As the battle began down below Yue ran the hall of the second leave in search of Nodoka. Just then Yue ran into a huge room full of book; Yue couldn't even see where the top of the shelves were at.

Five: "So you finally came didn't you, Ayase Yue."

Yue looked up in the distant she saw Nodoka flying around on a broom.

Yue: "Nodoka!"

Five: "Sorry that's incorrect my name is Five, it's nice to finally meet you Yue. Nodoka has nothing but nice thought of you and that you are very power full; and that you and her are still in love with your beloved teacher. Even though he already married and had a child."

Yue: "Shut up, what did you do with Nodoka and the others!?"

Five: "Geesss… Nodoka never said anything about you being rude."

Yue: "Enough! You say thing that were told to you but you don't know anything about Nodoka. So don't you dare act like you give a Dam of how she feels."

Yue then pulled a large staff with a Y shape tip.

Yue: "Heed this Contract and Serve Me, Come forth O Tyrant of Flames. Ourania Phlogosis!"

Just then a flame like snake came forth from the tip of her staff and charged to Five and made contact; or so thought Yue.

Five: "I see you learned some new tricks, but you're not the only one who learned a few new tricks. While I was here Nodoka and I read some amazing spell books here, and we have just the right spell to sent you on your way."

Just then Yue looked up and saw multiple Nodoka's flying through the air.

Five: "O lux, et aqua, et Spiritu Sancto, videat meam non quaero, et perdet!"

All of the Nodoka copies came flying towards Yue.

Yue: "Don't you dare underestimate me. Nodoka never knew this about me but in the Magical World the people gave me the title Master of the Elemental Snakes of Torine and now, she never will. Serpentes et Dominum terrae fero Flamma exaudiet dominus in maxima necessitate, et custodierit me vocare. Gaea, Agni."

Then the earth began to rumble and the air became so hot that one could hardly breathe. From the ground a stone shape snake that had moss covering its back; came up under Yue's feet. Then a giant flame came falling from the sky and landed on Yue staff, just like a snake that was curled up ready to fight.

Yue: "These are my guardians very few people have seen them, this would be my second time of using them in battle. Now get ready because here I come!"

The snake from Yue's staff began to boil as wings spread from its body; Five's copies froze in fear of Yue snake's roar. Yue then grabbed her staff and swigged her snake towards the copies; releasing it from it coils.

Five: "Mane luceat lumen penetrat per caelos, tuere!"

As Agni made contact to Five's Nodoka copies, Five made a wall protecting the real Five.

Five: "I see, guess I shouldn't underestimate you Ayase Yue."

Yue: "Like wise."

Five: "maybe I should take it up a notch, Adeat!"

Five then released Nodoka's pactio card.

Yue: "No way, how!?"

Five: "How she says, it's simple. I'm using Nodoka's body so naturally I can use her magic as much as I want."

Yue: "I won't let you! Terra, et lapis et harena. Penetrat caelos congregati velis. Columnas Gaea!"

Yue slammed her staff on the ground and stones of rocks came shooting out of the ground. Five quickly dogged the pillars

Yue: "Oh no you don't this time I got you."

Yue jumped off the stone snake and raised her staff towards Five.

Yue: "Ignis audi me, et mittite in hoc conveniunt, quod anima est in favillam, Ure!"

Agni wings grew larger and wrapped around Five and engulfing her in lave like flame.

Five: "Protégé! Suspendisse!"

Then a huge bubble appeared and expanded Agni flames with Five inside.

Five: "Burst!"

Fives bubble popped and Agni's flames flew everywhere and the shock wave of the bubbles destroyed the room, including the ground in which Yue and Gaea was standing on.

Five: "Ha-ha that's what you get when bite off more than you can chew. Huh, what's this?"

Then a flame like whip wrapped around Fives ankle and started to pull her down with Yue and her snakes to the next level.
