are just going to lie there, asleep?"

"Yeah. Sorry Raven...your wife and kid...or kids, whichever, are out there...somewhere. Hopefully she and the kids make it."

"...I'm going on a walk."

"Hey Raven?"

"What?"

"I love you!"

"So are they going to wake up?"

"Not sure. None of them have woken except the black haired one and that boy."

"Is he going to be okay?"

"As hard as he got hit? I don't know."

"What were they arguing about?"

"I don't know, it made no sense. Something about hating the world and not being loved."

"...what?"

"I don't even know..."

"Seris...she looks like Seris...why...why are you making me stay?"

"Raven, please..."

Mira groaned loudly as she woke up, only to be confused by her surroundings to no end. First of all, she could see Alma cradling Cedric close to her with tears pouring down her face. Reaching out as she sat up, Mira collected the sleeping Tyrell into her arms as she became aware of more people standing around them. She could immediately recognize the whole El Gang, from her father clear down to her aunt, Elesis. Yet, they all looked completely different, whether it was the clothes they wore or the styles of their hair even. Not only was her father's hair not in ponytails, but it was neat and a crown was atop it. The version of her mother by his side looked cruel, her outfit sharp and her hair longer than normal. She looked completely emotionless, completely stonefaced. The Rena here...she bore a sword and a darker outfit. The Raven here...his hair was longer, and the Aisha...she looked more scholarly, not exactly magical girl like. Her hairstyle wasn't pigtails, but lower ponytails. Elesis looked more severe, her hair in a bun, and her outfit more majestic. Chung had more armor on him, his pistols absent, and his canon larger, while Ara bore a demon-like red eye Whoever this group was, they weren't the El Gang she knew and worked under.

"What..." the human-nasod hybrid murmured, drawing the Elven baby boy closer.

"Hey, the other girl woke up..." Raven suddenly noted.

"That blond woman in the back still won't get up, and the black haired child won't stop crying. She hasn't let go of that boy either," Elesis stated.

"Your majesty, you should address her," the Eve suddenly stated.

"Oh uh...right," Elsword murmured, looking at Mira, "-are you children alright? You five don't appear to be from here."

Mira exhaled, gasping then as she turned her head, looking behind her. Sure enough, lying there in the fetal position was a sore looking Seris. Alma's choked sobs sounded like they were worsening, and Cedric hadn't moved an inch. Tyrell squirmed a bit, but remained at rest, and only then did Mira bother to look up at the look-alike to her father. What...what was all of this?

"Allow me. My name is Elsword. I'm a Lord Knight, and the king of Elrios."

"My name is Code Battle Seraph Eve, or simply Eve. I serve as Elsword's royal knight and bodyguard."

"I am Rena, the Night Watcher and secondary army commander."

"My name is Raven, Veteran Commander, and current commander of this army."

"I'm Aisha, the Elemental Master, and magic technician of this army."

"My name is Chung, a Tactical Trooper, and the gunner expert."

"I am Elesis, Grand Master, and current army trainer."

"I'm Ara! Nice to meet you! I believe my title was last called to be Asura, and I'm a spearswoman for the army!"

Mira just stared at them for the moment, before shaking her head.

"This...isn't our Elrios anymore, is it? We fell out of dimension right? That's why everything is wrong, right?"

"Told you so," the Aisha spat, "-Elemental Masters know these things!"

"Alright, shut up," King Elsword complained at her.

"Mira, Cedric won't wake up!" Alma sobbed sharply, "He won't wake up at all!"

"After that blow he took from you, I'm surprised he's breathing," Chung sighed.

Mira frowned, "Someone tell me what's going on? My systems don't understand."

"You changed dimensions, according to our resident tabletop," Eve called in monotone.

"Shut up, robot table!" retorted Aisha.

"Cedric and Alma there had a screaming match about internal wars, light, family, and darkness," Raven replied, "-Alma then threw a ball of black energy at him and he hasn't woke up."

"I'm sorry Cedric! I'm sorry!" she wept, "Please wake up!"

"And that blond lady over there hasn't been conscious since you all got here," Rena corresponded.

"Well I am now," stated a soft, gentle little voice.

Seris slowly sat up, her hands immediately clenching both of her blades, and causing Eve to call out the names of her drones. At that, Seris released her handles as she stood up, turning to face the group as she walked closer, kneeling and laying her hand on Cedric's forehead. With a glow, the boy's eyes popped open, and he groaned softly. Satisfied, especially as Alma cried out and hugged the child tighter, the tall blond looked at the group before her. She felt her brows furrow as she looked amongst each one of them, finding easily that the Raven was refusing to look at her because in this world, she was dead. She reminded him too much of his Seris, and she was not that Seris. Crossing her arms, she tilted her head with her ponytail flowing long in a twirl, her green eyes staring at them all.

"What do we do to get home? I have my Raven at home, and these children shouldn't be away from home either. Particularly not my son, Cedric," Seris inquired, her voice ever kind and gentle.

"The Sword of a Thousand Moons," Aisha stated immediately, "-a illusory sword that was cracked into three pieces in an unknown year not long ago and thrown across the lands of Elrios. No one knows where they are, but that sword is known to transcend the world and its divisions. Legend holds that a piece of the great sword is locked within someone's heart."

"I do," Alma stated suddenly.

The entire El Gang of this alternate world gasped loudly in shock. Mira was taken aback, as was Seris as she stared at the girl cradling her song close. Cedric blinked at her, not having found his voice yet. It was here that the entire room fell completely silent as Elsword sat upon his throne, his knight Eve by his side, with Ara, Aisha, and Rena on the left. Chung and Raven stood with Elesis on the right, only Eve standing directly beside the throne, and the others dispersed against the wall. Mira walked Tyrell over, standing beside Seris, who put her arm around the girl. Alma stood up then, putting Cedric on his feet...yet refusing to let him go. The child looked at her with confusion while Rena cleaned her blade and Elesis remained with hers in both hands, pointed to the ground. Raven's remained in sheath, his inability to look at the group persisting as Seris closed her eyes, drawing Alma to her hip as well, while she clung to Cedric. It was unclear to Seris as to whether Alma held him in apology, or held him in nervousness. Still, the small child didn't reject her, and held onto her as well.

"Ablaze the wrongs done in the pitch black."

"Break it Alma! Destroy that curse!"

"Don't Alma! That sword will only curse you!"

"Grandfather! You're in pain!"

"Someone hurry! The Black Crow is tearing through!"

"Mama! Mama! Mamaaaaaa, no!"

"I know because my great grandfather built that sword...and I shattered it."

I hope you all enjoyed it!

Meanwhile, I have a question! Does anyone reading this remember or know my briefly appeared series of Her King by Day and His Knight by Night?

They were a pair of ElsEve fanfics I started but failed to finish. They were deleted for that, but I am thinking of reviving them.

They followed a King Elsword and a Knight Eve (cough the mirror world in this story cough) but in a bit of a different concept.

One was normal, but one was a lemony mature fanfic. (Guess which is which? Pfff...)

Would anyone like to see this story return?

Any requests or ideas for Anecdotes?

See you around everyone!
